The apartment was very nice decorated and safe. We appreciated the roof terrace. There was the washing machine and the iron to put in order our clothes. The owner was very helpful and nice. Everything was ok, also the location, we enjoy the first sun and bath in the sea this year. Excellent location to spent a couple of days in peace of early summer. The parking near by the apartment was free of charge. According to the landlord info is payable just in July and August.

Everything perfect. The apartment is nrwly refurbished, elegant and simple. The owner is amazingly nice.

My first time to Rota for business reasons, no info or suggestions.My travel agency gave me a couple of hotels which I didn't like. I found the place in Booking: I was curious if such a high evaluation was really deserved. Also I liked the apartment from the photos. So I took the place.
And yes! The high evaluations are truly deserved: nice place, nice position, the owner, Ramon, truly kind and friendly, fresh fruit at arrival. I am pleased to confirm what was already written from other guests.

Air conditioning is good. Heater is good. Strong WiFi for gaming. Good location. The owner is very helpful all day and night.

7Balcones was perfect and really couldn't have been any better. The apartment was bright, clean, and spacious - and in a great location. The sunny terrace was an added bonus. Juan was extremely responsive whenever I had questions and made check-in and check-out super easy. I will definitely book here again.

It was a self catering facility, therefore no breakfast. The location is excellent and there is a lot of free parking 100 m away. The facility offers more than photos can justify and you can comfortably stay for an extended period of time.
Beginning of January it’s pretty cold and the apartment has no carpets at all. The floors are like ice blocks. A few rugs will make a big difference. The bed was extremely hard!

WiFi required a user ID and code and you had to keep logging in.
Close to church - so bells are quite loud.

Location
We were to check in between 14-15. We were there at 14.30 but nobody there. Called 3 times got voicemail.
After 25 minutes a lady who had seen us 25 minutes before (she was across the small street) opened the door for us without saying anything.
Room was small and dark.
We left a day earlier.

Stunning property in the old city centre. Very modern and has a really positive vibe. The outdoors space at the top of the building is really beautifully put together. Highly recommendable

7Escalones is an amazing apartment in the BEST location of historic Rota. The location doesn't get any better. Its walking distance to everything in Rota, including the beach. The apartment was decorated beautifully with great air conditioners for the hot days. The kitchen is well stocked with items to cook simple meals. Theres a washing machine and drying line on the roof - which is a really nice place to sit and relax as it has tables and chairs. Ramon was a great host. I really recommend 7Escalones.
The wifi is a little "iffy" - meaning sometimes we could connect and sometimes not. The sheets and towels were ok but nicer ones would really make this place perfect. Also there was an extremely bright construction light shining in the bedroom window that the curtains wouldn't cover completely so it was a little difficult to get to sleep.
