There were several things about Las Brisas 308 that were better than expected: the price was less that most comparable beachfront condos; the condo is huge, the living room comfortably sat the whole family, the kitchen is large, the master bedroom is spacious; the view from the balcony was beautiful, even though you can see the side of two buildings (not a big deal); we used the beach chairs and sand toys, and would have used more beach stuff if the weather had cooperated. The location was excellent- very close to the causeway that led to Walmart (just a five minute drive) and practically any other store we needed. However, there was one major drawback, which greatly affected our experience: the bed in the master bedroom was so uncomfortable. My husband and I could feel the springs of the bed. Every time we moved, the bed creaked loudly, and on top of that, there was a plastic mattress protector that sounded like we were rolling around on a sheet of wrapping paper. By the fifth night, we couldn't take the pain and lack of sleep any more, so we switched places with our daughter; we slept on the couches and we made her sleep on our bed. I wish we would have done that after the first night, which would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our week stay at Las Brasis 308. Very comfortable beds and lots of outlets! The owners were wonderful and handled our calls/texts regarding how-to very quickly! The view from the deck was wonderful no matter what the weather conditions were. We will return sometime in the near future and you should book this place!

Condo is lovely, large open kitchen and living area. Very clean. Check In was a breeze. Beach is close and easy to get to. Location is perfect with several restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book with this host and condo again. Thank you for a great week!

We had a great time at Las Brisas 308! The condo was just as pictured. Clean and plenty of kitchen utensils for us. The beach chairs and gear was much appreciated since we flew in. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. I loved the layout of the condo! Loved that the bedrooms were not right next to the kitchen and living space. We had a storm come through and knock out the power. We got a text from the owner giving us a time estimate. The power came back in very quickly too. Overall, a great stay!

We enjoyed our week at the beach. The condo was wonderful; very clean, larger than we expected, and had everything we needed. We liked that there were a few restaurants close enough to walk to. The balcony does sit back some, but still had a good view of the water. Loved seeing dolphins most mornings while having our coffee on the balcony.

My first time visiting that area. The unit was nice and clean. Easy check in/out. The unit was also spacious.

Condo was comfortable and fully equipped with all amenities needed to make you feel at home. Nice ocean/pool view from the balcony, enjoyed the ocean breeze in the evening time, but no view of the sunset from the balcony due to the time of the year since the unit is set back in a corner and building next door blocked the view. But I still enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the beach! My family has been coming to Madeira/Treasure Island Beach for over 30 yrs. we love vacation here! Many activities for the entire family to enjoy! Water sports, fishing, shopping, bars and restaurant within walking distance. The only problem this year was parking. The complex has limited parking spaces per unit and no visitors’ parking. Public parking lots are available but very expensive and not many allowed overnight parking, the ones that do are super expensive. But will definitely recomendable this Beach Condo! Overall a great 2023 summer family vacation ! Made loads of fun memories with my beautiful family!

Place was very well kept. Everything we needed for our beach trip was there (coolers, beach chairs, etc). Would highly recommend!!

Then property was exceptionally clean and the owner was more than helpful to us. We had never been to the area before, and he went out of his way to send us information about Madeira Beach and the surrounding areas.

Our family had the best time this last week. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our several trips to the beach. The location was great! The pool was great when we were ready for a break from the beach. Our kids are already asking when we get to go back. Beds were comfy and washer/dryer was a huge help.

Great condo with lots of room for six people.

Wonderful condo. Very clean. Beautifully done. Very large 2 bedrooms. Two full baths. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. Our king bedroom tv did not work & the owner promptly bought a new tv & had it installed. Carmen was excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!❤️

We stayed the third week of April and was quiet and relaxing. Condo had everything we needed.

Was in the area for a short visit so only got to spend one day at the beach condo but that time was very enjoyable. The condo was well-appointed with beach and pool view! Everyone was very nice and owner was quite welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. The condo was comfortable and roomy. The location was convenient to many things. We loved being on the beach. Carmen has the condo stocked with everything you need to hang out at the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Condo has many amenities for beach use except no beach towels. Kitchen well stocked. Mattresses comfortable. Very clean. Owner is most helpful as is management company. Very beachy decor, well done .

I can lot say enough great things about this place . Right on the Gulf. Deck is n a perfect location to watch sunset every night. Walking distance to many places. Owners are always a phone call away and immediately respond. Highly highly recommend this beautiful place. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again for an amazing week.

Beautiful condo, very clean and nice furniture. On the beach and near nice restaurants

This property had a great view and beach access was close. Condo was clean and spacious. Pool wasn't warm enough to use on the day we had cooler temps. Beds could use better mattresses. Condo Key pick up office was 17 blocks away from property which makes it difficult if not using a rental car. Overall good experience. Would stay again.

Everything was very clean. The condo is lovely and well-equipped. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. The beach is very close and beautiful. Please believe the one parking space. If you have any visitors, there is NO other parking nearby and NO overnight parking.

Condo was bigger than expected. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved the beach accessories provided! Everything was within walking distance. We saw spectacular sunsets from the balcony and dolphins in the morning. Host was very helpful and let us check in early so we could enjoy 2 full days at the beach. Would stay here again.

We stayed there for a couple of days. It’s a nice condo, bigger than we expected. We liked the Madeira beach and the heated pool. There were plenty of beach toys and floatation items for kids, chairs and everything you need for the beach. The only thing that we didn’t find was beach cart. The oceanview from the balcony was great when we wanted to stay in the unit. We liked that restaurants and grocery are really close, so that it saved us time. Overall it was a great vacation.

We have stayed at various units at Las Brisas for years, this is now our favorite. It had everything we needed and was very nice and clean. Everything was updated and the decor was nice. We loved having the umbrella and sand chairs. We wished the door just had a code or lock box for key, but the office was really close for the quick pickup/drop off of keys. Can't wait for our next stay!

Booking was easy and the condo was nice. The cleanliness needs a little help. The floors turned our feet black and needed a good mopping, used k-cups in the Keurig machine and crumbs were all over the counter by the toaster as well as counter top by the sink. The owners were sweet and fast to respond to our questions. We would stay here again!

This is one of the nicest units we have stayed in along the Gulf. It was very clean and updated. It is well stocked with just about anything you would need for the beach. The only complaint we had is this is an end unit and it sits back from the unit next door. So they gave the unit next door a wrap around balcony that blocks the view of half of this unit's balcony. Overall we had a great stay!
