Gute Kommunikation möglich ,Sabra ,Antiono sehr freundlich;
Schlafzimmer, Bad ,in Ordnung, Küchenutensilien ,wie z. B . Töpfe und Kaffeemaschine sehr schmutzig ,haben alles erst gespült ,bevor es benutzt wurde und die Flächen von Küche sowie die Sauberkeit von Böden und Regalen waren vernachlässigt.z.BNur ein Weinglas und ein einziger großer Teller.
Gut vorhanden waren Reinigungsmittel und Toiletten Papier .Toll auch die Waschmaschine.
Wenn der Besitzer darauf besser achten würde ,ist das eine tolle,zweckmäßige Wohnung für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Meeresnähe

Ein sehr gemütliches Apartement
Wir waren 12 Tage in dem Apartement und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und es war auch sehr sauber. Wir würden das Apartemant jederzeit wieder buchen.

Piacevole soggiorno in Sonnenland
I rented the apartment for 3 weeks and, despite the long stay, I can say I had a really good time! The accommodation is small but has all the amenities: washing machine, hob, small oven, refrigerator... and on request Antonio made me also have the hair dryer.
The only flaw, for which I gave 4 stars out of 5, is that the common's pool could be better cared for: it was cleaned only 2 times during my stay and with the crowding of the weekend the water remained dirty.
The apartment is located in a beautiful residential area and close to all the amenities. However, it is advisable to rent a car to get around and reach the sea.
Antonio was very nice and very helpful. I'll go back to his apartment for my future stay in Gran Canaria!

Appartement in rustige omgeving met zwembad
Leuk appartement met huiskamer/keuken, badkamer en een slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Ook nog slaapbank in de huiskamer.
Er is een klein zwembad en pierebadje dat gedeeld wordt met 12 appartementen. Voornamelijk oudere bewoners dus geen jonge kinderen, dus erg rustig.
Enige minpunten: matrassen niet comfortabel, kleine boiler dus snel douchen, geen bezem of emmer aanwezig en geen rekje voor de was op te hangen (Dit moet in de gemeenschappelijke tuin)
Ideaal om met een huurauto het eiland en de vele stranden te verkennen.
