This is our second stay at the house because we just love it. It is charmingly decorated with all the comforts of home. We love that we can walk our kayaks down to the bay just a few houses away and can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The walking path along the bay is gorgeous. Convenient location to all of Falmouth, Woods Hole, and Mashpee. Special thanks to the owners for notifying us of the showing of Jaws on the lawn of the Oceanographic Institute!

This is the second summer here and just booked again for next summer! Our family lives the location and the beach is beautiful. We have many friends and family in the area and it makes it very easy to all be together..

My family has stayed at this home several times, and we will keep coming back! The location is great- easy walk to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house has the feel of a cozy cottage although with plenty of sleeping options and a huge private yard, which is rare for the Cape. Hosts Dan and Renee are wonderful as well.

this very pleasant home is in a fantastic location with many places to walk along the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. We were 2 adults only but for a family, the yard is great with a play structure and lots of space.

Very happy with this rental! Myself, my partner and our two toddlers were joined mid week by my parents, so 4 adults and 2 kids total. We felt the house was just enough space, beds were comfortable (doubles were maybe on the soft side for some), having washer/dryer was a huge plus, once we figured out that some pans were stored in the stove we felt the kitchen was adequately stocked, 2 bathrooms helps with a big group. The real selling points were outside! The playset in the backyard was so nice to have for the kids, the yard is spacious and nicely shaded with lots of adirondack chairs. The nearby Great Pond just a few steps from the house was our favorite morning activity. I cannot stress enough how perfect this was to have down the street with kids for playing in the sand, searching for seashells and hermit crabs. We also walked a couple of times to Bristol Beach. The surf was too rough for swimming but we did some good seashell searching. Groceries, the fishmarket, downtown Falmouth, CVS and everything we needed was a very quick drive away. For anyone with kids, Mullen Hall playground is worth the visit! Dan and Renee were easy to get in touch and quick to answer any questions. We're definitely hoping to be back again next year!

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and nice path around the pond. Very peaceful and relaxing week. The house was exactly as presented and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

This is our second time staying at Dan and Renee's house. Location is amazing, close to the beach. Communication was excellent, Dan was very helpful and quick in responding. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Kids structure outside is a huge bonus. Our 4 year old twins spent almost all time either at the beach or backyard

We had a great stay! Location was ideal- easy walk to several nice beaches (avoid parking fee!) and a short drive to others. Restaurants and shopping close as well. Bedroom arrangements on 2 floors was a little tricky with young children but the location and backyard with playground make up for it. Playground was a bit rickety and I wish we could use wood in the firepit, but overall great experience!

What a lovely home in a perfect location! We walked our kayaks to Great Pond four houses away, and we walked 5 blocks to Bristol beach for sunbathing, swimming, and fireworks! We enjoyed the lovely backyard for barbecuing, eating, and even remote work. Plus the outdoor shower was awesome! The house had more than enough room for our 5 adults, and it was well-stocked with everything imaginable. We also appreciated the coastal decor and touches throughout. One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at!

Comfy cottage located within walking distance of the beach and 2 ponds in a nice neighborhood. Spacious back yard with a bbq grill. Downtown Falmouth is only a short drive away. Owners are very responsive to questions. A lovely place to spend some time on the Cape.

Our experience was wonderful, from the time that we booked the reservation and throughout our week's stay. Dan and Renee were so responsive to all of our questions before our arrival and their recommendations for restaurants were spot on! We had plenty of room for 4 adults and our 2 adult children and grandchild who visited from Boston. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our family, and the little one loved the slide and swingset! We were able to walk to the beach and were just a short drive to the marina for excursions. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, utensils and everything else that we needed during our stay. Thank you Dan and Renee for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage.

