This home have everything we would want in a vacation rental. Out time there was great, we enjoyed the property and the amenities. The home was clean and in good shape, the communication from the owner was also great. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall, Summer Breeze was an excellent choice for a family gathering! The indoor gathering space was nice with the large sectional, plenty of counter tops for food prep, and two huge tables though we only needed one. Well equipped kitchen. The deck was nice but the pollen was very heavy this time of year. Big yard was perfect for an Easter egg hunt. We enjoyed playing pool, soaking in the hot tub, fishing off the dock, and kayaking. Would recommend renting a boat in season! Love to return when the pool is open! Next door to the neighborhood boat launch.

The house is awesome for a group of friends wanting a lake stay! So many amenities, you barely need to leave the property for fun. Natalie is a very attentive host. Planning to rent this house again in the future 😊

This was our first time staying in N. C. for our winter golf outing. We were looking for something closer than driving to Fla. Weather was in the 60’s most days. Only rained one day. Overall a very good week. Great place.

This home was perfect for our family to meet from 3 different states to enjoy Thanksgiving. The home is spacious and well stocked. The owner was always very responsive and helpful. We will definitely consider this home for future getaways.

We really enjoyed our visit! Weather was nice, so we spent most of our time boating, swimming, relaxing in the hot . I would highly recommend this property.

We arrived during Tropical Storm Ophelia and Kevin (maintenance) was working so hard to keep up with the debris coming down. He wanted everything to be perfect. Natalie called the day before to see if we had any questions and to make sure we had everything we needed. Any time we had any questions, I sent her a message and she responded within minutes!! The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families. Downstairs has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living room, pool table, fooseball, and access to outside. Upstairs is more formal with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining and living room. The upstairs deck overlooks the pool and water. We had friends and family with us and our adult children and grandchildren created memories we will never forget! Everyone was already talking about doing it again. Every ages group had an amazing time. Thank you Natalie for allowing us to create such wonderful memories with our families in your beautiful home!!

This beautiful home has everything our family of 14 needed. Great location, fully stocked kitchen, lots of space indoors and out to spend time all together.

We very much enjoyed ourselves at this home. There was only 7 of us staying at the house, but there was plenty of space for larger groups. The house and pool area was very clean. We spent may hours in the pool and jacuzzi. We rented a pontoon boat and it fit perfectly in their boat dock slip. The also liked the location. We ate at the Waterview restaurant one night, we highly recommend, and it was a short drive. We also went to Rosemont winery, which was also a short drive from the house. I would recommend this house.

This property was a great place to stay with a large group. Lots of beds and a kitchen that can accommodate all those people. The lake and pool were beautiful!

This property provided us with even more than last years stay. With updating the on-suite bathroom for easier accessibility for my older parents to a more efficient AC unit for downstairs. These owners care about their renters and aim to please to the best of their ability. They have do so many updates in 1 year and improvements to what was a perfect house already. They have thought of everyone and provided something for everyone. Looking forward to renting again next August.

Plenty of room for our family of 12. Loved boating on the lake. Enjoyed all the activities at the house…. Badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, fishing and the pool!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location. We loved having the two dining tables in the same area so we could ALL gather together for a meal. The two kitchens was a plus. Having the option of the pool or the lake was wonderful, especially having young children. There are multiple activities available on the property. We did rent a boat and paddle board. That added to our experience. Now it’s time to rest from our family vacation.

The location of the home was great. The house has a ton of amenities so the “kids” have something to do at all times. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and kayaking (rented kayaks) as well as finishing from the dock. Spent every morning on the deck, enjoying coffee and chatting. Would definitely recommend the home!

This house was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 6 children. The weather was not very accommodating but we enjoyed fishing, s’mores around the fire pit, relaxing in the hot tub, boat riding and making memories! The kitchen upstairs is stocked with everything you need for cooking. Had a great time and hope to revisit again! Natalie was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had! Love the house and the location!

My family and I have been using VRBO for over 10 years. From our wedding in Colorado in 2013 to our most recent stay in the Lake Gaston area. Natalie, our host, was exceptional. She reached out to us a few days before our trip and provided valuable assistance, which is rare. The house itself was spectacular - fully stocked, in a convenient location, spacious, and perfect for us. The kids had a great time playing indoors and outdoors, and even though it was a little chilly outside, we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi. Thank you, Natalie. We look forward to staying in your lovely VR again and highly recommend this place.

This is an awesome property and a very welcoming home. It’s a short and very easy walk to the dock. The owner is excellent, but communication was on point and always in a timely manner. I would love to come back to this home for another vacation!

Great getaway. Nice to have the pool as the lake in that area was not good for swimming but was great for fishing off the deck and kayaking.

What a beautiful property. My family came over to visit from the UK and got a fantastic taste of lake life. The house is fully loaded, really enjoyed relaxing round the pool. The dock was excellent for our boat. Loved the the fact the owner is willing to allow dogs, our dogs had the best time! All around Great Lake house made some fantastic memories here and already looking to rebook for next year!

This property has the best amenities. The pool, hot tub, and lake access made our stay fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Between swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and enjoying all of the activities on the lake, we truly enjoyed all aspects of Summer Breeze! We brought our kayaks, floats, boat, tubes, rafts, fishing poles and gear, and had a blast!

We had a great week! There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room. The pool and hot tub was clean and we enjoyed them. Also the pool table. We would all gather in the tv area at night to watch movies and all found a spot to sit or lay. My husband is partially handicapped and the walk to the boat house was a little rough for him but everyone else did fine. We would stay here again except we need to find someplace right in the water. But great house!

Home sits on a very nice piece of property. Pool and hot tub were used a lot! Rented a boat for a few days and we all enjoyed that. Kitchen and great room were very nice. Two huge tables were used for dinners. Read previous comments from owners that they were going to update Master bedroom and bath which is much needed (dark brown walls, tub and sink need to go!). Bed was very comfortable though. Nothing to do with the home but we were surprised that there weren’t more restaurants and attractions available. But all in all it was a fun family week!
