I liked the room, and service except receptionist. Garden area is beautiful.

Receptionist guy is rude, other customers late night check in people were to loud and they were talking loud and playing music loud, plus there was a marriage in the hotel next to it and the music system was terribly irritating.

The garden could have been more colourful and lively. Also there was no night light in the room. There should have been a dim light to burn at night.

The location was perfect, just off the main street in Lonavala. There are a decent amount of restaurants around, and there are plenty of auto-rickshaws sitting nearby if you need a drive somewhere (but they're not pushy!). Our room was spacious, and the shower had hot water (and even though it just empties onto the bathroom floor, it dried very quickly compared to some other places). The breakfast was good, especially the delicious coffee! Between the hotel and an outdoor restaurant across the street, Lonavala has the best coffee I've ever had! Another plus was that water bottles were included (as many as we wanted per day, delivered to our room). WiFi was good as well.

Property is at an excellent location since it is in heart of lonavala city. Good restaurants at walkable distance. This was a last minute buy for us.. So could not expect great ambience so for the rate that we gor it was OK.. There is a play area which is good. Also there is free ample space for parking.

Staff was good but reception guys need some improvement. Rest all OK... Some more things to do and little extra space in rooms could make it better.
