Location was good. Property was good.. clean peaceful over all very satisfied.

How the keys are only issued via code(email) no front office or directory for any assistance.. had an issue of entering the property at first bc the code that was sent via text email was wrong..along with not having very little to no service so that was n issue bc I could not make calls out) not a big issue customer service handled it..after I used the security officers landline.. the issue I had was I had no service therefor I had to go to and from the cabin maybe a 5 min drive up in down thru woods(again not a big issue just more of an inconvenience) luckily security had a landline to resolve it.. maybe have a different way to get the keys to the cabins where there is service only thing I could recommend

nothing an I’ll never book with booking again the hot tub was out the first two days I was there also this place wasn’t where I originally book they waited til the day I was traveling to my other cabin to cancel the cabin saying it wasn’t aval worst exp ever won’t happen again

The view was nice.

Upon arrival the key code for the door didn't work. There is no service on cell phones so we had to fight trying to call out to get a new code. There was pet hair everywhere and it didn't appear cleaned. The master bed had black pet hair on the bed, under the sheets, and all on the pillows. Obviously the sheets weren't changed from the previous renters. Unfortunately we didn't see this until the morning after our first nights stay. My wife and I woke up with probably 10-15 different bites each all over our bodies from something in the bed. There was also rodent droppings in the pans in the stove. There is also a sulfur spring or sewage leak close by, so the smell is amazing. Stay here again? I wouldn't pay a nickel to sleep here again.
