Enjoyed another get-away at this property!!

We had a fun vacation by the lake. We had no problems with the property, check in was easy, and the manager was great.

Love this place. 2nd time staying here and would love to do it again.

The yard and outside were so charming with all the decking, landscaping and lighting! There were also lots of toys that made being in and near the water so inviting! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We went for a girls weekend with my mom and my sisters. There was something for everyone. My sister the couch potato who likes to make baby blankets, my sister the adventure who liked to kayak and go on walks, and me the chef who liked cooking on the firepit and my mom who tried it all.

We had 5 adults snd two children and had plenty of space. The outdoor area is spectacular! Kitchen has all dishes and appliances you need. Ice maker and extra be beverage fridge were a plus. Enjoyed our stay!!

Everything we needed was there. It felt very comfortable and we appreciated the little touches of convenience the owners always leave for us. We’ll be returning.

This lake house was fantastic. It was so well equipped, everything you could image was provided. We had a wonderful time. I would gladly recommend this property to any family look for a relaxing time on the lake.

What a great surprise!!!! This place was so awesome. We enjoyed the incredible views every morning along with our coffee. The kids absolutely loved swimming right at the boat dock. The beds were so comfortable. Our family highly recommends this property for those special one of a kind memories.

This was an excellent choice for a getaway and fishing trip all in one! The property was well maintained, clean and in a great location....we definitely hope to stay again soon!! The Spells

The cottage is neat as a pin and had everything we could have needed. Super comfy beds and a giant tv for the game. The property and surroundings are peaceful with great water access. We fished and lounged with evening outdoor fires and sunsets. Short drives to Salisbury and Lexington for great BBQ and quaint shops. Our favorite part is the owner’s obvious love of dogs and the pirate flag out front. We would book again without hesitation. Thanks for the great visit.

Pros: Moonlight cove has a great yard for hanging out by the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating, kayaks, paddle boat, and corn hole boards on the property. The house is well stocked with movies, games towels/linens, and kitchen accessories. Pet friendly with several dog beds available.Cons: One of the house policies limits smoking to outside only however, the house had such a strong odor from excessive smoking inside that my asthmatic daughter and her husband bought a tent and sleeping bags to sleep outside after the first night. We spent several hours the second day trying to eliminate the odor with not much success. My daughters and wife wound up washing all the bed linens on day three. That helped a lot, but it still didn't eliminate the odor. In fact, all of our luggage and clothing had absorbed the smell so we didn't fully get escape it until we got home and washed everything that was exposed to it. If you are not sensitive to residual cigarette smoke, then this is a great place to spend some relaxing time by the water.

Everything was good. Peaceful and quiet, house was very clean and tidy. Kids loved it! The cove was full of fish. The owner was all about making her guests comfortable, I would definitely recommend this spot for a family, and will be back soon!

This was the first time we had all of our kids and grandkids on vacation at the same time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house and property was exceptionally clean. Plenty to do. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boat, corn hole, card games, fire-pit a to roast marshmallows and make s’mores!! No complaints at all!!! It was perfection!!!!!

Everything was great. well equipped rental and nice location. more lights needed in house and water access good but not optimal.

We had such a great time. House was located on a small cove. We will definitely be back to stay again very soon. This time just us. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at the moonlight cove! Loved the fact that we could walk right out the door to our boats at the dock and go fishing!
