Beautiful little cape very close to the beaches. Great host!

Wish we could have stayed longer to appreciate all it had to offer. Weather did not cooperate with us lol.

This is our 3rd time staying at the cottage in Narragansett. It was wonderful to be back and we noticed and appreciated that the beds had been upgraded. We love the proximity to Scarborough and enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood and by the beach. We hope to return in 2025!

This cottage is comfortable and well-stocked, in a perfect location, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The gazebo made the entire trip. I hope I can rent it again next summer.

Tom's cottage is fantastic, well located in Narragansett, it's spacious, you have all the kitchen necessities, the outdoor shower, the beds are very cumfortable, the A/C is very good too. You are 5 min away from beaches, clam shacks, benny's clam shack is the best, we will come back next year for sure. Jean-François, Geneviève, Élodie and Charles

Place was clean. Worked well for a family of four. Will definitely return next year if dates for stay are available.

Needed to be at an event for the weekend at University of Rhode Island (URI). The cottage is just a short drive to everything; URI, restaurants, the beach, shopping…. Yet tucked away in a quiet and adorable neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. I would 100% recommend this rental and hope to stay again! It was perfect and priced right.

Stayed w the grandkids. The cottage is clean and well stocked. Appreciate the new beds in the 2 end rooms! The outside shower is great as is the gazebo. Great location near many beaches and attractions.

Great location, perfect weekend getaway.

The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The house is set off of a main route in a perfect location. Minutes away from several of the State beaches (one within walking distance). Close to coffee/convenience/pizza. The outdoor deck with gazebo was the perfect place to enjoy the evenings. There is also a gas grill . There were tv's in every room as well . The washer/dryer added the convenience of home living. All-in-all, a wonderful place to spend your summer vacation.

Everything was great except for sleeping. 2 of the beds were a 5 out of 10. The back left bedroom mattress was a 2 out of 10. Kinda important in a rental. It's too bad Everything else was great. Easy fix let us know if you get new mattresses we would stay agian in a hot sec.

I would have liked some streaming channels. There was no property manager that I communicated with. Had direct access to the owner. We loved the outside tent and furniture. Nice touch.

We enjoyed our time at this Narragansett beach house. House is equipped with everything you need. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and provided information about the area since it was our first time there. Very close to the beaches in narragansett and about 30min drive to Newport. We would definitely stay here again, if vacationing in the area.

Very easy rental process. Everything was explained clearly and payments recorded accurately. Will always rent through VRBO if possible.

We spent a week in this lovely cottage and could not have been happier with our choice. It was so clean, fresh and nicely set up. The owners clearly take great care to make guests feel at home, providing everything you might need as well as lovely touches like fresh flowers picked from the yard in vases when we arrived. Even plenty of hangers in the closets, which is rarely the case in a vacation rental! The only meals we prepared were breakfast and lunch but the kitchen was well stocked to cook all meals. We especially enjoyed the deck covered by the huge canopy. We had morning coffee and breakfast out there every day, and relaxed there in the late afternoon after being out and about. The location was great. We've vacationed in RI many times but never in this specific neighborhood. It was convenient to everything, yet the street and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful. My husband and I drove to Scarborough beach so we wouldn't have to carry all of our things. But our son would walk later on to meet us there, and the walk is not bad at all. The owners were very accessible when we had questions leading up to our stay. Once we got there, we didn't need them again because everything was all set and any info we needed had already been provided. Highly recommend this property and would be happy to visit again!

We enjoyed the porch sitting area, and it is a great location for walking, biking, and closeness to everything fun in in Narragansett.

Such a cute property!

We were only staying for one weekend because of a soccer tournament nearby, but it was a great weekend! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer and explore more. The house was clean and well-stocked with kitchen necessities and games. We enjoyed sitting outside under the canopy. We did not need to use the outdoor shower, but it definitely looked like it would have been great after a beach day. Our family of 5 fit just fine in the house. We will definitely book again for a longer stay in the future.

Enjoyed our accommodations at 2 Martin Ct. The house was very clean and Tom was responsive to our emails. The deck was very relaxing and private. I would return to this property for another weekend in Narragansett.

We had a great week in Narragansett! The cottage is exactly as advertised and is in a convenient location, close to many RI beaches and restaurants. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors under the canopy. The owners did a phenomenal job creating a private, relaxing space in a relatively small yard. We ate and hung out there whenever we could. The cottage has everything you could need and is a great choice for a couples getaway, small family, or up to three couples. We will definitely consider this house again next time we go back to the area.

We stayed here in 2019 and when I started to look for a summer rental I couldn’t find better than this! It is super convenient to Scarborough Beach and comfortable accommodations for our family of 4.

The property exceeded our expectations! It was clean, charming and comfortable. We LOVED the deck with the pop up gazebo and spent several evenings after the beach relaxing there.

Great beach week! This is a great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. The hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. The location is great for everything in the Narragansett area and the house was comfortable and had what we needed. The outdoor was fantastic!! The only thing to note is the really sqeaky box spring in the master bedroom...the entire house could hear us roll over! Not a big deal of course, just might want to put the kids in there instead of heavier adults!

House was very clean upon arrival, enjoyed the kitchen appointments which included a knife block , plenty of pots and pans for every cooking need , as well as the incidentals to get you through your stay. The beautifully landscaped house outside as well as fresh cut flowers inside made our stay a little more special. Outdoor shower, grill and patio was all perfect. Everything was in top notch state. Thanks to the owners for making this a memorable visit to the Naragansett area! We will be back !

We stayed here for three nights with our two young daughters and had a great time. Location was close to the beach and stores. Great beach house.

I would rent again. And would also tell people about it.. only draw back is yard is small so is driveway.
