Beautiful prooerty

Very nice accommodations.

Husband, myself, daughter (17), son (28) and their significant others came to celebrate my daughter's early graduation. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was fantastic and well-stocked. Being on the ground floor was great. We enjoyed several restaurants on site (and at neighboring resorts). Prices are a big high and make sure to be cognizant that the bills already include a 15% gratuity. Kids had a great time. The gym was fantastic - suana was not very hot but the steam room more than made up for it. We would love to come again.

Villa La Estancia did not disappoint, we loved the location to the pool, beach and lobby. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We used Stacy’s recommendation for transportation to and from the airport and used Omar for activities. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time. The villa was beautiful and spacious. It was very nice having a washer and dryer in our villa. The location is absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful property and condo

We had a great trip! Weather was fabulous. Accurate description of the condo and property. Loved being on the ground floor for easy access to pool and beach. The gym area was nice with good amenities like showers and sauna on site. We also went to the spa which was one of the nicest I have been to. Had difficulty contacting the concierge but all other staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Cleaning staff refreshed towels and took out trash several times. We ate off property mostly but the ice cream shop was good. Was a little bit of a pain the have to have staff light our grill, but response time when we called was quick. Made a Walmart trip, take your own bags! Bought a few things at the convenience store I site, get a discount card from the concierge. Our bedrooms were quiet and the bedding very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Everyone was so kind and helpful at every aspect! Pool, food and views were definitely 5 Star and exactly if not better than advertised. Normally don’t go to the same place multiple times but am considering this one for sure. Inflation has definitely caught up with the whole area from the last time we were in Cabo but where has it not.

This lovely accommodations is perfect and well thought out. The beds are super comfy. We enjoyed the large bedrooms and having the pull out couch in the master was great addition as well. The porch is large and opens up to the grassy area and the path to the hot tubs and pool. The view of the rocks when the cruise ships are aren’t in is awesome. Truly a rare gem and the property owner is wonderful to communicate with. Thank you for sharing this wonderful condo.. many happy memories made!

This was our second stay at Villa La Estancia. I generally like to visit different spots from year to year and more times than not, I bring along a grand child or two. In 2022 I had planned and ticketed our first stay for myself and both granddaughters (20 & 23 yrs old). The youngest unfortunately had passport issues at the airport and was not allowed to board and missed the trip!. The oldest Granddaughter and myself fulfilled travel plans and had such a nice experience that plans were quickly made to ensure the broken hearted youngster would experience what she had missed the previous year. Cabo is a wonderful destination for sun and fun and attracts visitors from around the world. Villa La Estancia is viewed by the locals as a top echelon resort. This is evidenced by the comments from taxi drivers and vendors. Several times when we responded to their question of where we are staying, there would be a "oooh, That's a nice one!". La Estancia's staff is second to none. Very high in integrity and well versed in the art of pampering. Zero "pressure" (no hard sell techniques) to join the membership. Unit was well maintained with very few minor blemishes from continuous use. Thumbs up from both Siskel and Ebert!! Great base to enjoy a great area. Good enough to make a traveler, who hasn't visited the same place in back to back years for 30 plus years, return to the paradise of Cabo and the Villa La Estancia.

Love the stay at La Estancia. The Villa was clean, specious, functional and very well equipped. The pantry had a lot of great products that were left from the pervious guests, including premium alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, beer, spices etc. The sign said: "use everything you want and leave the next guests new things" - which we did. Loved the concept.

Had a great stay with our family! Place was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals. Beds were super comfy. Staff was attentive, friendly and always available. Ground floor location was ideal for heading to pool, hot tubs and beach. The tour guide Stacie recommended was great! Had a great fishing trip with Marlin and mahi a sunset cruise that included an unexpected whale show! Will definitely return!

Renting was simple and once we got there it was absolutely perfect. We had 6 in total for a bachelorette and it couldn’t have gone better. Stacy was great and had great recommendations for the drive to and from the airport along with the information for a contact who did all the food and drink shopping for us and delivered (and put away) everything prior to our arrival. We were all extremely happy with everything. It was one of the best weeks of our lives. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you Stacy!!!

