This property was fantastic. Very clean and smelled great when we walked in. We loved the dual head shower! The one issue we had is that we thought we only had to bring bed linens, but there were also no bath or kitchen towels at all. Other than that, we had an excellent time! We would definitely stay there again!

Heads up if you need to do any work on WiFi, we all had a difficult time connecting as it was showing as a ‘not secured’ network. Location was great as long as you don’t mind a little bit of walking to get to the strip or beach. Overall, was very impressed and would stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for our family vacation. The location was perfect and the cottage was very clean. The deck was comfortable and it was nice and quiet while hanging out outside. The property manager was always very quick to answer any questions and solve any issues we may have had. Would high recommend!

A diamond in the ruff. Great spot. Very clean and perfect for our family of four. The guests around us were quite friendly as well. Given that we were flying in from out of state, I would have liked to have had some beach chairs and maybe an umbrella as part of the rental. There were no places to rent them.

The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was newly remodeled. Hampton Beach is so fun and there is so much to do!

Our time spent here was great. First off, everything was exactly as described in the property description. Everything was super clean and modern. Now, I've been spending a week at Hampton beach every August for over 30 years and while I still love the rustic charm of many of the older beach cottages I must admit it was very nice having the comforts and luxuries of home while on vacation - especially air conditioning! Second, the location is perfect. Just a short walk from the beach and the main strip means everything is just a few minutes away. On top of that the small neighborhood was nice and quiet which made it perfect for sleeping in. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and I honestly can't think of anything that was missing. Highly recommended.

The cottage is within walking distance to everything. We didn't talk directly to owners because there wasn't anything to ask for! So clean and fresh compared to many Hampton properties. We had a wonderful long weekend.

The cottage was immaculate, beautifully maintained, with all the amenities plus more (i.e. A/C, Wi-fy, cable, off street parking, etc.) less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, enjoyed sitting out on the deck having morning coffee, quiet and relaxing.

This property is very nice and well maintained. The interior, appliances and rooms are modern and super clean. I had one issue come up during the week and the owner, Brian, couldn't have been more professional and courteous in resolving the problem. This place looks exactly like the pictures and was surprisingly roomy. The location of this cottage is within perfect distance to the beach, shops and more. Since you are on the beginning of the strip, you avoid a lot of the normal beach traffic. I would recommend this property.
