Charmant hôtel dans l'esprit anglais , situé en bordure nord de Hyde Park , très calme ( côté court) .

Petit déjeuner assez moyen . Couvre lit sale et taché. Personnel d'acceuil ne parlant pas français contrairement à ce qui est indiqué.

Comfortable bed. Room was fairly quiet.

Room was microscopic. Was not always someone on the desk (and no phone in room). Breakfast was basic and inadequate for a hotel at this price (significantly more expensive that hotels closer to Paddington)

Great location, close to the subway

Washbasin in the bathroom insanely small and located directly under the mirrow. Very difficult to properly wash your teeth or face...

Very good location, opposite Hyde Park. Metro and bus stations two minutes away. Size of the room small, but ok for London standards. Very friendly staff. Good price for London hotels. Nice continental breakfast.

Noise from the street at night.

La posizione è ottima, davvero a un minuto dalla metro della linea Circle Line con cui andare facilmente in centro. Hyde Park dall'altro lato della strada è una meraviglia. Il prezzo è alto, ma in linea con Londra e per lo meno si è in una zona centrale e comoda. Reception 24 ore, possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio quando si lascia la stanza, personale gentile. La colazione, semplice ma varia è compresa nel prezzo. La stanza che ho preso era molto piccola, ma esattamente come in foto. Tutti gli ambienti e la biancheria puliti.

La moquette, ma purtroppo si trova ovunque. Il kit cortesia in bagno è un dispenser per il sapone mani (ok) e uno di docciashampoo, per uno shampoo vero e proprio, meglio portare il proprio.

Der Park gegenüber, die U-Bahn-Station (Lancaster Gate) nebenan - die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist zudem außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche dürfte gerne etwas höher ausfallen. Das Frühstück ist spartanisch und wer keinen Toast mag, wird hierbei kaum auf seine Kosten kommen.

Shortage of tea, sugar and milk. No shampoo,body cream etc. Poor breakfast But on a different issue, and more seriously … a young man of the staff was extremely rude, and tried to exert a lot of authority. I wanted to speak to the manager but he/she never contacted me. On checking out the young man demanded I pay £30 for a cup of coffee!! When I had paid £299 for two nights!!! I have no intention of staying at Hotel 63 again.

The location was excellent, close to two train stations. It was clean and has a lift! The staff were very helpful allowing me to leave my bag until long after check out.

The front was very tidy and clean but the concrete pad outside my window was grubby and unappealing. They could make it look a lot nicer quite easily with a coat of paint and some plants. Some boiled eggs for breakfast would also be nice!

Great location for attending a ball at the nearby Lancaster Hotel and substantially cheaper. The underground station and a good pub are located very close by. Felt very safe walking in the vicinity of the hotel and staying there as a single woman. Has the luxury of a lift in the hotel! Stayed in a single room - the bed was very comfortable and I had enough room for the one night stay. Lovely grand building. Would definitely book again.

The "free" continental breakfast was a bit dull and I didn't particularly like the coffee but it was more than adequate. My room was on the hot side. The air conditioning worked the fan but it didn't seem to make any impact on the room temperature. Found a fan in the wardrobe so perhaps it a hot room. Didn't stop me sleeping.

Nice looking area. My bedroom looked out at Hyde Park. The hotel has a lift. Lancaster Gate Underground Station is only about 80 metres away, on that side of the street. This station though has some stairs to carry luggage up and no lift for those stairs. There is a lift though for the second lot of (spiral) stairs. Fortunately coming and going, helpful (younger) people carried my luggage up and down the stairs for me. Other times, without luggage, Lancaster Gate Underground Station was convenient and easy to use, with helpful staff. There are restaurants and pubs in the area. Hyde Park is across the road. The railway non-houses are in walking distance and worth a visit. Houses that look like the other houses, but no house behind the façade. It's easy to travel from Heathrow to here, as Lancaster Gate Underground station is on the Central Line. Take it to Ealing Broadway and change there to the Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Ealing Broadway has lifts.

We had asked for a quiet room assuming there may be noise within the hotel property however this exceeded our expectations. Our stay was very relaxing, no noise within the hotel and considering we were alongside a main road we heard no traffic at all, which we weren't expecting! A lovely sized ensuite, very comfy rug, double glazing, fan, bottles of water and a very comfortable bed. we had found a gem of a place and will definitely stay again. The continental breakfast had very generous selections where you helped yourself in the kitchenette located in the basement next to a nice dining area and TV news. We like the fact there was extra security using the card key at the main door

Nothing except other people's negative reviews re the continental breakfast! What's not to like!

The location is very good, as it is very close to the underground (central line) and to the Hyde Park. You can also easily find stores, restaurants and pubs nearby at a walking distance.

The wifi connection was very unstable during my stay. For the price I paid, I was expecting at least a decent internet. I let the staff know but they did not solve the issue while I was there.

Room was too hot. I opened the window wide and found a fan in the wardrobe which helped a bit but it would have been better if the room had been aired before I arrived. Room very small indeed but ok for one night.

Location for breakfast in basement ideal. Particularly liked Actimel drinking yoghurts, mini croissants and bananas. Also had my favourite herbal teas.

Nothing to dislike. Everything fine.

Great location 2 minutes to Lancaster Gate Tube station

Good size suit a little bit sparse on furniture felt unfinished we had a staff member just walk straight in without knocking on the door partner had just gotten out of the shower and was wrapped in a towel . found that a little off putting

The best thing is it's location.

Unfortunately, because of the street and metro, it's quite noisy.

The location was great right opposite Hyde park.

The view we had looked straight out to a building which was a little disappointing. There were no tissues available which is normally supplied.
