We absolutely LOVED our stay here in this condo! It was everything we wanted and more! We wanted a place where our whole family could be together and have enough space to move around and not be squished. Everything about this condo is beautiful! It’s so clean and well kept. The huge kitchen and island were perfect for us! The balcony overlooking the ocean was my favorite part. Being able to sit and watch the ocean all day was so peaceful. The pool table was a plus as the guys loved doing that everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be returning again! Thank you Mike and Lori for making a family vacation so easy and memorable.

Perfect setup for 4 couples+. All accomodations even better than advertised. Setup for cooking, entertaining, and sleeping is perfect. Oceanfront enjoyed both inside and out. Look forward to coming back!

An absolutely beautiful and well appointed 4 bedroom/4 1/2 bathroom condo overlooking the beach and pools at Las Palomas. Everything was perfect!

This place is fantastic!

Huge, well-appointed condo with spectacular view of ocean and both sunrises and sunsets. Kitchen has everything a group would want plus a nice pool table. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and 2 have private decks. The condo was so comfortable and wonderful that we didn't want to leave it to go to lunch or dinner. Bring plenty of food to cook because that is preferable in our opinion!

One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in at Las Palomas super clean has an amazing view and owners are excellent on communication and are really sweet, I recommend booking with Mike and Lorri!

We stayed with 3 other couples from work for a friends birthday. The condo was so open and spacious! The kitchen is absolutely great to entertain a big group. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or separately. The beds were very comfortable, which is hard to find! Top it all off with the panoramic views and it sure made it hard to leave!

Mike and Lori’s condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything from the breathtaking view to the well furnished condo. More space than you could ask for. Owners more than accommodated for all our needs and requests. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a memorable stay in rocky point. Thanks again

A great condo that met our expectations in every way. The property managers were immediately responsive to all of our questions and helped provide a wonderful stay.

Would highly recommend this condo just on the view alone. Great wrap around deck and part of it is always in the shade. Close enough to the ocean to hear the waves unlike the penthouse condos. This place is perfect for adults w/o children as we learned that the main room has no shades so putting the small roller beds in the living room for the children didn't work as they woke up at 5:30am when the sun rises and woke up us adults. So if you were hoping for some alone time with your significant other best to only have 3 rooms reserved for adults and leave one room for the children. The billiard table was a great plus for the condo as several of us played during the stay. We did have 2 building electrical outages while staying and that turned off the nest A/C in 2 rooms each time but a call to front office had maintenance there to reset/fix the A/C. Was a great 4th of July week. Had a live band, barbeque, fireworks and a cool ocean breeze. Ready to face the real world again. Highly recommend. Been to Las Palomas 20+ times and with the right group of friends/family this is the condo to book.

This Condo is very spacious with beautiful views. It has everthing you need and more. We enjoyed having Thanksgiving there with our family.

Property is almost exactly as described although there was essentially no closet in the master bedroom. Even short dresses or shirts for a tall man will end up wrinkled from being bunched up on the bottom of the “closet”. Owner has so many cabinets and closets locked that we had to just pile all our non refrigerated food on the counter or keep it in the Tupperware bins we brought it in. As a vacation rental property owner myself, I felt like The property is not set up to accommodate the guests as much as it is set up to accommodate the owner.Cable signal doesn’t adequately reach the master bedroom. Luckily we brought a computer with our own VPN. It is very important to note that one of the bedrooms does not even have a window in it. All three of my kids suffer from claustrophobia and that posed a serious challenge for our group to put someone in a room without even a window. Master bedroom has its own private balcony, second bedroom opens on to the large main balcony, 3rd bedroom just has a window and the 4th bedroom is a dark cave. All that being said, it’s a decent unit and I would recommend it.
