Prachtig hotel, midden in de stad, op loopafstand van alles. Schitterend interieur in hal en ontbijtzaal. Heerlijk zwembad op dak. Uitstekend ontbijt. Prima kamer.
Ik zat in het Okay Palace hotel, naast het Okay Boutique hotel. Zwembad en ontbijtzaal waren in andere toren, dus daar moet je even de hoek voor om lopen. Verder niet erg hoor.

Ligger godt og det er billigt
Morgenmaden var virkelig dårlig og AC virkede dårligt så vi måtte skifte værelse. Generelt er hotellets service ikke i top og der var ikke mælk nogle af de tre dage vi skulle have morgen mad. Alt for dårligt!

Building was tall. I recommend to ask for a room high up for brightness and view. I had the opportunity to move to 10th floor after one night at a lower level. Lots of wood carving objects everywhere. Helpful staff.

had trouble finding power points, hidden behind furniture, not very good breakfast. if the extraction fan is not left on the bathroom smells.

Location was perfect. Breakfast included although I was expecting to see more fruit.
There was no maid service. We stayed three days and the bed and towels were not changed.

Nous avons cru arriver dans un hotel merveilleux. Il l'était probablement, il y a 30ans, c'est vraiment dommage de ne pas l'avoir entretenu.
À l'arrivée, on découvre sur place que notre chambre double n'est pas disponible, dc on nous donne une autre avec des lits jumeaux. Après 22h de vol, en pleine nuit, on est devant le fait accompli.
Ça sent mauvais, les tasses sont sales, draps et couvre-lit tachés, bouilloire infâme, table pas nettoyée, télé qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de savon... Bon. Le lendemain on nous donne enfin la chambre qu'on a réservée. Lavabo couvert de tartre, une ampoule sur deux fonctionne, sol pas lavé (ms balayé quand même),pomme de douche qui fuit de partout. Piscine trouble, serviettes sales et bouteilles vides autour, qui n'ont pas bougé de notre arrivée à notre départ. Réveillés les 2 jours par le personnel qui crit dans les couloirs entre ménage et réparateur d'ascenseur.
C'est plutôt cher pour le cambodge, et c'est un vrai attrape-con. On a laissé nos valises qques heures à l'accueil, a côté de plusieurs monticules, plus haut que nos sacs de ce qui doit être leur compta.

Un magnifique hôtel en décrépitude , mal entretenu et sale, à fuir pour le prix !!!
Quartier glauque le soir, et vous serez harcelés dans la sortie de l'hôtel par les tuk-tuk.
Un vrai gâchis pour une si belle structure ! (Au passé)

Everything really. Clean and tidy with good staff.
For breakfast you have to leave the building and walk around the corner to the OKAY Palace Hotel. But that’s a very minor thing…wouldn’t put anyone off staying here at all.

Spacious room
That the lady at reception lied about the room being cleaned, and wouldn't let us get to our room early even though it was vacant. (The guy next door told us he was by himself on our floor for the whole week).
Bathroom water was so dirty, my kids couldn't have a bath.

Il faut savoir qu'il s'agit de l'hôtel "petit frère" du "okay palace boutique hôtel" situé à côté.
Du coup, les services sont un peu laissés de côté : il y a bien une piscine sur le toit, qui est propre, mais vous n'aurez que 2 rares transats sans coussins, les bons sont au boutique hôtel.
Idem pour le petit déj, il faut se rendre au boutique hôtel le matin.
Le personnel s'ennuie un peu ici aussi et ça se sent, toutes les questions possibles il faudra voir avec le boutique hôtel.
Après du coup la piscine bien que petite est très calme et la vue de la ville très belle aussi et les trajet sont courts jusqu'au boutique puisque c'est à côté, mais on aurait aimé juste être mis au courent avant, surtout que ça n'est pas du tout l'hôtel le moins cher du coin

When we get there they said that there were no rooms available and moved us to another hotel. They sent me a message to see if I wanted them to order a taxi from the airport to the hotel but didnt tell me they didnt have more rooms. They make us go to another hotel of a lower category, no swimming pool, small bedroom, broken toilet door, very dodgy. After sleeping for a bit went to the hotel to see if they had a room and said the next morning they didnt have one either. They wanted to send us to an other hotel. We said no, that otherwise we wanted the money back and find somewhere else and then they said that okay but they needed to clean the room. They took us to one room that the beds were not made, so we complained. They took us then to another room and there were hairs on the bed and one of them wasn’t made. We told the cleaners to just clean the room and stayed. They do this with a lot of customers as we spoke to others and had the same issue. I asked for a refund for the first night and said no. Very unprofessional and rude. The water in the swimming pool is very cold, nearly impossible to go in the water and the bar upstairs is always closed. Very poor hygiene.

location it’s the best as you can access to the river by a few minutes walking, also the royal palace
staff doesn’t manage english very well unfortunately, sheets of the bed smaller than the mattress size

This hotel is in a good central location. The room was spacious with good views overlooking the city.
Cold water shower, very tired bed linen & towels. Swimming pool area was closed off, but you can use the pool at the Okay Boutique, which is where breakfast is served and is a one minute walk. Breakfast was rather limited for the western palate.

Is was an old building opposite a building site,it was a character room aircon was poor and nothing worked properly
They were very unkind we were robbed in pp on street and told them as aother and daughter we needed to stay and wait for western union from ourfamily within the week they told us to leave and that they couldn't help,I was attacked and had my new passport money stolen the basically kicked us put very dark souls

and its location is really good close to all the attractions,about 5-6 minutes walk to the royal palace

Best location to visit everything around
Every time I always stayed at Okay boutique, now I booked at Okay palace with the price higher but the moved us to Okay boutique without informed in advance.
It was nice to stay but now everything changed…
Not response to my requests,
Asked to check out late until 13h30, they agreed but around 12h the staff call us to check out.
Room not too clean at this time, the towels, the bed sheets was very dirty.
Not happy times at this moment!!!

They put us in a diffetent hotel to what we booked!! And simply told us they owned both, but..... the hotel we were placed in had an over crowded breakfast buffet food was not replenished leaving us with very little and poor choice. The pool, one of the main reasons we made this booking was infact at the other hotel, the pool we had was on the breakfast terrace and very small, know where to sit! The bathroom looked amazing but no water pressure or hot water. Offered airport shuttle which took 3 days to arrange this service we found upon checkout it was an additional $18 when we dicovere ourselves this journey was $5 dollars with grab or bolt. Make sure you get your sim before you leave the airport and not let the hotel pickup arrange it for you!!!

We were supposed to stay at the Okay Palace but they put us up at the Boutique Hotel instead.
The room did not have power point next to the bed (I have to sleep with a CPAP machine) and they did not have an extension cord. We ordered Room.Service and after making two phone calls, it arrived cold. Breakfast was limited and everything was cold.
