Wonderful stay at a super clean, quiet, condo with a great view! We keep coming back to Indian Shores each year as the location is excellent and the beach is beautiful!

The condo offers everything for a nice, relaxing vacation just a short walk from the beach. Quiet location, set back from through traffic. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms with good water pressure, nice kitchen with all necessary and useful utensils. Particularly noteworthy is the balcony directly over the water of the Intracoastal with a wide, unobstructed view... Wildlife (dolphins, all kinds of birds, etc.) sightings every day. Leo is a very personable, great host! It was a great pleasure to be guests in his condo.

This was the third time for me staying at this Cono in Indian Shores. We absolutely love it. I was there two years ago with my daughter and two Grandchildren and they loved it. My spouse and I were there 5 years ago and last week. The view is amazing, the manatees and dolphins are just outside around the pier, the beach is across the street. The property is big and airy. The furniture and beds are comfortable. All of the beach gear you need is provided. Parking in the parking garage underneath the property was a little challenging for us since we have a full-sized truck. If you have anything on the top of your vehicle, you may not be able to park in there, FYI. The property itself is beautiful and we enjoyed our time. The beach is a short walk across the street. Leo was easy to contact and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed all of the wildlife viewing from the balcony. I don't think we would have seen as much of that if we had stayed on the beach.

It was our third time to stay in this absolutely beautiful condo. The location is perfect! The balcony view is amazing, the condo is extremely clean, and all of the extras such as beach chairs, beach towels, and well stocked kitchen supplies made for the perfect vacation!

You can't beat this unique location, spacious living, tons of amenities. You name it ,it has it. This is our third time staying here. Great owner. Perfect location for making great photos, wildlife, sunrises and sunsets. Looking forward to our next stay there.

This place was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Quiet, peaceful and serene. Beautiful view and like others mentioned, we saw dolphins, various shore birds and manatees every day. Beds were comfy and the place is much nicer and spacious than the photos depict. Very short walk to the beach. The owners stocked this place with tons of towels, toiletries, and even toilet paper and paper towels , so nice! Kitchen ahd everything. Only downside, that I can think of, which is 100% not the owners fault or responsibility, is the pool was hot. Not refreshing at all. Water Temp was 97 degrees. Hardly anyone used it. So just be aware of this if you come in the summer. The pool is pretty much out. I'm just mentioning it bc it was a big necessity for us with the kids, and so wanted others to be aware. That being said, it was still a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this great little condo. 😀

We’ve vacationed in the St. Pete area for the last 3 summers and this is by far our favorite property! The condo was spacious and had beautiful views of the intercoastal from the balcony! It was across the street from the beach access (maybe a 3 minute walk) so it was easy to go back and forth to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept really well during our week long stay. I really appreciated the box fan that was available to use as it was HOT during our trip so we moved it around the condo to add extra cool air. The door lock was easy to operate, there was plenty of beach gear available to use, and we were glad to have the washer and dryer in the unit to use. My husband also enjoyed fishing off the private pier during our stay…he caught a ton of fish (all thrown back)! We’d love to stay here again!

This place was wonderful! First night in we seen dolphins and our last day 2 manatees were so close, all from the balcony. Leonid was so easy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly! We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I rode 10 and a half hours to get to this rental property and WOW, what an awesome place! When we arrive it was late evening and we were greeted by the beautiful sunset! Once inside the unit, it was very clean and a WONDERFUL lay out of the condo! The kitchen was FULLY LOADED with every pot, pan, utensil needed for the kitchen, and THE BALCONY . . . . We got a visit every day from the manatee . . . there right in front of our balcony! I got AMAZING photos of these beauties! I recommend this property 1000%! We SO ENJOYED ourselves! WE WANTED FOR NOTHING! AND we enjoyed the condo so much, we didn't eat out the entire week! Thank you, Leo for being such an amazing host! We will see you again!

Enjoyed our third trip to Leo’s condo. Looking forward to another trip this coming fall! Love this place and the Florida lifestyle!

Husband and I just stayed for the 2nd time. We love sitting on the balcony watching the fish jump, dolphins swim.

