Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, modern und ruhig gelegen . Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche offen, sehr nettes Personal. Leider hatte bei uns das Restaurant geschlossen, somit kamen wir nicht in den Genuss. Wir würden wieder da übernachten.

Kein Unterstand für Zweiräder

Quiet location. Lovely food.

The staff was pleasant. However, as frequent travelers, this hotel was the subject of much discussion on how it could be rated so high on Booking.com. I would grade it in the 7.5-7.7 range.

The room, besides the renovated bathroom, was disappointing when seen in person. The breakfast was a big surprise after reading the reviews. It was very limited and low quality. The size of the brotchen were the smallest I ever saw. We were on a bike tour and there wasn’t a secure undercover place for overnight bike storage. We have to put our bikes in their backyard behind a “Private, Do Not Enter” sign - not very safe to me. The restaurant was poorly furnished and in bad taste. The laminated floor squeezed terribly when the staff walked back the forth to the kitchen.

Used hotel to stay between two days of visiting the Heide roller coasters park - it was the closest available hotel we found. Breakfast was surprisingly great - served and tasted. Interior and all small details in the hotel was very inspiring! Stuff spoke English very well.

Strange was that reception and restaurant is in the same place. Dinner in the restaurant was too expensive in my opinion. I understood that there s served some eco grown meat, but we would like to eat something simple and more cheaper. Hotel was too far away from another restaurants and we were too tired of the 1st day at Heide Park, so stayed at the hotels restaurant, but I suggest other guests to go find some different place if don't want to spend a lot of money.
