The cover over the heat vent needs to be secured in the floor so that mishaps ie broken ankle or other injuries will happen if not taken care of...no law suits

The plates were lovely and all the equipment in the kitchen was working well, and the entire place was clean. It might be good to add a few forks and spoons. Thank you

Location is excellent.

The stay would have been great if the air conditioning wasn't blowing hot air and refusing to turn off. The indoor temperature was in the mid 80s while it was low 70s at night. The management refused to give a discount, lied to booking.com about sending someone for repairs and only repaired 4 days into my trip.

Location. Space.

There was no hot water the entire time. It was not very clean. Appeared to be clean on the surface, however, move a sofa cushion or an appliance from it's original spot. Thifth.

From the outside, you would think the rowhouse was too small for a family. It's not! Main floor and kitchen area were expansive and the bedrooms were good size and comfortable, plus there was a finished basement and laundry. Nice backyard patio. Family members could easily find a "quiet space" from the others. There is a "quiet curfew" from 7PM-10AM. We arrived after 3:30PM and never heard any noise our entire stay!

Floors in halls and bedrooms need to be vacuumed better. Downstairs, however, was extremely clean and neat. Mattress in larger bedroom was sunk in one part. Probably needs to be replaced at some point.

Breakfast? There was no breakfast. What did we like? The beds were ok for sleeping on. The shower had hot water. Bldg felt secure. TV options were plentiful.

Shower head was too short. No A/C in room, and seemed to be a surprise to mgmt. Towels are flimsy. Trash was stinky, outside of door. Washer and Dryer were in this unit. Were NOT advised that housekeeping was coming INSIDE of our rental during our stay! NOT OKAY! Landscaping and weeds in front were unkempt. Front door looked like it had been removed and not properly reset. Downstairs door and storm door do not function together. Quiet hours start at 7 pm. There was no breakfast served. You make the guest pay the credit card fees? That is VERY unprofessional!!! "Damage deposit" was not told to us until we were hours from arrival, but were working and could not process while working. Then, we were detained waiting for someone to process so we could get into our room, near midnight. Why wasn't this done at the time of the booking days before? Tried to cancel the 2nd night as NONE of our stay was equal to the cost of the rental, and was declined. The mgmt info lied and was withholding about this rental, and holds guests hostage to the rental fees when challenged. I BETTER NOT be charged a damage fee!

the rooms were very nice and spacious.

the place had broken furniture and was up to date on the lower level. the rules that were sent were not the same one posted inside of the home. parking was very confusing.

The apartment was private.

We were changed of apartment at the last minute. It wasn't well cleaned, I found a couple of cokrachs... it's far away from downtown.

The location was close to the things we wanted to see. There was enough room for our family to spread out and have space to ourselves after a busy day. Neighborhood seemed safe, and neighbors were pleasant. Bathroom was clean.

The upstairs was dirty. The walls had hand prints and visible dirt on them. There was garbage under one of the beds and you could tell the floors had not been vacuumed. There were bags of wet (appeared to be dirty) linens stuffed in the linen closet in the hall to the point that the door was wedged open and wouldn't close. One of the beds was lacking linens, so it wasn't usable.

I liked the convenience of the location along with the serene peacefulness. The idea of a secure security code is a very good one.

Maybe add small television in each room.

The one bathroom was clean and in good shape kitchen was also nice apartment is a nice size and okay location close to stores about 15 minutes Drive from Sports Complex

Walls needed to be painted AC filters had to be cleaned and beds where hard carpets little dirty closet doors broken the TV was not hooked up

The chance to rest, briefly, for a 12 hour layover.

Being charged $160 when quoted $66. Everything else was great. No refund offered. Was only there for a few hours between 12 hour layover.

Location was great. Air conditioning was awesome!

Comfortable and quiet. You can see there is alot of effort put into making it a place for people to come and unwind. Had a nice hotel feel to it I enjoyed so it didn't feel too constricting yet it still let you know you were in an apartment and had to respected.
