We really liked the amenities, the comfort of the beds, and the friendly mess of the staff who were eager to please! Also, it should be noted that it’s very convenient to access the San Francisco airport.

After a long flight, it was everything we needed. Friendly staff, good food, comfortable bed, decent facilities. Excellent hairdryer btw!

Its just expensive. I do get it, as you pay for the location, but as a family of 5, we are in a two room situation, so it's......😬😬

We needed a place to stay to make a very early flight. This hotel is at the airport and accesses the terminal through the airport shuttle system. The entry is right through the hotel. I expected an airport hotel to be fine, but not exceptional. This Hyatt is outstanding -- the staff, the facility, the convenience, and even the bar and the food were excellent.

Staff at the restaurant were a little overwhelmed.

Perfectly clean and with all facilities you would require. They have a 24 hour market with hot food and as we arrived late at night this was a real bonus. Good range of food and drinks. Staff were hard working and friendly and most importantly we slept so well.

Super convenient site, great for an early morning flight. Clean and comfortable, nice amenities, helpful, friendly staff. Really liked the lighting in the room!

We had an odd, long layover from Europe and didn't want the stress of getting to and from the airport. This is the ideal splurge midway through a long, exhausting trip. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more than a shower (with luxurious toiletries) and the bed. Check-in and check-out were seamless, 24-hour staff were both essential (if you're leaving at 4am, as we were) and attentive. If you need to get into the city, the BART is conveniently there.

It's an expensive splurge and specifically convenient for the airport, so in other circumstances (e.g., vacationing in San Francisco or doing anything other than a layover), I probably wouldn't stay there.
