This home is in a very quite and nice neighborhood. It's very clean and homey. Vacasa are wonderful host making you feel at home. We would definitely recommend a Vacasa rental to anyone that needs a place to stay. Looking forward to our next stay!! Thank you for giving us a home away from home!!!

It was perfect for the five days we were in own visiting family. We were in a great location 15 minutes to beach and 15 min to friends. Great split floor plan to give privacy an great open floor plan to visit and relax

Second time staying at the property. Vacasa is a neat little company. The property owner however needs to do a little TLC to the property. Nothing major. All the things that go along with short term rentals. Location is close to the highways. 30 min drive from the beaches.

Everything was just as listed and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet with amenities close by. Overall, the interior property was clean and comfortable. We did have to put some time into cleaning the pool and hosing down the deck prior to use and throughout the week. The pool with heat was the perfect temperature. Overall great value.

Overall the place was nice and overall clean, first we were not on vacation but there for a much sadder reason, there was a dead gecko in the dining area, i would not remove. Then there was what appeared to be black mold by a vent leading from the master bedroom to the master bath, having allergies and being on oxygen I think that was why every morning I was short of breath. They told me we would get a credit for that have never seen it. We also had to leave 2 days early because of the hurricane coming in and of course never got any refund.

I mean, it was a little getaway for us while attending a wedding so we really didn’t NEED much but you really don’t get anything other than the bare necessities which was a little disappointing but again, it was cheap. The master bed wasn’t that comfortable and there are definitely critters living in the attic or air vents in the ceiling and they were so noisy at night.

House was very clean and served our needs to visit family and the beach. Only complaints were the towels were small and not very absorbent. We had to buy wash clothes as none were there. No beach towels as stated in listing. Kitchen had bare minimum items. No pot holders so had to use a towel to pull items out of the oven. The dryer broke, but Vacasa was super easy to work with and had it up and running within 24 hours.

House was as listed. Enjoyed the pool every morning and evening while we explored the area during the day! It would’ve been better if the propane tank had propane so we could use the grill and if there were more supplies in general. For instance coffee, more than one garbage bag, ore than few each of dishwasher and laundry soap, and a cookie sheet. It having ample supplies made me feel like Vacasa was being cheap. And that is not a bad review, just A few suggestions. We will definitely be back!

Loved the neighborhood and the proximity to Supermarket, Walmart and other stores.

Hit water at kitchen sink needs to be fixed. Could only get lukewarm water for kitchen clean up. Tried to open the hot water valve under sink but didn’t seem to help. Missing a cookie sheet for ease in the kitchen. Missing scissors as well. Fry pans might need an update. These are just suggestions not complaints (except for hot water) Overall a very pleasant stay and would return!

My family came down to Florida to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. The property was perfect for us. It it located close to where my parents and sister's family lives and also in a reasonable distant to the beach. I loved everything about it. The owners were very responsive for everything we needed. I have no complaints. The place was very clean and spacious, close to essential shopping (including Costco), had all the amenities of home, plus a very nice pool to swim and relax in, After I discovered booking through VRBO, I no longer go anywhere and stay in a hotel.

Wonderful location. Close to everything I needed. Very quiet neighborhood. I will bring my family back here.

Great house and location in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Large spacious and comfortable rooms, private pool with heat option, bird watching from screened lanai overlooking small pond.

Overall this property was very nice. Location is good to everything. Plenty of space for everyone. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were nice. Just a few suggestions before the next rental. The furniture needs updating. The couch is broken and you sink to the floor. The mattresses need to be replaced and new pillows are suggested. The pool was not totally clean, never saw or heard a pump run the entire week we were there. Garbage can has no lid and the animals were in the garbage every night. We had to clean up every morning.

But it definitely needs some investment done. Just by replacing the carpets, fixing little things here and there ( I wrote a message to vacasa - not hearing from them at all) would lift that house into another category - actually a shame vacasa or the owner don't see that themselves - as these points have repeatedly been addressed in reviews for that home. All in all it was OK - and I would encourage vacasa or the owner to spend that money so you only get 5 stars rating in the future.

We enjoyed the heated pool and the size of the home. We had an issue with a broken DVD player and contacted Vacasa and they replaced it that day. The home was in need of a little TLC with broken blinds in the living room and the sofa was needing to be replaced. Overall, it fit our needs and the neighborhood was quiet and was great to walk around in!

Had a quick business trip that I decided to take the family on so we stayed here. It's a nice place, big and spacious. It's got a lot going for it however, it needs some updating and TLC. The house was ok. Definitely needs to be cleaned more (vents we're filthy, carpet had alot of stains). Broken chair by the pool. Great location and size but was disappointed

This property is cheap for a reason. There are stains all over the carpet, stains all over the walls, stains on the couch. The patio and lanai were full of spider webs and bugs. The sheets in the middle room were so old and worn we felt gross using them. The room with 2 small beds were the hardest, most uncomfortable beds ever so we did not use those. There is a electrical socket in the master bathroom literally hanging off the wall. The TV in the living room goes in and out every couple minutes and half the screen goes black. The only single lounge chair on the patio is completely cracked in half all the way down the middle from the top to the bottom so you cannot even sit on it. If they put even a little TLC into this place it would be great, but as of now, I would never stay here again.

My family and I had a great time, location was great, would stay there again.

My family and I were nervous about renting a house instead of a hotel room but we decided to give it a try. It was a good decision because we enjoyed this property. The only downside was the patio blinds which were in bad shape and the one TV on the small guess room had no service. Despite that, if we returned to the area we would rent this property again. The owner and Vacasa did a good job.
