We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. Such a perfect little house! Exceptionally clean and bright and a great location near downtown Sonoma. Lots of thought went into providing all the little things a guest might need. Beautiful backyard and lots of outdoor seating to relax in. One of the best places we've rented through VRBO! Hoping to come back next summer!

We absolutely loved staying in this home. We were here for a wedding weekend, so we didn't get to spend as much time at the home as we would have liked to. The backyard is lovely. Beautiful trees, large, comfortable outdoor furniture, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this property and I hope to have a reason to come back again soon.

This property is a gem--simple yet elegant. The backyard is heaven! Photos don't do the property justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the house has everything you'd need and is very cozy and peaceful. Super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and just the right size for two couples and their dogs. We'll be back next July!

Everything was as shown in the listing. The hubbies loved the hot tub. My husband also loved the outdoor shower. Wonderfully appointed cottage home, perfect for our short getaway for a friend’s wedding. I had no cellular reception until I entered the home and got on the wifi so thankfully I had forwarded the entry instructions to my friend beforehand and she was able to get us in. Note: you may want to screen shot the entry instructions in case you’re like me and don’t have cellular service in Glen Ellen.

This home had everything we needed. We spent four nights and felt right at home. Even decided to grill out and eat dinner every night while enjoying the hot tub, versus going out.

Perfect home to explore Sonoma and Napa for a girls trip! Loved the outdoor space, especially the hot tub. Comfortable, quiet and very clean.

We arrived to a nice bottle of wine to enjoy on the beautiful back deck. The back yard was very peaceful and beautiful, and the hot tub was amazing to sit in and enjoy the surroundings. All are as advertised in the pictures! The location of the house was perfect driving distance to the local wineries. For a day trip to Napa, we were arranged a driver, which was great and convenient from pickup to drop-off. Communication, check-in and check-out process via the owners was simple and worry-free. I will definitely be visiting again, and hope to stay here in the future!

I came up to Glen Ellen with my friend visiting from Boston and my two dogs to recover from a very difficult month. Your house provided the perfect retreat. We found it even better than the pics, very clean & fresh, and it had absolutely everything we could ever need. It’s cozy when you need cozy and open and airy when we needed that. We really loved the beautiful yard and the hot tub too. We were able to relax and unwind, but also got out to enjoy a few wineries and very good restaurants all really nearby. Sad to leave, but feeling refreshed and restored. Thank you!

The home is very nicely put together, updated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a bit of a drive to get to Napa but there are many wineries close by.

What an absolutely wonderful property!! The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had all of the info we needed as far as the area and the cottage itself. Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, tons of character. Great location for exploring Sonoma area. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying in Kerstin’s cute house for our getaway to CA. The location is great, the locals are great, and the wine was even better. Everything is as described! The hot tub worked perfectly. The site manager Natalie was a sweetheart! I definitely will recommend this location to others. The Jack London Saloon was a hot spot in town. The local village mart has great food.. a little pricey but we’ll worth it. Thanks Kerstin!

We spent the second half of thanksgiving week here and loved it. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids under 10). Highlights for my daughters were the backyard and the heated floor in the master bathroom. Highlights for me were cleanliness, fully-stocked kitchen, and the proximity to so many places of interest throughout Sonoma and Napa valleys. We drove to the coast, walked around Sonoma square, did a few hikes (Jack London state park and Armstrong Redwoods), and visited several wineries in Sonoma valley and Napa valley, and never felt like we spent too much time in the car. We had a great stay. Highly recommend this rental.

The house is very cozy . We usually stay in Napa . This was our first time staying in the Sonoma area and this house was in a great location .

This Glen Ellen cottage was so warm and inviting! We felt very much at home here and we really enjoyed our visit. The property exceeded our expectations - the pictures just don't do it justice! The home is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are very bright and cozy. I loved the guest room with the window facing the hills. The hot tub is great and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. Wonderful property! Thank you for hosting us!

Check in and check out we’re smooth. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival, and the fenced in patio was a great hang-out spot. Good location close to a lot of wineries as well.

Very cute little cottage on a very busy high car volume street in Glen Ellen. We had a lovely time and the house was centrally located. Everything was about a 30 minute drive. Not much in Glen Ellen but the French bakery was wonderful! Sonoma has great restaurants and grocery stores and is about 15 minutes away. Our only complaint was the hot tub. The lid is held together with duct tape and pretty dirty. Half the jets in the tub don’t work and it needs a good cleaning. Other than that the house is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Cute little bungalow. Very comfortable and cozy. Beautifully updated marble bathrooms. Very well equipped, with lots of outdoor items. Perfect for one/two couples. Located nicely to visits wineries and restaurants.

This little cottage in Glen Ellen was amazing! The cottage is a small two bedroom home in a residential area of the little town of Glen Ellen. This was our first time in the Sonoma valley, but we couldn't have been happier with both the location and the home. It was quaint and quiet. The front yard is landscaped with a variety of flowers, cactuses, trees, and bushes. Getting into the driveway is challenging for large cars but had enough room for our two cars to park. The backyard is amazing and includes a deck, a hot tub, grill, two seating areas, a picnic table, and meticulously landscaped areas. We spent alot of time on the back deck and enjoyed the hot tub on one evening. Doors from each bedroom lead out to the deck. Glen Ellen is a joy. It has a 5-star restaurant (Glen Ellen Star), an amazing French Bakery, a gourmet market, and enough local wineries to keep you busy all week. We visited Benzinger, Imagery, Mayo, and B.R.Cohn wineries. We also ate at the wine and food pairing at Mayo's Reserve Room just a few miles down the road. It was a tremendous vacation in an amazing little cottage. Thanks Kerstin and David! You guys were amazing!

Stayed here for a week while our son was at a golf camp. This place really does have it all - it is very well stocked and you will have everything you need cooking wise. The BBQ is quite new and you can crank it up to 600+ degrees for hot grilling - you rarely find rentals with good grills so this was definitely an exception and much appreciated so we grilled quite a lot of the time. The backyard is also well laid out with lots of areas for lounging as well as dining. And there is also of course the large hottub which is really nice on the cooler wine country evenings when the fog rolls in. The house itself is quite small being a two bedroom but it does have two bathrooms so is perfect for a small family or two couples. We were also able to bring our little doggy and he enjoyed roaming the large backyard. All in all a great little week long getaway in wine country. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed the hot tub and spacious shaded back yard, and will stay here again if we return for more wine country exploration.

We came up for the Napa to Sonoma Half Marathon and the place was perfect! We had an easy check in, were able to relax in the hot tub, and cook all of our meals from the house with the fully stocked kitchen. Our dog had room to run around the backyard. The house is close to everywhere we needed to go and was very close to a Mexican grocery store that had an amazing burrito which I would highly recommend.
