exceptional. We were met with the keys and shown all the components of the apartment. Sorry I forget the gentleman's name who met us, he was exceptional. The apartment was perfect in every way. We had a contact number so if needed we could contact help at anytime. Would love to return and would again stay here if possible

Everything is exactly as shown in the photos . First of all I want to thank Antonio , who recommended us great restaurants and also places to go and see . It was very helpful information for me. And now for the accommodation. We had a one-room apartment with a balcony. Everything was clean, tidy and cosy. The apartment was equipped with everything. The view from the balcony from the quiet street. You don't live in the city centre, but you can walk to the centre in 2 minutes. The same way to the beach. Unbelievable great place. The garage is a big plus of the whole accommodation.
Next time I might ask for one extra pillow :-) joke :-)

The property was very close to the beach and the center. Perfect location!! Cleanest rental I think I’ve ever stayed in. Moises was very welcoming and helpful. He made it very clear he was available at any time to help. Superb customer service!! So thankful there was parking available as well. My family had a wonderful stay in Rota!!
There was nothing I didn’t like. It would have been even more amazing if there was a rooftop terrace but we have no complaints.

The apartment was very comfortable and close to the beach and the center of Rota. We had a car rented and could use the underground garage that kept the car cool. Lucia and Moisés were very helpful. Gracias!
It would be nice if there were available some more dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, sugar and salt.

Very good place to stay during holiday.
The apartment is well equipped and very close to the sea (view from the balcony). New, modern building.

Modern, clean and charming apartment with elevator and garage parking. Fantastic location near beach, bars, and restaurants. Old town Rota within an easy 10 minute walk.

The central location of the apartment and so close to the beach. Great walks in the old Town with all lovely tapas bars around every corner.

We loved the apartament. Sparkling clean. Comfortable. Modern. Well equipped. Very comfortable mattresses and sofa. Absolutely perfect location, about 3 minutes walking from the beach. Above all, exceptional guests, so attentive, always ready to help. The hosts had the best suggestions as for restaurants, cafes, sightseeing, money exchange, ferries to Aftica...and much more. We will be definitely returning to Summerland apartments.
There is nothing we can think of. It was fantastic in every way.

The Location was excellent, Very central. The apartment was Clean, Comfortable and Very Nicely decorated. Lucia was an amazing host, so pleasant & helpful. I would highly recommend.
