Perfect set up of bedrooms. Awesome for wheelchair access. Quick to fix handle that was falling off. Easy to get a hold of with questions. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 11. It was well stocked and very clean. All of the beds are very comfortable and lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed both of the community pools and pickle ball courts were a huge hit for everyone. We are hoping to come back and will definitely look to rent from you again. We loved being at the end of the street. Thanks for everything!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at The Ledges in this community before but unfortunately this time was not so great. Our unit was not ready for check in at 4P the cleaning person was still there. Once she left and we went in we found that the space was pretty dirty. Floors were obviously not clean, there was chewed gum on the counter, soda cans under the bed, dirty socks in one of the closets, a burger wrapper in the bathroom drawer and one of the beds looked like it had a dirty comforter. Our cleaning fee was refunded which is great but unfortunately that’s all that was offered and we won’t likely stay here again. Also fully stocked was not enough toilet paper or garbage bags.

The property was clean and large enough to accommodate our group of nine adults. Excellent kitchen with quality cook wear. The home had easy access to Snow Canyon for hiking and gunlock reservoir for fishing. Great stay at a great place!

Property was well stocked and clean. Stayed for an extended family reunion and it was perfect for our needs. It was a great location for the activities we did. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the house was very functional for all of our needs. The pool, hot tub and pickleball courts were fun, the house was amazing and the kids loved the big room with all the beds so they could have a great cousin adventure. We loved being out of the busy part of St George. My husband and daughter enjoyed playing the golf course and the neighbor hood is quiet.. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you

The house was perfect for our large family and the cleanliness, neighborhood, and accommodations were just as we'd hoped and were led to believe online.

Wonderful stay! We had 10 guests with plenty of room for more. Just a 10 minute drive to Snow Canyon and we could easily walk to the pool/pickleball area. Would definitely recommend!

(bring your own) and both garbages for the unit were OVER FULL and spilling out from the group that was there before us and garbage day wasn't till after our stay. We either had to just keep garbage bags stacked in the garage or haul them to the dumpster a few miles away.

The property was amazing. Everything we expected. The location in the units was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Had trouble with the front door staying locked, but I’m sure that can be fixed before the next visit. I recommend this property for families. Was amazing!

Excellent communication by the Ledges Team. Very helpful during the checkin process for early access to the condo. They even went out of their way to see how long the cleaning crew was going to be and drove to the condo. Everything was well maintained and cleaned throughout.

Hello, Thank you very much for the accommodations, they were fantastic, everyone loved them. Just a couple minor things to help overs in the stays in the future: 1) the upper balcony is beautiful, and set up perfectly, but would recommend hanging some of those outside lights, as it is extremely dark after 8pm and it would be nice to sit out there,. The other attached condo on the other side has them. 2) The 2 times we used the barbecue it was extremely smoky, and didn’t put anything on it. One of the guys staying there mentioned he has the same model and got rid of his for the same reason. Not saying get rid of it, just wanted to mention it’s smoky. Thank you again for the amazing accommodations and will be booking through Red Rock again next year for St. George. Cheers, Sheldon

We had a wonderful time as a big family group. Booking it was easy. Very easy to understand Information and instructions were sent as needed. Everything was clean and ready for us. Check in and check out was basically effortless, and that was great! We’ll sure come again!

I was told one thing in regards to golf and it wasn’t honored. Very frustrating for me and my family. After 5 holes the Marshall asked us to allow a group to play through although we were keeping up with the group in front and they were doing likewise. I was very angry. The pro told me we were keeping up and should not have been approached like that, but I was done. The pro did his best to appease me, but I was already done. I will not return to the course. Alone or with my family. I reserved bikes but right in the middle of reserving them, the price jumped by over 30%. I called their number but never got a return call in 4 days. If just felt like a scam. As much as I enjoyed our first visit a year ago, this time was just horrible. Likely won’t return.

Overall the house was amazing. The upstairs balcony was a bit and the house was extremely clean and spacious. Management was super helpful and the location was perfect. About 10/20 minutes from anything you could need, and under an hour away from a bunch of excursions. Only complaint I had was that the grill could have been cleaned properly prior to arrival. Tried cooling wings the first night and got smoked out in a matter of minutes. Still would definitely recommend!

This property has everything you could possibly need. They even had a pickle set! We brought our own thinking we needed one. They had a full kitchen with cooking/baking pans measuring cups, everything! We enjoyed the location as well!

We spent lots of time at the pool. It's proximity to snow canyon (5 minutes) was so convenient. We all appreciated a short drive and long hikes.