Beautiful place ion a great location. The one and only issue we had was a very minor one, with a bathroom sink plug that became unhinged from the handle.

Very clean condo with everything you need for eating in. Close by to many restaurants. Some are within walking distance and some are a short car ride away. Everything you need to take to the beach including a wagon to haul it all there. It was a perfect stay with perfect weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had only a couple of minor complaints. We were not aware there are 28 stairs to the condo. My husband is 84 and has had heart issues, so it was a challenge for him. The condo wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There were areas of dust and a few long hairs. The condo was extremely well equipped. The community facilities were also good, with the exception of the inability to leave beach carts and chairs in the garage. It is impractical to have to drag them up and down the stairs daily. They are not an eyesore if stored behind guests’ vehicles. And a note to the condo association - how about a clock on the wall at the pool?

There is a lot to like about this condo. We found it very clean. It’s located in a complex well off the main road, it’s the second condo from the intercostal. The views out of the living room are of the water and the skyline of other waterfront properties. There is a nice view of the water from the master bedroom bed too! It’s clearly the third best view of the 27 units. Gulf access is across the street about 100 yards south of the driveway. We only used the shower in the master bedroom and it was forceful with plenty of warm water. The only bed we used, was very comfortable. The TV’s worked fine, if you here just remember to make sure the green light is on in the cable box! It has limited channels. The kitchen is equipped with a nice assortment of pans, pots lots of dishes, glasses and matched silverware. Not like some rentals, these were in great shape! I loved the openness of the living room and kitchen. Parking was inside, a great space right by the garage entrance. The pool was clean and not close to the road. This complex has only 28 units, a nice advantage! The door allows you to set up your own code for your stay. We really enjoyed not having a key, so much we are going to change our shore home to this access. The dock is nice for fishing or relaxing. There is a small store with bait and an ice cream shop about 750 feet from the property. A short walk south takes you to a shopping center with a couple of restaurants. The owner was very responsive. If you are looking for a quiet place on the intercostal, with a view, consider this one.

We loved everything about our stay! The condo was immaculate, perfectly decorated, very comfortable, and the patio view is absolutely amazing! You have the best of both worlds in this beautiful condo; a walk across the street to the beach and a walk out the back to enjoy the wildlife, dolphins, boats, and fishing from the dock overlooking the intracoastal. It’s close to restaurants, convenient stores, ice cream shops, too. The host was very quick to respond to a question we had. We can’t wait until our next visit.

Our Florida trip is an annual tradition and would not be complete without our stay at Leo's condo. Quiet, clean, and close to the beach. 5 stars!

Everything was really great! We really enjoyed the condo and all the that it offered.And the owner was very nice and helpful. We were sad to leave early because of the hurricane.

We took a week to relax and enjoy the area. The condo was extremely comfortable and everything you could need was available. We arrived late due to flight issues with weather but when we arrived at the condo there were no issues since there is a keypad. What a delight. The views from the deck were tranquil and the variety of wildlife was excellent. We were so happy with the condo and hope to get the opportunity to visit there again. Leo was a wonderful host also and answered any question promptly

Loved being able to feed the ducks and watch for dolphins from balcony overlooking intracoastal,. Views were awesome from sunup till sundown. Would stay here again.

Condo and location was Amazing. Easy check-in and has everything you need to have a great vacation or getaway. Roomy and Amazing views from patio. We loved it and truly felt like it was a home away from home. NO Doubt, We will be back!!

My family and I had an awesome vacation thanks to Leo! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of space. It was very clean and we had more than enough supplies to enjoy our week, both in the kitchen and at the beach! The location is great, only a short walk to the beach and we were able to watch dolphins almost every evening! He was also very easy to reach when needed. Thank you for a great family vacation- we would definitely recommend and plan to stay again! The Smiths

Our stay was incredible! The apartment is nicely furnished and right on the waterway! The beach was directly across the street. Indian Shores is a hidden gem on the Sun Coast. It is close to Clearwater if you want the busy activity of Florida's #1 beach and equally close to John's Pass where it is a great place to rent waverunners and go on a sunset cruise. Hubbard's Marina and Suncoast Watersports are amazing and well-priced. Book this property ASAP - you will not be disappointed.
