a lovely house in a great location. A few issues I sent thru the hospitality app to make aware, and hopefully correct for the next renters. I would recommend this for families with small children as the beach access is perfect. The splash pool is also a plus.

The A/C was not working on the day we arrived and all of the windows are screwed shut! So, you are on the beach but you can't open any of the windows to get the ocean breeze. What a shame! Several of the windows are under construction or taped up and need to be repaired. The BBQ is completely corroded, full of rust and disgusting and unusable, so it shouldn't even be at the house. The Master bedroom doesn't even have a balcony, but the smaller children's rooms do, which is a total waste. There were no beach chairs or towels provided - FOR A HOUSE ON THE BEACH?? We were given 4 trash bags and 2 rolls of paper towels for a house for a week with several people staying there. The property management needs to step it up a notch and do a better job with this house for the price and location. I would not consider it a "luxury" rental compared to other houses I have stayed in.

My family and I have stayed in several rental homes in Destin & Miramar Beach and this one was definitely my favorite. The online description of this home is perfect and the process was effortless with this gorgeous oceanfront property. I appreciated the texts from the property management company updating me on the check in as we approached the property. Absolutely impeccable views from almost every window to the rooftop balcony and just a few steps to that sugar white sand. Spacious rooms with extremely comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean and all of the towels and bedding smelled wonderful!! Freshly cleaned EVERYTHING! Board games & books were an added bonus for families with a dining room table with enough space to play them comfortably. Don’t let any negative reviews stop you from renting this incredible home. From our first steps inside to our last ones out it was an amazing experience. Thank you for offering this phenomenal home to the tourists, we will be back!! ❤️❤️

We have been on many beach trips this was far more the best beach trip ever! The location was great! We could never ask for better beach and water the weekend was perfect! We had so much fun! The house was big enough for everyone to have there own spaces when in need of alone time ! The elevator was great the only thing with that is if the person that rode did not shut the door all the way if would not move! Lol so you would have to climb and see who left open. It was a lot of steps but I didn’t mind. The splash pool was great for the kids they loved it! The convenience of walking out ur back door to the beach was perfect! I feel like the little area around the back door needed to be cleaned out they had little things that stuck in ur feet they hurt. The look out was closed probably due to the huge wasp nest half way up the steps however the steps are steep small walking up and scary so that being closed was not an issue for us. We will definitely be renting here again. Oh could use a light in the elevator as well and it is hot in the elevator but not a deal breaker!

Being right on the beach, I hoped (and assumed) that there would be a deck or patio that could have been utilized for outdoor dining or just hanging out. It was a shame to be RIGHT on the BEACH, but we didn't have an area to enjoy the outdoors. The house served it's purpose, but we will look at a different property for future stays.

Pros was that this house sat right on the beach and the views were amazing, however stepping off the last stair outside down to the ground turned out to be slightly treacherous since it’s a steep drop down. I don’t think our elderly parents could have navigated it if they had been with us. . House was large and pretty, it accommodated our group well. The elevator was nice for getting luggage up to the 4th floor. We had our kids with us ages 22-11 so the stairs and size of the house was great but if I had toddlers or babies I wouldn’t find this a conducive set up for them. The biggest con/downside was the construction happening feet from the house. I know the property owner can’t control that but we didn’t have a heads up so imagine the surprise when we pulled up and the street was lined with construction equipment and blocking our way.. and every morning at 6:30 the saws and hammers started. I don’t think it would have changed our mind but knowing about this would have been helpful.

The location of the house is great. Views from every room. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own areas. Would not recommend this property for groups with small children. Lots or stairs. The elevator was very helpful for our older family members. A deck/porch on back pf house would be a great addition.

We loved every second of our two week trip.

The house was very nice. Large enough for all 12 to be comfortable. Unfortunately the rooftop balcony was closed ( we were not given a reason) so we could not use it and that was one of the reasons I went with this house. One of the dryers quit working and no one was sent to repair the problem so 12 people which included a infant and a toddler only had 1 dryer on the fourth floor. Not the cleanest house either which we discovered when the toddler pulled the rug back in the living room and the floor was nasty. The living room rug also needs something under it to keep it from slipping. We enjoyed our stay other than the few inconveniences I mentioned.

It's a big & clean beachfront house with beautiful ocean views from all rooms, and nice furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with nice dinnerware etc.... Our family had such a good time & enjoyed our stay so much, that we will be back there again for sure. It's worth the money.

We had a wonderful stay in April for my friend’s Bachelorette party! The house comfortably fit our group of 15 and the location could not have been any better! The extremely easy access out the back door to the beach was great. The bedrooms were a great size and plenty of bathroom space for our group. The kitchen and living room area was great for all of us to hang out and be together. Very spacious.
