Excellent location close to everything we wanted to see and do. Kitchen had necessary things for stovetop cooking. It was very clean and communication with the owners was easy. The hot water and pressure in the bathroom were good. We slept well with the AC which cooled well even though it was older. The playground in the yard behind it was cool, shady, and our kids enjoyed the swings especially.

The AC started to leak a little bit, but the owners cleaned the filters and drained it.

Walking distance to grocery stores, with many options for dining and sightseeing nearby. Ascension Cathedral is a 15-20 minute walk away, and Almaty Gallery is 10-15 minutes away on foot. I traveled with my friend for a holiday. The place is very unique and easy to find. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Konstantin met us at the apartment upon check-in and provided us with useful tips and information about the city, which was very helpful. I will definitely book their place again on my next visit.

Our stay was so short.

Decent apartment in an ok location. The bed was comfortable, the balcony was spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were nice and friendly, especially Konstantin who checked us in and showed us the nearest exchange office and market. We also liked that there were many restaurants nearby.

We couldn't close the front door without locking them, and the light in the bathroom flickered. We also didn't like that the guest who was supposed to check in after us kept ringing our bell from 11:15, 45 minutes before check out. There was also construction work next to the building, and construction workers gathered right below our balcony.

Firstly, I would thank the apartment owner for a wonderful service. The check-in and check-out processes were easy enough. The location of the apartment is close to public transport stations, supermarkets and cafes. You can find every major thing in the apartment during your stay. There was no heating problem despite below zero temperature outside. 2-3 guests can easily stay at the same time in this apartment.

There were some issues with electricity after midnight. I did not disturb the owner, but she must check the electricity network for safety.
