Property was as stated on vrvo. Very clean and everyone you could need for a vacation was in the unit. Had a situation and the owners got right back to help me. Great location were you could walk to everything or the trolly stop was right in front also. We will definitely be back again next year. Larry

The floors had not been cleaned at all. The first morning was barefoot and looked at bottom of feet and they were black. Wore shoes rest of vacation. Also the water pressure in each of the bathroom sinks was very low.

the good: had a couple issues on our 4 week stay, owner replied quickly and made a couple repairs in a timely manner . the bad : we have been coming to sunset vista for about 14 years and have stayed in a lot of units in this building. we had stayed in this unit several years ago, i believe shortly after the new owners had taken over, at that time it seemed recently updated and in nice shape. on this visit it seemed like it had not been touched in the 4+ years approx ( not sure of exact date ) since the last time we had been there. we just moved to another unit in the building for the next 5 weeks and this unit did a recent upgrade offered to all owners involving flooring, counters,cabinets, furniture etc. and it was well worth it. Several other units we have stayed in over the years have had better ammenities .i rarely leave a review and really don't like leaving a negative one as i know the rental business is a tough one. but for the prices being charged for these units the last few years since Covid i think the customer deserves a good value for what we are paying. in this unit the sinks were dirty and stained, i wiped down the air ducts and can't post pictures but the sheets were black when i was done, i changed the air filter on the furnace as it looked like it was plugged, the baseboards are beat to heck.both beds are very small. Again not trying to slam the place just saying it needs updated so rent with the knowledge of what you are getting.

Property was a well maintained condo very close to the beach with pool, hot tub and café/bar within the condo resort. Close to area attractions and many excellent local pubs and restaurants. Needed to contact the owners for a minor issue and they were immediately accessible and very helpful and genuinely concerned about the quality of our stay.

This was a nice place that I would stay at again. A few things to note for the owners. - The front store sticks really bad when opening it from the inside. I actually cut my knuckles on the lock below the door handle a couple times the first day because of it sticking. It did not seem to stick when opening from the outside. - The A/C filter is extremely dirty. You may want to have it changed before it causes damage to your A/C unit. - The floors of the condo were very dirty. I know it's the beach and the sand is extremely difficult to deal with but they seemed excessively dirty even with that in mind. I swept a few times during the week and it helped a bit but you may want to mention this to your cleaning crew. Overall though, the place was very nice and I really enjoyed the week, thank you.

Great location with easy access to the beach and pools. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could need for cooking except oven mitts. Loved the beach toys, chairs, etc. that were there to use since we did not have any of that because we flew. Already planning to rent again!!

This condo was ideal for our family. Plenty of space, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer & dishwasher made this a very convenient and comfortable stay! The condo was right on the beach, the pool was nice, the condo was updated & clean, would definitely recommend.

The location and property were beautiful. The umbrella and chair rentals on the beach were so needed in the August heat. The shaded parking was nice. The condo was clean and updated. I would 100% come back. One suggestion is the toaster is temperamental, some better beach chairs would have been nice and a small cooler for those of us that fly there and have limited suitcase space. Otherwise it is an Amazing place.

Stayed with my husband and two kids ages 8 and 11. Condo was on the beach and views were great. Beach closet had everything my kids needed: boogie boards, goggles, balls, chairs, blanket and more. Brought our own beach towels so that worked out. Overall I would recommend and stay again. We loved our time there.

We've stayed at Sunset Vistas about a dozen times. It's great for families. Normally we've gone through the "front desk." This was our first time staying at Dale & Kara's place, and everything was perfect. 100% satisfied.

Nice 2 bed and 2 bath, gray location to the beach. Minimal amenities provided if staying more than a day or two. Cleanliness of the property needs attention, especially the floor, bathrooms and bedding. AC filter and are haven’t been changed or cleaned in quite some time. Set up more like a hotel or efficiency unit without the daily housekeeping.

It’s decorated so cute and it’s clean and has sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. Great place to stay!

This condo is a gem, easy and convenient beach access, nice warm pool, walking distance to delicious milkshakes. My kids and I had an absolute blast. Would definitely come back.

Loved our stay here. It was a very cool and rainy week while we were down but still had tons of fun and enjoyed the property felt just like walking in to a loving home.

Great location had all the amenities. Kinda was awesome first day was great the pool was nice I love the fact that you had a restaurant on site as well as a bar even though we did not partake it was still nice to know it’s there Would highly recommend this condo to friends and family I appreciate the follow up from Dale concerning the hurricane since we’ve never lived through a hurricane I really wasn’t quite sure what steps to take and Dale was awesome explaining all of the things that we should do even though we ended up driving home because her flight was canceled all in all the trip was awesome thank you hope all is well hope the condos and property stood up to the hurricane

Property was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach/pool and close to shopping and dining. We had an excellent experience- would recommend.

Sunset Vista is great for a family. Right on the beach with everything you need. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. Condo had beach toys and instructions are super clear. Would return in a heartbeat. The only challenge we had was parking on the weekend as we have a very large vehicle with a box on the roof (as garage clearance is 6’8) but we managed .

We love this condo in Sunset Vistas! We look forward to visiting again!

Great place to stay. My kids loved the pools and I enjoyed the beach. Within walking distance to several stores and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Dale and Kara's Condo on Treasure Island was awesome! The condo was as clean as it could be giving the fact it is surrounded by sand lol. We honestly enjoyed it and we will definitely be back! 100% recommend!!!!

16 family members stayed in 4 different condos at sunset vistas. 303N was great! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Minor issues were corrected immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The entire property is beautifully maintained and the on site cafe has great food at reasonable prices. Thank you for a great stay.

everything was great !! the apartment was clean and comfortable beach very wide and nice, nice swimming pool, the only thing I did not like is that at these times and in a place where it is hot most of the time, the refrigerator does not make ice and the things intended for the beach are not suitable for use, but the sunbeds are cheap on the beach ($ 10 per day) so one problem solved everything else was perfect,
