The location of this house is amazing, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and watching the sunset and sunrise from the patio right outside the house. The house is spacious, although only has one bathroom. It was an expensive stay, but it really was a lovely location and acceptable house.

This house is amazing. The pictures accurately reflect everything. I love that it is right on the water and that the beach access steps are only a few steps away. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset and hearing the waves all day. The inside is so spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. We were a group of 6 adults and never felt crowded. We did have some family visit during the day and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The bathroom towels were plush, better than some hotels we have stayed at. The washer/dryer were a big plus and they even had laundry detergent. When I say they thought of everything, they really did. We had the most amazing time and hope to visit again in the coming years. Thank you so much!

Bruno went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Got the fireplace going for us when it was windy and chilly one night. The house is right on the water and very comfortable and great views., just a short staircase down to the beach with hand railings. They take such good care of the beach we saw the town sweeping off the stairs one morning. One night we didn't have the greatest weather and we watched movies and made snacks. His couch and living are so comfortable with a big screen TV. Bruno has all the kitchen and bath supplies you could possibly need. We washed and folded the towels we used., and cleaned the dishes in the dishwasher, there were plenty of clean linens and towels. Going to sleep with the sound of the ocean was so soothing! Any questions we had he was right there to help, highly recommend this location! Just beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

This location is fantastic, beautiful sandy and pebbly beach. We had a great time finding treasures and building sand castles. The owner was fantastic and flexible. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and equipped with just about everything you might need. The beach is just steps away and the ocean views are amazing, even on cloudy or rainy days. Note: there is a step down to the bathroom and there are two steps down into one of the bedrooms. Everything else is on one level. It was perfect for us.

Cant beat the view and location. All the amenities we needed and Bruno was very responsive! Would love to return.

Had a very nice time; location is great. East to get to Boston or Cape Cod. Plenty of dining options near the rental. Beach was also very nice, easy to get to - just down the stairs.

Very happy with stay and the house. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Would give it a full 5 stars if it had another 1/2 bath and perhaps some relaxing deck furniture that you could enjoys the spectacular view from, besides that it was just perfect. Thank you

This was a beautiful, ideal getaway vacation for me and my friends. 10 adults shared the space comfortably, and everything is as pictured. The beach was gorgeous with crystal clear waters, not overly populated. Huge picture windows, comfortable amenities, plenty of parking... There are a couple markets nearby as well as restaurants. The owner was nice as could be.

We rented this hours for a girls weekend. The house was exactly as described and pictured. There was plenty of parking. The house was very comfortable and you had ocean views from pretty much every room. We sat on the outside deck and it was very relaxing to hear the ocean waves. The bedrooms were large and we enjoyed the large screen TV in the oversized living room. I hope we get the opportunity to rent this beach house again!

A front row seat for what is IMHO the best beach in Marshfield. Large and expansive sandy beach with sand bars that keep the waves breaking a long time - great board or body surfing, we lived in the water all week! Good common areas with view of the sea and great back porch, outdoor shower perfect when returning to the cottage, leaves the sand outside. Huge yard, plenty of parking, outdoor grill and table, lots of indoor seating. A perfect beach week!

The property was right on the water and just as expected. Beautiful ocean views from everywhere in the house, clean, and comfortable. Right down the street from town and close to shopping, grocery, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
