Wonderful view and condo was great for a family of 6!

This was our first trip to Madeira & we loved it!! The condo is spacious and comfortable. Love the location!! There are restaurants close by to walk to. Some nights we took a longer stroll down the beach to the Pass. The owner is very responsive. He started providing helpful information as soon as the reservation was booked. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Everything you need is supplied. Communication with the owner is excellent. Russ is the perfect host. The location on the beach is perfect. Love the chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean. My grandson loves building castles on the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cant wait till next year

Great stay at 206 Las Brisas! The condo smelled so clean when we arrived! We had everything we needed for the first few days including an ample supply of paper towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Madeira is our favorite area and we were very pleased with the condo!

Property was super clean. Beds were comfortable! Russ was fantastic to work with, we stayed right after the hurricane blew through and he gave me daily updates. The condo was very convenient for a family. Stocked well with kitchen supplies, paper towels, tp, dish soap, coffee filters, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids. Very convenient location with places to eat around you so you can walk if you would like. Our family was super pleased!

Just had a week at this gorgeous Condo. Russ the owner was very helpful and check in was quick and easy. The Condo itself was spacious and had everything in it that you needed to enjoy yourself. The views from the condo where spectacular and the locations was brilliant plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Overall would highly recommended staying here and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Russ.

The condo was perfect for our family! Location is perfect and not to crowded on the beach! There was an issue with the pool being closed for a couple days because a kid had used the bathroom in it but nothing that could be helped by the condo owner!

Overall, this was an enjoyable vacation! The overall four stars is actually more like 4.3. Would have been higher except for some minor maintenance and manager challenges. Get those ironed out and this property approaches very close to perfection! Thank you, Russ, because we know you tried very hard to make our stay more awesome!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The views were amazing. Russ, the owner was very easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was there.

This condo was comfortable and well equipped. The owner left many supplies: toilet paper, laundry supplies, dishwasher soap, beach towels,etc. The view from the balcony was amazing. All in all, we would stay here again.

This was our first visit to Madeira Beach…loved the location 😎 The condo was spacious and amply supplied and very clean. The host supplies all paper supplies, dish/dishwasher, bathroom soap, laundry detergent for your entire stay, which is a huge plus! My first impression was that it needed to have some updates, but I understand that updating is in process. The sunsets were gorgeous from the balcony. The host, Russ was very attentive and responded to our request for a coffee maker replacement the same day. We were very pleased with the accommodations and booked for next year.

The Proterty Mansger Russ was very accommodating, he allowed us to move our week due to Hurricane Ian back in September. He was very quick to get back to us with any questions/requests. The view of the ocean from the condo was spectacular and the prosimity to the beach was great. We enjoyed all the amenities the condo offered, the rooms were large and comfortable. Our 2 year old Granddaughter’s biggest dilemma was where to be the pool or the beach. We enjoyed several nice meals at St Johns Pass just a short distance away (Caddy’s & Scullys). Thank you Russ

This property was wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better view and prime location. The unit had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, bedding, beach supplies, etc. We had a fantastic vacation and would highly recommend this rental unit!

The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with beach chairs, towels. Russ was extremely easy to work with and can’t say enough nice things about him, the condo and the location!

The condo was beautiful with all the amenities you expect in a condo. It was convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The furniture was very comfortable.

Hard to get across the street. Would be nice to have some brochures to look at in the condo. Very comfortable.

We had a great week at this condo. The condo is quiet. The pool wasn’t very busy. The beach is sooo close. Loved hearing the waves at night. The balcony is perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying the afternoon sun. It is well equipped with everything you need such as beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. All the extras like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper products are all an added bonus. Many great restaurants nearby. The best was the Reef right across the road. Great service, quick and decent prices. Our family loved every minute of the stay. Thank you Russ!

What an awesome vacation. This property was clean and roomy. Everything you needed for a week on the beach was supplied. Best vacation ever. We will be back

What a wonderful week we just had! The condo was clean, bed was comfy, and kitchen was very well stocked! The keyless entry is so convenient. And the location is close to so many things! Beach chairs were available in the unit, but we rented a cabana right in front of the unit which was very convenient too. Russ is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond!

Had a great two weeks even with Tropical Storm Nicole! Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and Russ was very accommodating. I love Las Brisas! The condo layout and size, the location, and the view make it my favorite place to stay!

The pictures were exact to real property. You are ON the beach and we loved having the cabana to rent- and having chairs to take from condo as well. Had a really nice stay- would likely not stay here during summer or spring break, but this was a great and relaxing getaway during late fall! Weather was perfect, beach was perfect and condo was perfect!! Our host was extremely responsive to questions and really, everything went wonderfully. Thank you!!

My two sisters and I stayed here for our 30th annual Sisters Week (no husbands or children allowed). We loved it! The condo is just as advertised. It was clean, beautiful, well equipped (even with extra niceties), and very comfortable. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony overlooking the Gulf and could not have enjoyed it more. Our host was the best I have ever encountered – so accommodating and responsive.

I really appreciated all the supplies at the condo Including coffee filters toilet paper and detergent It made our stay more enjoyable

Awesome place for a family vacation with beachfront views. Easy access to beach having several younger kids. Would highly recommend!

We have been vacationing in Madeira Beach for 20 years. This was definitely one of our best stays. The owner and the management company were exceptional to work with. We ran into a couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. Definitely recommend staying in this great condo!

My family and I stayed here with a friend for a week! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have the essentials already fully stocked! Check in & the ease of using the keyless lock combination was perfect! We have stayed at various condos in the Florida gulf over the years & this is by far the best one! We loved how close in proximity it was to John’s Pass, the boardwalk and all the shops there. We will definitely return to this condo!

Beautiful, beachfront condo! The condo is just as listed and described. The unit was clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary cooking items (pots/pans/plates etc) including some spices. The beach towels and beach chairs (toys) were helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. Check in/out was very easy. We loved our time on the beautiful beach. We could see dolphins and even stingrays from the balcony. We were just a short drive to John’s Pass and Clearwater. No issues with the condo during our stay.

Perfect 3 br condo for our family's week long stay. Love being right on our favorite beach and convenient to local stores and restaurants.

We arrived at 5:30pm so office was closed we had called ahead and was told everything would be in lock box when we arrived no code for lock box was ever sent called 4 times finally got someone to answer had to go to another property to check in then was given 2 parking spaces found out no trailers allowed on property we have small 5x8 cargo trailer that is nice and clean I had wheel’s chalked and lock on trailer I have 3 girls traveling with me so our Tahoe want hold all there gear for a week at beach LOL anyway was told to attach parking sticker on trailer with tape and there would be no problem we’ll next day around lunch a guy comes up banging on door and says i have to move trailer they are not allowed I explained everything that I was told by check in person but he was rather rude and he said no trailer has to go so I had to go rent outside storage for my trailer for a month when only staying a week it says nothing about trailers on VRBO not being allowed i don’t usually complain butI only get one week to take a vacation a year and the less problems the better.
