Right on the beach.

Had only two rolls of sandpaper toilet paper was awful. It smelled like really old prople. We had to leave the windows and doors wide open to try and get rid of the smell. No coffee or coffee filters. No laundry detergent or fabric softener for the laundry. No sald and pepper. Lots of basics we had to buy just to stay. I've stayed in other places and they had all that stuff including great shampoo and conditioner. They had the lowest grade shampoo and conditioner in the place. Awful. The front door had the latch installed backwards. I think that's why when we showed up around 1230 at night the door was wide open. It was only when I tried closing the door it made a racket since the drain part rather than the curved part of the latch was hitting tbe door frame. I sent an email, texted, and called three days in a row to have them fix the door never got a response. We were there for 7 days or so. We never got a call to tell us when they were going to fix the front door. I even sent a video on how to fix it. Only need a philips screwdriver to do it. You had to turn the knob on the door while holding the door closed to be able to close the door. The way its supposed to work is push the door in the closed direction and it should latch itself. Wife couldn't get the door to close. I had to do it because it wss so messed up. NOT GOOD.The neighbors said the same thing. In every case all the places we stayed, someone came by and called or knocked and checked on us to see if we had enough coffee, clean stuff, and cleaned the place up. We never heard or saw anybody. I called, texted, wrote emails on so many occasions it was crazy NO RESPONSE.
