Just came back from a weekend staying here. Host was very responsive and great at communicating. House was decorated so cute, very MCM and perfect for Palm Springs area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including coffee maker (but we brought our own coffee). The pool and outside area are what really make this property! The weather wasn’t super hot but we still had a great time lounging outside. Seriously, the decor was SO CUTE!!! Only con was- The TVs never worked for our stay. None of the remotes worked in the bedroom and the front TV in the family room would turn on but constantly buffer, to the point that we turned it off. I spoke to host and sounded like an internet issue. It wasn’t a vacation to watch tv so this didn’t really matter to us, but it could be an issue if you rely on wifi there or need the tv for your kids etc. I’m sure it’s fixed by now anyway. This place was so cute, I would stay here again. We also were able to do an easy 3.5 mile trail walk on the back mountain right outside the neighborhood which was great! 10 min Uber drive to Palm desert and 15 min to Palm Springs downtown, so pretty centrally located. Also, shower pressure in the master shower was amazing. I need that in my house! Seriously, book this house!!! You won’t regret it! :)

We had a lovely two weeks at this wonderful home. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated inside and out. We hiked daily as trails were easily accessible from the location, but we were so happy to return to the wonderful pool and peaceful setting for a relaxing afternoon. The kitchen is so well organized and equipped, allowing us to prepare meals to enjoy in the evenings at the outdoor table. Altogether a luxurious property!

This property is great. We hope to stay here again in the future. It was very, very clean. We used all 4 bedrooms and everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. The backyard far exceeded our expectations... really the whole property did.

We stayed at this property for a quick mid week getaway and it was great. Nice clean house and pool. Great communication and ease of rental with the owner.

The photos are a great representation of the property, with plenty of outdoor dining and relaxing space around the heated pool. The one big thing I would like to call out (as its not always the case w/ vacation rentals) is how well the kitchen was stocked! If I'm driving in I tend to bring a lot of my own cooking supplies which was totally unnecessary this time around. Practically anything you would need to use is in the kitchen with more than enough flatware and serving dishes. Such a pleasant surprise for a "large" Thanksgiving meal. Also appreciated that there were both indoor and outdoor sets to feel comfortable eating both indoors and outdoors.All around awesome place that we would totally stay in again!

This place is great!. The kitchen is completely stocked. The pool was great. The outdoor patio was great. The rooms were perfect. Overall, this place checks all the boxes!

First, the property owner was very flexible. We were going to stay for the Stagecoach Festival weekend that got cancelled twice. Since we did not purchase the travel insurance, we could have lost our stay and money. Instead, Dave let us pick a new date for our stay. Integrity! The house was well decorated and the kitchen was labeled so we could find everything with ease. Very nice kitchen appliances and overall amenities. Check In/Out was well organized and very easy. Thank you, would highly recommend.

Lovely property with a fantastic owner who cares about his property and his guests. Home had amazing amenities and was decorated like a desert oasis you'd find in a magazine. Would definitely rent again.

This property is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect getaway for our small group of friends. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a quick and convenient drive into Palm Springs. It was clean and beautifully furnished, and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very organized and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. The central air and bedroom ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable. The outdoor dining and lounge areas on the covered patio were perfect for enjoying the outdoors in the shade. We could've spent all day in the gorgeous pool - and practically did - just floating around in the slow current created by the pool jet. It was like being in our own private lazy river! And to top things off, Dave and the house-manager Marc made the entire process from booking to check-out pleasant and easy. We can’t wait to go back!

This property was clean and true to it's description. My kids loved the pool and we loved the decor. We had an unforgettable stay and would love to stay at this house again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in the property. It is fully equipped with what you might want and is tastefully furnished. The hosts were very communicative and even allowed an early check in. The house is only a short drive from the airport and not too far from downtown Palm Springs. We played golf locally and never had to drive more than four miles to a course. Nearby there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts provided a detailed guide of local amenities. The gem of the house is the outdoor area in the rear. There is a pool and a covered patio area and this is where we spent most of our time. We would not hesitate to come back to this house again.

Even though it rained (should I say poured) when we were there, it was still great to hang out on the patio! Location was a breeze from the airport.

