The home is very nice and we loved the screened in porch. The home is very shaded and secluded making it a nice place to escape the heat of central NC.

I was visiting my daughter and her partner. We had a fabulous time. Enjoyed the location 3700 feet up the mountain. Cool in the mornings. Comfortable in the afternoons. Relaxing time in the well equipped home with excellent support from our host Brandon. The screened in porch was so soothing sitting on the rocking chairs watching the trees. Hot tub was fun. I enjoyed firepit. Dog friendly. 🐶😎

The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The third bedroom was in a loft area with no doors but was very nice. The house is nestled in the beautiful woods and was very peaceful. We loved the screened in porch. Great visit!!

This cabin in Maggie Valley, NC was lovely, peaceful and had every amenity you could possibly need. Brandon left no detail undone. He was proactively helpful, responsive and clear with instructions all around. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Can’t say anything but positive comments about this location. In a wonderful quiet spot with a great view! The cabin was perfect and I loved every minute of the trip. Will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at FernBrook Treehouse! Brandon is very friendly and super accommodating. The cabin is very cozy, clean and well stocked with the essentials and even some things you might forget to pack. The loft with 2 beds was perfect for our teens! We will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I planned a long weekend getaway from Florida with our dogs. We had the best time in this cozy cabin! The host was very attentive with any questions we may have had. The cabin was perfectly placed in the mountains with the best amenities. We had the best vacation. Thanks again for the stay Brandon!

We had a great stay and Brandon was a terrific host. Having a bedroom on each level gave that little bit of privacy since we were two couples. Would definitely stay here again & bring the grands to take advantage of the loft sleeping area.

Our stay was better than we hoped for. Everything was exactly as advertised, excellent accommodations. Easy to get to and the host Brandon does a fantastic job of communicating everything well in advance, and during your stay. So many things to do nearby, and the views are beautiful. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

This was our second time at this property and third renting from this owner and we were nothing but thrilled once again. The location of this house makes it easy to get into nearby towns and to a wide array of hiking areas. The house itself is super comfortable and Brandon goes above & beyond when communicating. The best thing is that his houses provided plenty of cleaning supplies, including dishwasher and laundry pods, which we have found promote easy cleaning during our stay and allows you to return home with a bag full of clean clothes. We actually wanted to do laundry on vacation! The bottom line is we look forward to returning again. Thanks Brandon!

This beautiful home nestled up on the mountainside is surrounded by nature. This was the perfect home for our getaway. Just the right amount of space for a relaxing retreat for two. All of the amenities you need for a week long stay are provided. The screened in porch was my sanctuary for morning coffee and reading before the daily adventures. The hot tub was a perfect addition after long days of hiking. Location is key with this place. Literally just a short distance from eating, shopping, drinking, hiking, exploriong, gambling, driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, catching a concert, fishing, etc, etc. A million possibilities to enjoy your stay in the Maggie Valley area. 100% would recommend and will certainly rebook this location again.

Overall this was a very nice property. It was clean and well maintained. The drive into the property would've been problematic without a four-wheel drive vehicle. The only drawback was that there were other houses close by; the property wasn't actually as remote as we expected.

It' a beautiful home! Cozy, clean.....perfect. We loved the area/locals.... Brandon, the owner, provided us all of the information we needed. No guessing! Loved the fire pit, screened in porch and the hot tub! The scenery was absolutely beautiful. We definitely decided we will be back with friends and family.

Great stay. Great property. The only bad part was I struggled with answering email through the Vrbo app. I signed in and was bombarded with promotional crap. I appolgize to the host for not responding to his emails.

Cabin was clean, very well stocked with a large enclosed porch. Heavily wooded property made it like living in a tree house. Nice fire pit. Comfortable beds. Lots and movies and games. Very responsive owner. Great location for lots of adventures. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a great property for a relaxing stay! It is close to many activities including walking around Lake Junaluska, which is beautifully landscaped. The property is clean, the kitchen well stocked and the owner is great! We have stayed at the Treehouse numerous times and look forward to our next visit!

My family and I had a lovely long weekend escape to the mountains at Fernbrook Treehouse! The house was cozy, comfortable and very clean. The screened-in porch, hot tub and firepit were fabulous amenities that were put to good use after days of long hikes. Brandon was easy to communicate with and very attentive. We hope to come back soon!

We were impressed from the minute we pulled into the driveway until the day we left. Brandon has put together a property that is in a beautiful and very private setting. The cabin has everything you'd need while on vacation. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing by the awesome campfire area and then having a nightcap in the hot tub. We stayed 9 nights and were already planning our next trip to this incredible location.

This home is AMAZING! Everything was just as it was described! The cabin was very clean! We only ate out twice and cooked the rest of the time! It was great just to unwind and relax! Brandon was a great host! If I had any questions I could email him and I had an answer in less than 20 minutes! I just can’t say enough about Fernbrook Treehouse! I will be renting it again in the future! I give it 5 stars!

This is a very clean, very comfortable property. The screen porch was delightful, and the gas grill was nice to have. The neighborhood is quiet and there is good privacy. Internet connection is strong. Beds and furniture are comfortable, and the house and kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great base from which to explore the area. Brandon was very responsive and check in couldn't have been easier. We would definitely come back to this house!

Loved the house, well equiped. Loved Maggie Valley. Loved the proximity to Waynesville and it's great restaurants. Golf at Maggie Valley Golf course was extremely enjoyable.