We were lucky enough to book a week at this property for our small family; two adults and a two year old. Talking back and forth with Dan and Renee was quick, helpful and pleasant. We are potty training a two year old and had a strange question about the shape of the toilet seat.. they responded quickly, understanding why we’d ask such a thing and provided us with the information we needed. The house itself is in the perfect spot. It is on a quiet dead end street with a great view of the bay. The yard was even bigger than the pictures led on! Our two year old loved running around and using the swing set. The outdoor shower was a favorite as well! The house itself was clean and comfortable. It was our daughter’s first time in a “big kid bed” so we opted to sleep downstairs to be closer to her. The upstairs master bedroom was spacious and beautiful though with a beautiful view of the water. The kitchen had plenty of pens, utensils, serving ware, etc. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for us and we will never go anywhere again that doesn’t have them! While the house doesn’t have central air, the rooms without AC units (two bedrooms) stayed mostly cool, even with the doors shut. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub so it was perfect for bathing kids and babies. During the last couple of nights of this trip, family joined us and the house was comfortable and spacious enough for four adults and a toddler. Overall, the house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal and we can’t wait to stay again!

The property was very clean and well stocked. Very close to the bay beach, so it's great for kids. The private yard and roof deck are great features too. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time my husband and our 3 teenagers have rented this house, and we definitely plan to return again. The location is great, just a few streets away from the beach. Home is well equipped with plenty of options for sleeping and plenty of window AC's which cooled off the home well. It's a perfect Cape Cod home!!

Renee and Dan made sure everything we needed was available, the cottage was clean, neat, beachy and well stocked. I’ve been to rentals where silverware and plates are a mishmash and tired or messily put away, but here everything was new, fresh, matched, and the kitchen organized nicely. We also appreciated the new and clean grill and supplies, and the beautiful outdoor shower and the washer dryer and clothes line. The “spit” was a hit for paddle boarding and crabbing for kids, and Bristol and Falmouth Heights Beach just a walk or short bike ride away. Our only wish would be that the upstairs bonus room had a full or queen bed for teens/adults as twins are tight. We hope to be back again! Thank you!

A lovely cottage with an excellent location close to the beach and walking distance of 2 ponds yet not far from the center of Falmouth. Very well appointed, maintained, and very clean. The house has a large backyard and a cute balcony off the upstairs master suite. The owner was easy to contact when I had one question on the first day but after that there really was no need to do so during our stay. Everything was great!

Just had a wonderful week at this house. It was my wife and I, our son and his wife along with their 2 1/2 yo twin boys. The oldsters had a nice master suite upstairs and the young family was able to play musical bedrooms downstairs depending on which baby wanted to sleep where in the middle of the night. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics and we ate almost every meal in with no inconvenience. Grill was great. Enough about the cottage, the yard is a home run if you have kids and just an awesome setting if you don't. Huge with mature plantings and trees, a swing/slide set for the kids and a fire pit to relax around. We spent as much time in the yard as we did at the beach and play ground and that says it all. The owner, Dan, contacted us by text when we arrived and insisted we text him with any questions or concerns. He quickly helped us resolve a minor AC issue because of this helpful communication. You will have a great time here!!

Very nice cozy house, with big private yard very close to beach. We were enjoying staying here. Upstairs master bedroom nice size, and 2 window conditioners was a big help, downstairs 3 small bedrooms and one window conditioner in leaving room was not enough on hot nights . But overall we spend very nice week there and were very happy.

We had a great week and the location of this house is perfect. Our kids rode bikes right down to the bay beach daily. We’ll be back

We have stayed at several Falmouth homes over the years. 30 Brockton St. is by far the best. Very clean and all the extras you could ever need. Will definitely book again for next year. The owners were super responsive regarding a couple of minor questions.

The two best aspects of this house are the location and the wonderful owners, Dan & Renee. Our family loved walking to nearby Bristol Beach or driving 20 min to Old Silver Beach. Any issue we had was responded to quickly and solved by the Dan & Renee, who were so kind and helpful. The backyard with swing set and hammock was also wonderful for our young daughters.

This house is perfect for families with small children. Dan was quick to respond to our questions. We had a wonderful time!

This house was just right for our family of five, with three kids, ages 13, 9, and 6. The kids were very excited when we arrived and they got to pick out their bedrooms. We loved the location, and walking along the trail along the bay just east of the house each morning.

Great location with easy access to beaches. The back yard is fantastic with areas of shade all day long so you can enjoy the yard all day.