My three girl friends and and I just returned from a week long stay in the Palm Springs area. This house has fantastic and Dave (the owner) was excellent to deal with. The house is fully equipped with lots of dishes, cookware and modern appliances and the air conditioning worked well (along with the ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms). There were lots of towels and the beds were extremely comfortable. What made it extra special was the backyard. The whole yard is freshly landscaped with new concrete, a refurbished heated pool and comfortable modern outdoor furniture. You are totally secluded and feel like you are in your own private oasis. The pictures do not do it justice. We spend every evening outside in the comfortable sitting area or eating at the outdoor table. It was great!! At first we were a little hesitant about the neighbourhood as we normally stay more in the Palm Desert area but this house is in the perfect location to access both Palm Springs and Palm Desert. We walked the entire community and found it to be safe, quiet and clean. We walked in the evening to a local Mexican restaurant and it was a short drive to Trader Joe’s. We were so impressed with the property that we have already approached Dave about renting it again next year for our girls’ vacation.

The house was everything we wanted and more! We lounged in and around the pool all day and made delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. Lovely and relaxing!

Dave and Todd were wonderful hosts. Prior to my trip, Dave provided directions and let me check in early. When I arrived, there was water and a bottle of wine in the fridge as well as care packages on every bed filled with towels, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The outside area was even better in person than in the pictures and there were floaties available for my group to use. The inside of the house was also lovely with more than enough room. It was the perfect weekend getaway for a large group and I would definitely book here again. Thanks Dave and Todd for the easy check in/check out process and your great hospitality!

Dave's place was perfect for us. We were more impressed than the pictures prepared us for. The house is immaculate, lots of room, great décor and everything you need. The pool area is awesome with more than enough seating, and it's comfortable! It was a slice of heaven and we can't wait to come back again!!! Thank you Dave for making our stay the best...

My family and I just spent a long weekend at this amazing house! It was extremely clean and organized and was very comfortable The decor was on point! We utilized both the indoor and outdoor spaces. We can't wait to book again!

This house was our perfect get away! It was full stocked with everything we needed to feel at home, and it was sparkly clean. It has that adorable mid century feel with out being over the top, and the pool was amazing!

We just had a very mellow bachelorette weekend at this gorgeous mid-century house with an great pool! The walls in the backyard are high enough to protect the pool from the dreaded afternoon Palm Springs winds. 4 bedrooms accommodated our party of 5 ladies and could easily accommodate 4 couples. It looks exactly like it does in the photos, kitchen has everything you need (bring your own coffee pods! or better yet, go to KoffiCoffee about 10 minutes away for the malted mocha or honey-vanilla latte). I will definitely stay at this house again if I'm ever planning another Palm Springs getaway. Easy uber to all Palm Springs/Palm Dessert attractions with the benefit of being in quieter Cathedral City and 2 minutes away from Target and Trader Joe's!

We were her for a quick getaway with family and the home was just right for us. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking (we got lazy and decided to eat out for dinner but I checked just in case). We went at end of May and asked the pool to be heated to 80 degrees (outside was 90-95) and that allowed the water to be cool and refreshing. What really makes this house is the mid century modern influenced decor (every room is perfectly decorated) and amenities. In each bedroom there's reading lights or lamps, a fan with remote and even a small basket with toiletries. We only left the house to eat dinner otherwise we stayed around the pool and the covered outdoor seating area which has a resort feel. Everything went smoothly so contact was limited to just getting the key but I knew assistance was available if needed. Finally, this home is very close to Target, Trader Joe's and restaurants so great location. I loved this home and hope to be back soon!

We stayed here three nights in March 2017 and it was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. as well. We were greeted by the concierge, who was very nice and helpful with letting us know where near by stores, restaurants, and recommended sightseeing locations. The back patio is covered with lots of seating and the pool was a perfect temperature. We all had such a great time, we didn't ever want to leave the house! We will be returning later this year to stay again.

We had a great time in Daves Location. The house equates to 100% to the illustriations. The house is completely equipped and we didn't miss anything Dave was outstanding communicative and helped us a lot to realize very shortly the accommodation. Thank you very much!
