I loved the location. It was off the Main Street so nice and quiet, yet still the perfect walking distance to town for ourselves and our kids. A very nice area.

The images on Booking.com made it seem like a mountain-side, green-backed chalet, and not a motel. I wasn't expecting it to be so basic for the money, and was expecting something more quaint and surrounded by trees.

We purchased the home made pastry in advance…it was in our room and it was wonderful, also we drove a very large truck and front desk help accommodated us with special parking.

Nothing, we were very happy.

Quiet with a river view. Comfortable bed.

No kitchenettes. There were no elevators to the second floor. There wasn't a safe path to walk down to the river.

Great location, close to all the places you could wish to visit.

Nice updated room. Clean. Liked the deck to eat breakfast. Ordered the waffle, freshly made & crisp. Because it was so hot would have loved a pool. No complaints. Thankyou 💜

The wifi was not sufficient at all. The service was extremely slow and unable to keep a connection. That should/needs to improve. I had better service off the hotel grounds. The handicap parking was used by a non handicap vehicle and not marked with a post marker. It was easy for the non handicap person to park in due to the only marking was on the pavement and it was extremely tight for average size vehicles

Took a bit to do this review, we actually stayed here on Sunday June 11th Close to everything, great view from room 404.. great deck to hang out on. And the homemade breakfast was FANTASTIC!! Room was VERY clean .Beds were comfortable!

Stayed 6/11/23 Didn't like the fact ,when I booked months in advance ,breakfast WAS included. But when I checked in they wanted to charge me for our breakfast! Showed them my text asking about breakfast specifically, and being told breakfast was in fact included. The gal at the front desk did agree. And she honored free breakfast for us.But I was told that a few months after I booked ,that they changed to NOT include that amenity. But in the " welcome" book provided in the room. There are 2 spots that it still claims breakfast is free with your booking. ( So you may want to clarify ,before booking) Also found that Leavenworth is definitely taking advantage of the tourist! The merchants are price gouging FOR SURE! ( not this hotel, price was fair IMO) We will not return to Leavenworth because of the " gouging" Also parking is VERY tight. So don't bring anything Chevy Tahoe or bigger. Just a heads up!
