The hotel was amazing with its fire pits and friendly staff. Room was really big with just the best views of the sea!

Not enough light in bathroom. Bathroom fan on all the time. Was very very annoying!!

Loved the central location. The hotel was beautifully appointed.

Booked for dinner but then the kitchen couldn't honour the booking as the restaurant had neen so busy being 4 July. But the restaurant host allowed us to order in the pizza and eat that in the bar area which was fine.

The location was superb. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The price of the parking was too high. The rooms were also a little overpriced.

The property location is adjacent to a walking pier and the Pismo Beach Public Square. Great central location with an assortment of restaurants nearby.

While having prepaid the room 4 weeks in advance, and with clear request of connecting or close by rooms, they still didn’t manage to organise this simple request. Only valet parking with additional fees Fitness centre extremely basic and not inviting to try it out Pismo beach is a pretty cold place with almost no sun, be prepared. We didn’t like it coming from Santa Monica and Santa Barbara.

We loved the heated pool facing beach, the outdoor bar and food, the fire pits, and outdoor movie night. They also had bikes, beach toys, and fishing gear to use on pier. Valet parking was great and hotel was clean.

The view from our room was the hotel roof next door literally 2 ft away from our room. The dinner menu at restaurant needs to be changed. The restaurant was empty more of a bar than restaurant. I am a foodie and the dinner menu was very disappointing. The few pieces of steak and 3 asparagus spears, not a great presentation or portion size. A bread basket would be nice. I don’t mind paying high prices if the quality was there. Would love to see breakfast buffet for families staying at resort. We would have eaten more meals there if they had something good to offer.

I loved the location, the view, the cleanliness and I love love love how nice the hotel staff was.

The only good thing at my stay was the room was clean! But I needed to call them to do the housekeeping service as if I didn’t they won’t clean it!

Not a hotel standards! They didn’t provide me any service i took my suitcases by myself to the room!!! The restaurant staff where so rude the way they dealt with me like punishment! They will ignore me and if i ask to order they will keep saying i’m not your waiter! After that they will do it as a favor i will take your order!! That wasn’t the way I wanted to start my day at a vacation… check out they charged me all the taxes and charges twice as me booking included everything! And they changed the total amount bill 3 times i was like debating my bill!! They end up deducting 160 without any explanation i have picture’s attached** with 3 different amounts!! i claimed it at booking waiting for their response. No one will pick up the phone at the guest service! And I booked ocean view they gave side room i will be seeing the buildings! It was miserable indeed. And the value of money not worth it at all!
