It is a little out of town.

Breakfast was more than ok, lot’s too choose and fridge was filled with different drinks.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. very quiet too and secure. A very well equipped kitchen ( if needed) . Good selection of coffees plus wrapped pastries for breakfast - but just opposite is a brilliant boulangerie and plenty of coffee shops. The location was perfect for us as we were working at the fairground each day ( 25 mins walk) and in the evenings walked into the old town ( 30 mins walk in other direction). If you want to stay local there are plenty of good bars and pizzerias used by the local - so no tourist prices. visit the local food market too. Host Patrizia was also available and very helpful.

it was everything we wanted to be honest. If you were using it purely for a holiday, you might prefer access to a garden, balcony or maybe more natural light in the bedrooms. If you are a tourist and not up for a lot of walking, then find somewhere closer to the old town - but it was cost more.

Breakfast is the typical Italian way, sweet stuff in plastic wrappers, but it's what you expect. There are sufficient coffee capsules, and tea bags, and drinks in the fridge, no problem all in all. The Owner Lady takes a great deal of effort to give the area a female and friendly welcoming touch with a little present bag with toiletries and COVID mask, much appreciated. She's also very responsive, quick contact thru WhatApp, quick invoice after the stay, all absolutely OK.

Ceiling lights in the sleeping rooms are brutal, very white and bright, and too clinical for my personal taste, but that can easily be corrected by using the warm-light bedside lamps

Well equipped fridge. Good level of apartment. Very good contact with the owner. 20 minutes by foot to a fair center. 30 minutes by foot to Bolonia old town city centrer.

Very cozy apartment, stylish and comfy

Didn't like that there is a security camera in the kitchen, felt a bit like being watched at all times.
