Great location. Close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Not touristy.

Lovely location and condo

We loved staying here, the condo itself was lovely, and the beach was very low key and nice. The pools were conveniently located. Loved the actual area too, so beautiful.

The property was as advertised. Very convenient to walk to the Ritz. Nice pool area. No issues at all. Departing instructions were reasonable. Clean.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the oceanfront view. We saw some amazing sunrises and walked the beach often.

Perfect

Such a beautiful condo, it was a delight to wake up each morning to the sunrise over the ocean. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed, except the kitchen needs additional towels. The check in-out process was quick and worked great. The location of the condo property is situated on a nice section of the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Condo exceeded expectations. View was great. This is on the quiet wooded part of the island which suited us perfectly.

We had a great stay, despite the chilly weather. The view from the master bedroom and the living area was wonderful, and we enjoyed walks on the beach every day. The condo was very comfortable and clean, and it has been nicely renovated. We also really enjoyed the town of Fernandina Beach, which is only about a 15 minute drive. Lots of cute shops and nice restaurants!

The property is very nice and view is very beautiful. However I did sense somewhat of a stress and pressure to maintain the condo clean . I don’t think asking guests to strip the bed, clean shower glass with a squeegee etc is appropriate especially when people are paying to rest and relax on vacation . A little bit controlling . Other than that the condo is very nice and location is perfect .

Condo was beautiful, spotless, and just as described. Great location on the beach and only 15 minutes to downtown Fernandina. Great choice for a relaxing getaway.

The condo was very nice. The view was amazing. We love Amelia Island and would definitely stay in this condo again.

The property was great! It was clean and easy to access. It had ample parking and was right on the beach. Nice view of the dunes and ocean from the patio. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is close to downtown Fernandina which has cute shops and good restaurant choices. Highly recommend!

Everything was great!

Had a fabulous time. Get out and explore the area, enjoy the beach. Make sure to check out all the local shops. This unit is lovely, well appointed and easy to get around from. Julie with the property management company is a delight to work with!

Great location and the communication was seamless.

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were new beach chairs and a canopy to use for the beach. The pool was well maintained daily. Our balcony overlooked the pool so we could see them working there in the morning. Beach access was good. Good restaurants were easily reached by car. We enjoyed the downtown Fernandina Beach historic district for shopping and dining. Lots of lovely restored homes there. The only negative was no shade at the pool. There were umbrella stands but no umbrellas. Overall we really liked the accommodation and location.

This condo delivered! Things we looked for in a rental: updated interior, no carpet, high rating, cleanliness review. We found all 4 of those in this listing! What made me book it was Brian’s response for every review. Showed they cared! When we arrived, it was everything we thought it would be. It was clean and the design choices made our stay that much more enjoyable. While the master bath toilet acted funny, we specifically requested a plumber not come during our stay so we could keep the space clean. We just made it work since there was a second bathroom. Rest assured, it got fixed—Brian let us know the plumber was coming even after we left! We also did one of the puzzles! We were missing one small piece, but we still very much enjoyed it! We loved that the balcony was spacious and we loved the easy access to the beach! I hope this review helps you as other reviews helped me make the decision! We hope to come back soon!

Condo had a great view, nice layout, very well stocked, easy access to ocean. Within good distance to restaurants. Community was quiet. Would recommend to anyone.

Great hosts very responsive. Nice place and great views. Porch seemed a little dirty and not comfortable chairs. Would loved to have had a nice reclining chair

The condo was very nice, clean and well appointed with a great view of the pool and beach. Perfect for 4 people. Very nicely located on the island (within 15 minutes of everything). We did struggle with no access to the bathrooms at the pool/beach as there was no key available for us & that was inconvenient to go back up to the room every time. But all in all it was a great trip and this is a great place.
