This unit was everything we wanted and just as the pictures showed! Fantastic location for walking to shops and restaurants, quiet street, and wonderful apartment setup! And the hosts were so nice and super accommodating!

Perfect space for our weekend stay. Quiet, clean and peaceful accommodations. Incredibly convenient location, parking for two cars was great, steps from the ocean, walk to restaurants, music, and church on Sunday. Only downside would be the steps up to the apartment, I expected stairs but not so steep; the railings on either side were great. If you do not have anyone with impaired mobility, this space is highly recommended.

My uncle needed a place to stay one night. He was in town for a family event. Jack was so accommodating letting him check in late. He said the rental is very comfortable and clean. Thanks again!!

Happy Hour ideal for our little weekend trip for the half marathon. Close to the beach and a short walk to the village (and the starting line!). The place was spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for our family of 4, plus a great view of the ocean! Jack is a terrific host, so nice and welcoming , and really great with communication before our arrival. Would definitely go back.

Jack and Linda were fantastic hosts. The place was perfect for us, and in an amazing location. Located a block from the water, and walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, and liquor stores. We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and will certainly stay again if we're in the area.

This was our second time at the Happy Hour apartment, and we were so happy to stay here again! The apartment is bright, well-lit, and very neat and clean. It has a nice welcoming feel. We love the area, as it is close to our family in a nearby town. Stores and restaurants are nearby, the neighborhood is very walkable, and of course there's the ocean! What really stands out for us is that Jack and Linda are super nice and accommodating, and they make us feel very much at home. You can tell that they care about their guests and go out of their way to get to know them. We hope to return soon.

Our stay was lovely and relaxing. Jack was friendly and open to helping with any of our needs. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I highly recommend thls stay. Jack and Linda could not be more accommodating and helpful. The pictures do not do this place Justice is much bigger than it appears in the pictures it's super clean and well designed obviously constructed very recently. Easy walk down to local restaurants and a variety of restaurants easily accessible as well as convenience store. I cannot say enough about it and I look forward to returning.

Everything was perfect for our stay . Easy check in , great salt sea air, comfy bed. Proximity to good restaurants and coastal walks. We have friends in the area and really enjoyed our time with them but also having our own place to rest and relax . Thanks, Jack and Linda.

The rental was spacious and cheerful. It was nice being on the 2nd floor, sitting at the dining table, and seeing the ocean in the distance. I personally appreciated the bathtub mat in the full size tub. The rental had a few minutes access to the beach and restaurants.

My parents really enjoyed this little happy hour haven! They had a very comfortable stay and thought Jack was so friendly and accommodating. The only thing that would have made it better was if the living room had an ottoman to put your feet up and maybe a rug to help warm the floors a little. Besides that, it was wonderful! Highly recommend and they would love to come back. Thank you again, Jack!

Jack and Linda were so nice. We really enjoyed our stay and meeting them. We had “lots” of connections! Jack was a saint as he climbed those stairs many times to help us and they moved cars to accommodate us when we had friends visit. They couldn’t have been nicer. Their place was really cute and very clean too. We would highly recommend them. FYI Jack is an Uber drive too!

My wife and I almost always stay at a VRBO while vacationing. Jack and Linda's place is by far the best experienced we've had....and we've had some outstanding experiences. To begin, Jack is an amazing host. He was attentive to our questions before our visit and did everything possible to accommodate us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. We also enjoyed spending a few moments getting to know him as a person. The apartment was exactly as advertised. What you see in the photos and the description is precisely what you'll experience. The apartment and all amenities, bed, furniture, etc are only 2 years old. The King bed, rare for a VRBO, was very comfortable. We enjoyed three restful nights' sleep and woke each morning to that beautiful view of the ocean. Although a coffee pot is provided, we enjoyed taking a short walk to a few different coffee shops nearby. And this part of Marshfield is the perfect vacation spot. Don't hesitate to book this property. We'll definitely be back.

Such a great experience! We were 10 min. from family, our hosts were people we would hang out with if they were closer and our rental was perfect! For us, being near Marshfield son was key. Super location and lots of dining and simple navigation......we will be back of course! We really were so pleased with all of our accommodations. Haddads, Fairfiew, the Jetty and Venus are a must! This Marshfield, MA property is very cute, well appointed and clean with great views. Windows on three sides of the main room make it feel like a turret in which you can look out on neighborhood and see the ocean. Great breezes and the furnishings are very well-thought out. Owner is also wonderful.

This apartment is exactly as described, with lots of light and no clutter. It was safe and comfortable with everything we needed. The location can't be beat!

I had to stay in Marshfield for a brunch bridal shower the next day and this was the perfect spot. It was super clean, has everything you could need and is close to restaurants, the beach, etc. Jack & Linda are the nicest people ever too, they really go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a great property. Very clean with a nice firm king bed and handmade quilt in the bedroom. The sofa is also supportive and comfortable. The kitchen had two types of coffee pots and a tea kettle. Cute microwave. Owners recycle which is a nice touch for a rental property. There are restaurants and a market within easy walking distance. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Loved bring just a few blocks from the water. Restaurants & market close by. Apartment was light, comfortable and clean. Hosts, helpful and welcoming.

I received such a warm welcome, help getting settled in ~ Jack even carried my bag up the staircase! Lovely! Well appointed with fresh linens, sparkling kitchen, a good support in the king size bed! Plenty of natural light and easy to operate blinds to take in the Ocean view! This location was perfect for an art workshop I was attending and my privacy was well respected…couldn’t ask for more🎉

Many thanks to our Host. We loved our stay at Happy Hour Place! The accommodations met the needs for our Mother /Daughter Vacation. We had ocean views and delicious meals at the local village restaurants. The Hospitality of our Hosts was excellent. This one goes on my trip list for future vacations.
