Our family has vacationed at Ocean Lakes for 20 years or more (as campers and now property renters). We rented this home last year and loved it so much we rented it again this year. This house has a great lay out for my family (myself, husband, + 2 kids 10 & 13), as well as my parents who vacation with us. The home is clean and well stocked with things you may need. The great room is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, the 6 seat dining table is perfect for family meals, the kitchen is also spacious enough for my mom and I to cook together and still had room for little boys sneaking snacks lol. The hall bathroom is wonderful for larger families as it has 2 bathrooms in one and lots of space for multiple girls getting ready! The outdoor porch offers a wonderful shaded seating spot for outdoor meals and snacks. We loved the cushioned rocking chairs that were added this year! There is a clothes line and lots of room to pull your golf cart up and load up for the day. The owners are super nice and very responsive! When we arrived they had left a super sweet gift basket full of sand toys, shovels, snacks, and a free movie rental. We loved staying at this property and making memories together! We look forward to staying here again. (If we can get a full length mirror on the back of a door somewhere for next year that would be awesome hint hint lol) Thanks for providing such a great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed the home, Darren was a pleasure to rent from! We really liked being on the south side, it wasn’t as busy when it came to getting around on the Golf Cart. We hope to stay in this home again.

Darren is doing a great job improving this property and was very responsive in his communication. The property was perfect for my family of 5 and grand parents for the week. Also, it was great having the golf cart included with the property. We will be back!

Easy to get to and not a lot of traffic on the street. Great for small children on bikes. Plenty of space for parking. Covered porch for eating and sitting. Well stocked kitchen! We love all the hooks in the bathrooms. Spacious living room. Great owner, easy to communicate with and on top of every detail.

This property was on a good street where we could ride bikes! Not a lot of traffic. The house was big and very nicely furnished. I LOVED the covered drive along with plenty of outdoor eating space or space just to sit and talk/fellowship. We definitely would recommend!

Renter is extremely tedious with information on property. You are prepared for every situation before you arrive. Very pleased with the service provided during stay. Also, the improvements to the property are very nice!

Our family had a wonderful vacation this year! This house is the absolute cleanest and best stocked home we've ever stayed in! We all had plenty of room (4 adults and 3 kids). The beverage cooler was so nice to keep a large supply of water so it didn't take up so much space in the full-size fridge. We really enjoyed having access to the golf cart as well. Darren was great to communicate with and we hope to stay here again in the future!

This house was perfect for us!! We have came to Ocean Lakes close to 5 years and this is by far one of my favorites! Lots of upgrades on the inside. The captain quarters my kids LOVED! They even had us treat/gifts sitting on the table when we arrived! Great people to rent from! Contract is lengthy, but that is to protect you and them! Would definitely rent from them again!!

This property looks totally different on the inside than it does on the outside. The owners have done incredible renovation on the inside. It is gorgeous inside! Great communication with the owners. Loved staying here, if a lot of us come again next year we will definitely consider this property again!

Don't judge a book by it's cover, the inside of this home is updated and very, very nice. Our family has had the pleasure of staying at this property for the past two summers. We find it welcoming, warm and inviting. Upon arrival we found a welcome basket with age appropriate beach toys and snacks. Small thing makes such a difference in the feel of the home. The location is perfect if you have small children who ride bikes or if you just like a quieter section of the park. It is comfortable and kid friendly. My grandson thought he had won the lottery last summer when he opened the door at the end of the hall and found the captain's quarters. It has now become the desired room to "claim" for the grandchildren. The kitchen is lovely and the separate beverage refrigerator is a very nice addition and quite useful. The first year we stayed, master bath had been remodeled and is very nice but the second bath had not been remodeled. This year when we arrived we found a beautiful 1 1/2 bath in that area with a lovely dressing area. The colors and fixtures are beautiful and it is obvious a lot of thought, work and expense went into the remodel. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with. The contract is extensive, but quite appropriate and leaves no unanswered questions. The cost is very reasonable, especially since the golf car is included in the price. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place. We certainly will not hesitate to rent it again.

We would not stay at this place again. We have been going to ocean lakes for over 30 years. When we arrived the key wasn't there. Then we got on the golf cart the 1st night and it was dead. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. The bathtub wouldnt drain. And when we left the owner asked if we had brought pets cause it smelled like urine. We left the home way cleaner than it was when we arrived. It took us over a month to get our deposit back. The owner said he would give us some money back for the trouble we had but now he will not answer his phone or reply back. He just ignores me. So no I would not recommend staying here. There is way nicer places for the price. It isn't as nice as the pics

We spent a week in this unit. We were 7 people and never felt crowded. It was perfect and we couldn't ask for more. Well equipped kitchen and nice big dining table to accommodate all 7 of us. The fact that it comes with a golf cart is another bonus !! The owners left us a welcome basket full of goodies along with a few water toys. Nice touch !! We plan on reserving this unit for next summer that's how much we enjoyed the campground and the mobile home !!

This was our 2nd year staying in this home. Once again it was just perfect ! House is wonderfully stocked. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen has everything you can imagine and not cheap stuff either! The owner is fantastic. He communicates so well and is so easy to get in touch with. Hoping we get to make it 3 years here next year! Thanks again for sharing your home with us! We love it!

We enjoyed our vacation in this home. It is just lovely and very spacious inside - beautifully decorated and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans - everything you need to prepare a meal. All the appliances were new and extremely nice, which made me very happy. We have rented in Ocean Lakes for years and this is one of our favorites and we would love to stay there again. Thanks for sharing your home with us! It was truly a pleasure to rent from you!

Boy looks are deceiving. The outside shows the age but the inside was so nice. We have been staying in rentals at Ocean Lakes for many years. I have never seen a kitchen stocked as nice and plentiful as this one! They don't have any cheap stuff in there! I was pleasantly amazed. You have done such a good job remodeling. Even the sleeper sofa slept great! Hope you continue fixing it up because we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. Thanks so much for sharing it with us! The welcome goodies were so sweet !We hope to return next year!

Very nice and cozy. Loved the space and the porch was enjoyed by all of us. Had a few small issues but the owner was very helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend this rental to family and friends. Made some special memories with my kids and grandkids.

The home is very nice. Has a great lot and is located in the one of the best areas of the park. This home is great for a small family. It comes with a new golf cart, which is a big savings. The home was clean and maintained nicely. The home owner is always just a call away with any problem you may run into. Its a great place for a family vacation.

We enjoy the stay, we have always enjoyed Ocean Lakes Campground but just recently sold our camper so this is the first time we have rented. The rental was clean and spacious, the owner had just remodeled in early 2012 with new flooring, closet doors, painting, new T.V.’s in every room, etc., as with all places, even our homes, there is always something to do but we found nothing to complain about. There was everything you needed to prepare meals, had all the small appliances you could possibly use. Our family really enjoyed the long and spacious patio. It had plenty of chairs, 2 tables and large enough for the golf cart (included with the rental) and all the bicycles to stay in the dry. We had 3 cars and there was plenty room for parking in the front and back. The owner was very nice and helpful and just a phone call away. We would definitely consider renting again.
