This condo is extremely comfortable and spacious, has everything you will need to make your stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Great views and received exceptional service from the staff in the restaurant and bar. The food was also delicious and a nice variety of choices. Will definitely be back.

Property was incredible. Stunning Views . Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room. Beautiful pools. Reasonable price for how nice. Just a 3 minute drive from downtown but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The 2 sm beaches within a 5 mins walk were awesome.

We have traveled to PV for over 20 years but I must say this was certainly one of the nicest properties by far. If you don't want to be in the middle of the tourist area, this property affords proximity with amenities. The on-site gym and restaurant were great. Lots of space in the 4 bedroom unit and separate bathrooms as well.
Wi-Fi speeds were superb!

Beautiful condo, everything you need is here, lots of room, very comfortable, love the full wall sliding doors to the patio, great food and drink at very reasonable prices, walk or quick uber to town, we will be returning!

We loved the property and Joel and the staff across the board were wonderful, helpful and engaging. The food was excellent, the pools amazing. We will definitely will return over and over. We wish that it was walking distance from town but the benefits definitely out weighed this factor. We wish we had stayed longer!

Property was nice. Only improvement would be communication from property on activities and access to the beach. Photos also showed a game room with ping pong table which was a big perk and property did not include one.

Great condo, beautiful views
We've stayed in this building before and love it for it's location and amenities. This condo was great and exceeded all expectations - easy check in, gorgeous views, and everything you could need (servingware, board games, towels, etc.) Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent for larger groups
A group of friends gathered together for NYE at this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom condo. The pictures are accurate for this amazing property in Conchas Chinas. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The restaurant food is very good where we ate nearly every day or had food delivered down to the unit.
The balcony is really beautiful and is exactly as pictured. The only downside now is that the Amapas road has been washed out so walking into the romantic zone now either requires walking along the beach or going back up to the main road and walk that way into the main tourist area. Hopefully they will get that fixed soon.

Pre-Christmas family vacation
Joel is an awesome host! The property is as beautiful as the pictures. The big surprise was how good the food was at the rooftop bar. The entire staff was very kind and helpful. The only small negative is the walk to the beach is steep and a bit difficult. But the views are stellar!

Exquisite
The condo was exquisite and exceeded our expectations in every way. Having the roof top restaurant and bar and the professionalism and kindness of the house manager to not only make arrangements for excursions, but accommodate us with groceries and drinks made our experience that much more memorable. You just show up and immediately start you vacation. Everything is taken care of in advance. I could not recommend this property more highly.

The condo is gorgeous, and extremely well furnished! The kitchen is well stocked. The view of the bay and the city from from balcony is beautiful. The infinity sky pool on the roof of the 15th floor is spectacular. Joel was amazing and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our one week stay fantastic! We will definitely come back and stay at this wonderful condo again!

I've stayed in many condos in PVR, but this one surpassed my expectations. The photos on VRBO are great, but the place is even better in person. I'll definitely be returning.

Great Visit: Beautiful Condo
The condo was gorgeous, and incredibly spacious! The shared spaces were lovely, though the pool downstairs and the gym were under construction and seem like they won't be completed for a few months. Having another pool to escape to would have been nice for this trip.
Joel and John were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the visit and went out of their way to help with a situation that we brought to their attention. Very much appreciated. Great condo and a great value. Thank you Joel and John!

Spacious and Well Appointed
Awesome property. Plenty of room for all the adults the unit will fit. We spent most of our time split between the balcony and the rooftop pool. A bit of a walk to get into town but it was quiet. Gorgeous sunsets from the patio. Had everything we needed and the property manager Joel did a fantastic job finding us food and drinks to stock the fridge both pre- and during our stay. He was also instrumental in setting us up with a tour manager, having the med techs come to our unit for Covid tests, and arranging transportation to and from the airport. Rooftop bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced with great service, and the on-site manager Eva was always helpful. Pro tip: take cash to tip the wait staff as you go. If you add it to your bill it can take up to six or more weeks for the help to receive it.

As amazing as it seems!
We stayed at Johns property for a week and it was beyond amazing! The condo was just as spacious, clean, and beautiful as the pictures. It’s rare to come across a rental that lives up the hype! The condo has full hotel amenities, rooftop pool/restaurant, full gym, front desk staff, etc.
Johns property manager Joel was AMAZING! He was so attentive and answered any/all questions we had. Really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Thank you Joel!

I had visited Puerto Vallarta a couple times already, so I knew this would be a good location with easy access to Playa los Muertos, but still quiet relative to being directly in Zona Romantica. Indah by Sayan is a beautiful building with two outstanding pools, a nice gym, and a great restaurant on site. On one occasion, the rooftop was at capacity (Covid restrictions) but I had access to the terrace pool for me and my friends, which was just as nice. Our particular unit was a corner unit, which was the perfect size for 8 adults.I am the type that never stays in the same place twice when visiting cities, but I would make an exception for this property. I don't know if there is a nicer beachfront property in Puerto Vallarta, so I will definitely look to stay here again.

Love Indah by Sayan
The property is just as beautiful in person as it looks in pictures. The owner made sure that all the necessary essentials and then some were provided in the unit. I traveled with 4 other friends and we had more than enough space to feel comfortable. The beach and Zona de Romantica is within walking distance. Love this place and I look forward to coming back.

Don’t hesitate- book!
John’s property is just as described and the pictures don’t do it justice! Beautiful location, fantastic staff! Can’t be beat. Condo is well appointed and super clean! Beautiful property. The only suggestion I can think of would be a pair of binoculars. We were fortunate to see numerous whales and dolphins everyday. Amazing sight that would have only been made better with binoculars. Thank you for your attention to detail and fantastic customer service.

Exactly As Described
Rare is the place that matches its description and photos. John’s condo in the Indah is one of those rare places. Large, spacious, well appointed, with a great location near town. Two large pools (about 20 and 25 meters) with bars/restaurants serving very reasonably priced drinks and food, and staffed by friendly employees. Highly recommended!

Incredible Stay at Indah in Conchas Chinas
I spent an amazing week with family and friends at this beautiful condo. The spaciousness and luxury combined with the incredible view of Banderas Bay was truly remarkable.
The roof top pool and swim up bar made for lazy afternoons followed by breathtaking sunsets. The pool and lounge area on the 3rd floor was equally rewarding.
The staff was du pportive and kind. Every request we had was accommodated promptly and professionally. The food is very good and reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about Indah. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as possible.

Even better than the pictures.
The condo was absolutely perfect for group of 9. It was beautiful and the view from balcony was the best. The amenities were great - spent a lot of time on the rooftop. The food at the restaurant was very good and reasonable. Will definitely stay there again. The staff was so pleasurable and helpful. The massage is a must.

Heaven on earth
We stayed in many condos traveling and this one was perfect. Great beds all the furnishings were nice and needs nothing. It is a corner unit with huge openable sliding doors with beautiful wide open views of the whole cove. The walk to the beach is little hard but not far. We probably will comeback and stay here again. This was our second trip to PV first time in this condo but the building is brand new. Great value!!

Recently stayed with family at this condo and really enjoyed it. The condo is beautiful! Well equipped, modern, comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate our party of 7. Large patio with stunning views of the Bay! It was great to have the amenities of a hotel including 2 restaurants, 2 pools and a bar. Food was great!
We were met when we arrived by the management team who were informative and provided everything that was needed. They also came on the last day upon checkout to ensure everything was satisfactory.
Our overall stay was wonderful and we will definitely plan to return! Thank you John and team for making our trip so memorable.
