Clean and cosy room with a nice balcony view (to the rear of the building). Everything looks pretty new. Good breakfast. Staff was really friendly.

Very nice place with friendly staff and easy check-in. Rooms have a nice balcony and large-enough beds. It's directly on the main road but good insulation. Breakfast was very good. It may look expensive compared to the location (not in a big touristy town) but actually good compared to the average in the area.

Pillows were not among the most comfortable and there is only one for each person. If you want more, you can get them in the lobby.

Easy check-in, super clean room, clean big bathroom and good breakfast

It is next to the station itself when you come out from the station. It is in front of you. Very good location.

When I was booking, I didn’t notice that the toilet is common for four rooms Also, I recommend all the visitors keep change €.20 for the lift because B&B is located in the seventh floor you need to pay for the Lift to go up and down every time you use you have to insert €.20 it is not the money but the thing is if you don’t have a change when you are returning from tired day then you have to use staircase till seventh floor and also 70% of the time lift is blocked by other floors just to keep it for them or forget to close the doors.

Breakfast was good, location convenient for us as we were passing through. The hotel is fully automated for check-in / check-out with an outside machine providing a key for any room. Very neat.

Newish hotel, very modern but missed opportunity is that there was no AC, only some fans in the room. With current climate changes it becomes a must to have AC during the summer months.

We visited Zurich and stayed in hotel sleep&stay for one night. This was the perfect stop for us. 20 min drive from the city center, free parking, easy self check-in, super breakfast, good beds.

No airco in the room so it was warm at night. There were fans though.

Very comfortable room and quite convenient to the EV15 cycling route. A drying rack to wash our clothes and dry on the terrace was nice as was the safe bike storage. Good breakfast.

Breakfast great, room clean and spacious

Excellent self serve continental breakfast with lovely bread and jam. Bed was great, bathroom large and although on a busy road we couldn't hear it at all. There was a kettle and a microwave in the room which was perfect for our stay as we didn't want to have to eat in a restaurant every night. Self checkin was quick and easy.

Really nothing - can't find anything negative to say at all :)

The street is very noisy, the windows block the noise when closed

- the breakfast host was outstandingly hospital and welcoming, very kind lady.

- The room I slept in had stuffy air, really unpleasant smell. - There’s zero sound-proofing in the rooms, and facing the street get really noisy - General feeling on the room not being clean - Zero service, not even a sign to advise where to park in case the parking is full (which happen) - for the price of the room I would expect at least a bottle of water instead of gummy bears on the pillow 🫣
