The location and the distance to the beach. Breakfast was ok.

A/C was super loud. Online stated "pet friendly NO EXTRA CHARGE" but I had to pay an extra $50 for my dog. That we had to check in at a different place but pick up the keys at our location... a unnecessary back and forth!

condo could use updating and more comfortable bed for 3rd person

The room location was great the tub on the 1st day was flooding. We had to clean drain a huge clog of hair came out. Disgusting- something that we didn't want to deal with in vacation and the ac was dripping and dripping had to be dealing with putting towels to avoid falling we reserved for 4 days and dealt with this for 4 days.. I had to ask to see if we could be moved.. got the option on last day but it was an upstairs room. I was very upset I finally felt good to discuss this with u all.

No towel service - AC unit leaked - water all over the floor - ruined bag with make up/bathroom stuff. Ice maker wasn’t working.

Our unit (102) needs a total remodel job and has terrible furniture, no water pressure in shower and toilet would not stop running or would not flush at all. Would not stay in that apartment ever again (come on owner, you can do better than this if you are going to rent it out) but we did like the Tiki complex overall. Pools are great and location is good with bars and restaurants in walking range.

Nice inexpensive stay. Best part was being right on the water.

The only part we didn’t like was that we tried to have a movie night but the tv was too small and it was difficult to use the DVD player as the remote wasn’t working or it was very confusing. There were even written instructions but it still seemed impossible. Eventually the movie just started playing on its own to our surprise which saved the night.

Location, wanted to relax so it was peaceful and quiet. Absolutely loved it.

The condo was smaller than I anticipated and the shower heads were messed up, no biggie.