The resort was incredible and the staff was exceptional! The villa was perfect for two families and we loved the ground floor for our little ones! It exceeded our expectation! Thank you !!

Good location , needs upgrade and u can only use one pool not all the 3 pools of the partner sisters hotels

Great Villa for a big family. Great Location.. Staff is amazing and make the process, easy as it gets. Restaurant are great. Don’t really need to leave resort with min market across the street and all others restaurant and shops is a 5 min drive.. Definitely coming back..

This Property is beautiful and well maintain. It’s Very clean and has plenty of space for our family of 7. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach everyday. Very close to city center, grocery store and restaurants. We had the best time in Cabo and this property is one of the reasons we had a great time in Cabo.

From the moment we arrived at Villa La Estancia, the staff was so welcoming & helpful! Stacy, the condo owner, was amazing answering all of our questions as well as providing contacts for us to book activities and a family photo session on the beach. Everyone recommended were amazing. VLE is definitely more relaxing than the other two Villa resorts. If you want more noise and little kid activities, you can go over to the other sections. Beautiful view of the famous Cabo arch. You can walk to various restaurants on the beach (I.e The Office) in town. The condo was huge and was very relaxing. We had a service deliver some groceries to our condo prior to arrival and the I highly recommend doing so. Our family loved our trip and will definitely be back!

Everything about the property was awesome. I’ve already told my friends about it and we will definitely be staying there again. There is so much room to spread out. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. It is beautifully furnished. The patio is great for hanging out. The property is so pretty and has everything you need. We loved it there.

Our family had a great time at this estate. Being on ground level is always amazing especially with two young kids. Staff on site are incredible. We will definitely look to be coming back to Estancia.

This property is amazing and the photos online do not do it justice. It felt like home and the location is fantastic. We loved the resort so much that we are considering buying a Villa of our own. Love the Villa, the property, the gym (!!!) and especially the service. We also felt very safe with the security and the fact that accessing the property isn’t without inquiry and/or credentials. What a wonderful experience!!!

We celebrated our 50th anniversary in Cabos. The Condo was everything we expected and more. Excellent location within the Resort. The Resort was a 5 Star!

Had an amazing time in Cabo at Villa La Estancia!!! Stacy had everything we needed and we loved being on the 1st Floor—easy back and fourth to the pool and beach. Ordered groceries online from the Pricklypear.com. Everything was delivered the afternoon of our arrival—they put everything away in the refrigerator and pantry! It was great to be able to have breakfast and lunch at the condo., they even had a grill that we used a few times. We dined out every night. Thank you for an amazing vacation!!! We’ll be back!!

We really liked the location of the unit in the resort. It’s closer to the lobby so easy access to our car. A little further from pool and ocean but just 500 feet or so so not bad. Ground floor was excellent t location since we didn’t need to use elevator or stairs and we could go back and forth from pool/beach through the patio. Restaurants in La Estancia and the two sister resorts were good. La Casona was very good. Staff was excellent, resort was quiet, the guest makeup was very easy to be around (the family’s were mostly of teenagers so same age as our family). Overall a highly enjoyable visit. Thanks Stacy.

The location is fabulous and the service is excellent! We've been here twice, same property, and had a great time both times. Like home away from home!

Villa la Estancia is probably my favorite property on Medano. The staff is always top notch!

Super nice! Graet location and clode to everything!

This room at Villa la Estancia (2201) was a great size for four adults. Plenty of room for more with three beds and two pull out sofa beds. Also there are three full bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, and the patio has a nice grill area and there's plenty of space to spread out. This room is next to the lobby, and has very high ceilings (20 ft). AC works great, and there's a full sized washer/dryer in the room. The property itself is about a mile walk on the sand to the marina area. Uber is very inexpensive, but you do need to meet them outside the main gate (5 min walk from the room). Villa la Estancia is one of three resorts and you can go between all three. Estancia was super quiet, and there was hardly anyone at the pool or the restaurant. Villa del Palmar seemed busier with more people out around the pool. Arco seemed busier than Estancia but not as much activity as Palmar.
