This was our second year staying at this location, and it's great for our group. Kevin is great at communicating all details with us, and we enjoy the experience each time.

A group of friends and myself stayed at Kevin’s house in Zephyr cove in mid August. We were very impressed with the house. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping quarters, the game room offers lots of activities during down time, and the location is great and closely connected with various activities to do throughout Lake Tahoe. Kevin was very receptive and active in communications and nicely left a welcome package on check-in that was awesome. I highly recommend this house and working with the Kevin to plan your stay.

This property was perfect for my large family! Plenty of room to spread out! The mother-in-law suite was perfect for the couple with no children. Kevin was very responsive to any and all inquiries. Loved the quite location. We would return to this property. Thank you Kevin! Susan

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to begin with our stay here! I brought a group of 12 of both friends and family to help celebrate my 30th birthday for my first time to Tahoe! Kevin went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and being available for any questions or concerns. We requested both a bit of an earlier check in and late check out due to our traveling plans, and Kevin went above and beyond to make it possible! This was hands down the best home rental experience we've ever had. The house is BEAUTIFUL! So much room for activities! The sound system and game room was an added perk. My friends and family had only compliments and good things to say about the place all weekend!! Plenty of room for individuals to do their own thing or gather together for games or meals. Plenty of showers and bathrooms. This place is 10/10. When we venture back to Tahoe, this will be the place! It's a quick drive to the casinos, beaches, restaurants, and other happenings around South Lake Tahoe. Thank you Kevin for your excellent hosting. You were the best host we've ever worked with! You seem like such a kind and accommodating person, so we cannot thank you enough for making our experience in Tahoe the best one yet! If you're between rental options, this is your ticket, you will love it and all it has to offer!

This property is simply beautiful. very comfortable and has everything you need for a remarkable and relaxing stay! The steam shower in the master bath is unbelievable!

I stayed at this property with family for three days. The property manager called and harassed me every single day about noise complaints when there wasn’t any excessive noise being made by me or any other gas. On the second day of my reservation I was cornered in by the host who said I would either have to pay him an extra $1000 or he would cancel my reservation. Then the next day after I paid him an extra $1000 he still called and complained that If we were being noisy that he would call the police. Overall he made me and my family feel very unwelcome at his property and I would not recommend that anyone ever runs from this guy

Wow! What can I say about this gem, but...wow! So many bedrooms and a mother-in-law quarter with kitchen and private bathroom. Tucked away in a cute little community with views to die for. The owner was awesome to work with. He helped make our trip one to remember even during 6 feet of snow. Close to the town and casinos, so the location was perfect. We had so much fun sledding and playing in the snow. Full game room downstairs helped us kill time while being snowed in for 2 days. We WILL be renting this amazing home in the future.

The house had everything you need for a large party. We had adults, teenagers, and one child over a fun weekend. The location was close to all Tahoe has to offer. The house layout allowed everyone to have their space and play when needed. The manager was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to all.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was for my wife's 70th birthday, and we needed a place that would house the whole family. The house was large, with two separate living areas. It was great to have the pool and game area downstairs where the kids (and an occasional adult) could play, along with a living room, kitchen and dining area upstairs, which was perfect for just relaxing, or gathering around the dinner table. Beds were all comfortable, although I would say sleeping is a little tight for 16 people. The owner was very responsive and available, although we really didn't require much assistance. The location is great, very close to main part of South Lake, but in a quiet neighborhood.The biggest issues were several - what I would call - deferred maintenance items, although nothing that impacted our stay. (This was my primary reason for 4 - not 5 - stars. The kitchen could have had a few more items, but was adequate for our short stay.Overall, we really enjoyed out stay, and would stay here again.

The property is better than it looks in the picture, clean and comfortable. The owner is kind and responsive. We (6 adults and 4 kids) had a great time here. The only thing disappointed the kids is that the foots ball is not working well. Helpfully the owner could get it fixed soon.

Kevin was an awesome host and made the the entire process extremely easy and seamless as he was very responsive. The actual accommodation itself was perfectly located, less then 5 minutes from all restaurants and entertainment in South Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody looking to spend a weekend in South Lake.

This house is in a great location and worked perfect for a group of 12 adults that were there for a reunion. Kevin was very responsive and check in/out was seem less. Highly recommended.

House was clean, host was great and the location was central to all amenities!

The owner asked police officers to evict us out of property at 1:00 am in the morning. Police threatened to arrest us if we don’t leave the house. A case was created. I wanted a full refund and a termination of this owner to further do business with VRBO to protect future tourists from being evicted out of the property. We left 1:30 am and drove back to California in the middle of the dark night. Luckily we were safe home.

We were very pleased with the house. While the many outdoor activities kept us away during the day it was so comfortable to come home to at night. Plenty of space and the pool table was a big hit with the teens. We all loved the kitchen space for gathering around and talking. The only reason for 4 stars was due to an undersized queen bed in the granny flat. Kevin is very easy to work with and reach. Close to everything including sunsets at the beach!

There were 8 in our group. We found the 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms nice and roomy. Our adult son stayed in the mother in law unit which gave him a bit of privacy. The kids loved playing pool and we enjoyed the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room. Kevin was responsive to all our questions including some on activities in Lake Tahoe. He was always readily available. We highly recommend Heavenly activities for the summer. They have a mountain coaster which was like the one we rode in Chamonix, France. We decided to rent a pontoon boat for the social distancing concept and had a wonderful day. This was a great house for our family vacation.

We came with a large group of 12 adults and a bunch of children. This cabin fit us all very comfortably. We had no issues with the cabin, it was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was big enough so that several people could be cooking and prepping all at the same time. One of the things I really liked about this cabin was that there was just a single staircase to navigate to get to the rooms and the main living area. Other large cabins I've stayed at in the past have rooms spread out on 3 or more levels and having to constantly go up and down multiple flights of stairs constantly takes its toll, especially when you have young kids. So just 2 levels and being able to see the living area on the bottom floor from above made it easier to keep an eye on all the kids as they moved around the cabin. Kevin was very accommodating, always replied promptly, and checked-in with us via message to make sure everything was going alright. Would definitely recommend this place!

Came with a group of friends as an annual reunion trip. The house was perfect! Great living and dining space for all of us to gather. Pool table, foosball, and poker table were all used plenty of times. Kevin was super responsive over text and email and replied almost immediately to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Christmas. Kevin was excellent and did everything he promised. The home is lovely.

We stayed at this property for a family reunion with 10 guests. The house was very comfortable for our large group. Ideally located near stateline and many fun activities. The house was spacious, clean, well appointed, and a fair value. Very importantly, the communication with the property owner was outstanding. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This place is fantastic for large groups looking to take advantage of all South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Super close to Zephyr Cove Beach, less than a mile to the nearest grocery store and tucked away for privacy - this place has it all. Above all of that, however, is the Property Manager, Kevin. This guy is on top of everything. From check-in, to communication throughout your stay, to suggestions on how to best enjoy Tahoe - he does it all! 5 star experience all the way around - thanks for everything, Kevin!
