Although the weather didn't cooperate during our stay, the house was very nice and as advertised. Convenient drive to restaurants and other attractions.

Great location for land and lake activities.

My husband and I enjoyed a great getaway trip to this lovely lake house. It was off-season so we did not participate in any water activities, but we enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful dock and taking in the views from the many lake-facing windows in the house. The house was clean and cozy. And the grounds were clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.

We were very impressed with both the location and the house. The location provided amazing views, a great fire pit, a wonderful dock, and nearby restaurants and bar/grills. The house was very well appointed and we felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. We also had great communication with the owner. Overall it was an A+++

This is such a lovely rental and vacation experience. The property was spotless and perfectly updated and decorated. It felt really nice, but low fuss. Perfect lake house feel with all the amenities you’d need! We had a perfect stay with the best space for my toddler to play, my father to relax, and my husband and I to enjoy time with our family. There’s great views from inside, the porch, and the yard. The house is nearby the bait shop, grocery store, and great options for local delivery so you can skip the fuss of cooking dinners if you want. Management was super kind, supportive, and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in this piece of paradise is outstanding. Place is very clean and well-equipped. The view is breathtaking. Hostess is very cordial. I would definitely stay again, Maybe even longer.

I highly recommend staying here. It is a beautiful spot on the lake. The home is up to date and well kept. It was perfect for a family of 5 (with three children under 3). Very close to groceries and downtown Mooresville. We are definitely open to staying there again.

This was the perfect location and size for my husband and I and our adult son and his girlfriend. The outdoor areas were beautiful, the dock was well done, and I'm sure we would have some amazing lake days if not for the terrible weather over Memorial weekend! Great house w wonderful brand new dock. Lovely backyard w great view of lake! House is very comfortable. No bathroom upstairs but, for us, it was fine. Owner very responsive. This was our second stay and would return!

My family rented this property over our spring break so we can visit my daughter enrolled in Davidson. I cannot say enough about the house and our host. First of all the property is beautiful we loved sitting out on the deck we loved sitting out on the dock, watching the sun come up, and the kids were fishing and kayaking. It was a nice little retreat. The dock was brand new absolutely gorgeous. If you rented a boat, it would be the perfect place to drive up to. Inside was wonderful two bedrooms upstairs. The king size bedroom upstairs has a door that overlooks the lake so you could see the sunrise in the morning. The other room is very cute and cozy. I think there was either a queen or a full bed in there. Downstairs the decor was just adorable beautiful dining room table that was perfect for us to host Easter brunch. The furniture was all very comfortable very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals Again can't say enough everything about it was perfect for us They were even little Easter bunnies on the table and on the counter. The location was quiet very peaceful. I look forward to returning.

The Lake Front Home was just what we were looking for. Short distance to all very nice restaurants and places to visit including Davidson and Charlotte. We will back back if it is still available.

Stayed here for college football bowl game and NYE…convenient to Charlotte but removed from the city…peaceful and calm, beautiful lake views, super comfy house, all the amenities, fantastic host…hope to stay here again in the summer!!

1st Christmas in 60 years without my mom or dad. My sweet husband thought it a good idea to get away for Christmas. Our children could not be with us until January for Christmas. I started looking and found the lake front house I wanted. It was no doubt the best experience I have had in 15 years of booking on VRBO. The host was the best ever in communication and made us feel right at home. The house was decorated with lights and a tree, very festive, such a welcoming feeling. The house is so nice and comfortable and located close to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this vacation spot and will look forward to visiting again. Next time to fish some. This time it was 18 degrees. But we needed the time to relax. Thank you so much for taking care of your home and making sure we had a good time. God bless your 2023.

The Beckers exemplify the most Gracious Host & Hostess with The Most & Mostest! Our newly wed daughter & son-in-law recently moved to Charlotte, NC., last July. We couldn’t bear celebrating Thanksgiving week without them. So, we packed up & picked up my 82 1/2 years young, SWEET MÜTTER, scooped up our son in Cincinnati, and continued on to Lake Norman. Ann Marie was so sweet to stop over (just before our eta) the lights were all on (both inside & outside) to make our arrival Extra welcoming! It was around 10pm (and very, NOVEMBER Dark) when we finally arrived. We walked in, so tired, but immediately fell in love with this adorable cottage and held our own, pre-bedtime, “MUST SEE TOUR”❣️Ann Marie & Paul made so many updates which came together to create the most charming vibe. It’s modern, cozy, well lit, with amazing light fixtures, and the furniture was both, stylish and comfortable! Most excellent use of the entire house was made & not 1” was wasted/without purpose. There was plenty of space to hold all the comforts of this home away from home. It would soon prove to be roomy enough to make all 6 of us, SO COMFORTABLE and truly enjoy this extra special family time. My Mütter is almost (a young) 83, my husband & I are in our early 50s (and happily retired), and our children are in their mid-twenties. Our son was able to work from the cottage on Tuesday & Wednesday. G’ma slept in the main floor bedroom (easy access to the bathroom). My husband and I were upstairs across the hall from our son. ALL 3 bedrooms were spacious and very generously appointed with top of the line, memory foam mattresses & nice quality linens. Nothing was forgotten to make the rooms as comfortable & lux as possible. After a refreshing sleep, we excitedly woke up to get our FIRST VIEW OF LAKE NORMAN…it did not disappoint! Sitting in the sun, on the dock was another treat as we watched and waved, “Bon Voyage” to each boat as they took off from the nearby marina. Our morning walks were peaceful! We grocery shopped nearby. morning coffee & lunches on we’re on the beautiful deck. This year’s non-traditional Thanksgiving Dinner was grilled outside! On most other nights, we dined out by our daughter’s home in Birkdale Village. We shopped & watched ice skaters. Back at the cottage, were ALL so comfortable as there was plenty of room, for the 6 of us to relax. An abundance of family time is why we ventured south to make more memories for a lifetime.
