There was nothing to like about this awful hotel.

Evening meal was cold no apology for this, I skipped breakfast as it looked so awful. Corridors smelt cotton.AVOID this place

We stayed here for a night away as we had an event in the South Side of Glasgow. Unfortunately couldn't find any other accomodation closer to stay in. Ease of finding the hotel from the motorway was great and the parking facilities are good too. The hotel reception area was clean and well presented and the corridors and other areas of the hotel were very clean and spotless. The room we stayed in was basic, but had majority of what you needed. Staff were really helpful and more than happy to help.

Left a little to be desired for the price we paid (approx £118) for just 1 night and that didn't include breakfast. The tap water did not taste right (didn't see any signs suggesting it wasn't drinking water), so a nice addition would be to add a bottle of water with the coffee/tea facilities.

Staff were lovely, I got put into a room with a burst bathroom pipe (I think, there was a smell) and went back to the reception and they moved me and were very apologetic and professional, they offered me some freebies. Brilliant customer service.

There was no door at the shower so water was everywhere once you finish

Lovely Room with fantastic view… the staff were very professional and helpful and the Restraunt food was great. Spotless hotel and modern rooms. We will Defo be back very soon. Great value for money.

Couldn't get myself in my wheelchair through the fire doors and some of the outer doors.

Free parking, rooms were spacious, rooms were very clean and modern

The shower screen was small, so when you showered the water comes out and wets the bathroom floor. But if you put a big enough towel it is good.

stayed here before good hotel in good location

prices have risen and still a number of goverment visitors staying with kids running hallways and fire doors on hall jammed open safety issue kept having to close them
