Absolutely beautiful hotel with lots of photo opportunities and gorgeous decor throughout. Our room was super comfortable with a king bed and outdoor terrace for an evening drink. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the shower was strong and hot, and everything worked well.
The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly & helpful. 10/10!

Really nice hotel - the rooms where fantastic and charming. The staff friendly - and the breakfast they made every morning was with a lot of local produce and care. We did not use the pool because it was early season. The location is also great in this beautiful city.

very modern but traditionally stylish. The windows were triple glazed so no noise from the narrow streets at night. Very helpful staff who are eager to assist with any arrangements you need to make. Great restaurant recommendations.
our room didn’t have a private separate washroom. I hadn’t realised this when I booked so not the hotels fault.

Ideally located in the centre of the old town. Very tranquil and relaxing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast.

The friendly staff went above and beyond when we arrived a day late after a flight delay. They could not have been kinder just when it was needed. The hotel and location was beautiful, calm and a perfect antidote to life's troubles. The breakfasts were delicious and we really could not have been happier.

I didn't feel comfortable using the swimming pool, I didn't see any space to lounge in there, the tables I saw seemed a bit uninviting

Beautifully refurbished and designed in style that feels both modern and traditional with a lovely arty feel. It is a genuine boutique hotel, privately owned and efficiently run by four women, all charming and very friendly. There is a nice pool area - small, but perfect for cooling off!
The pool slide needs a safety warning - I nearly brained myself the one time I used it!

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Ciutadella. The rooms are very comfortable and all the spaces are very well decorated throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast with homemade cakes and the view from the terrace over the town. The staff was so helpful always making sure we had everything we needed and giving us so many tips regarding places to visit. Highly recommend staying at Can Araya!

The ladies on the front desk, they were very special, exceptional, and made the experience of staying in Citudella really memorable for us (and Zoe 😊). Big love and thank you x

Room, breakfast and staff were all great
I think there was a drain problem, the whole top floor smelled of drain smell and our clothes that we hung up in our room started to smell too.

Very impressive and stylish design hidden behind the classic Menorca dark green front door! Great location in the old part of town next to the cathedral. Staff extremely friendly for reception and e.g. making reservations. Easy walk to port & restaurants.

The staff at Can Araya was extremely helpful. They would arrange taxis and reservations and help with the language barrier. It was so helpful and comforting to know they could help us with literally every request. Their responses were super super super quick and helpful even before we arrived at the property. They were so kind and lovely.
The air conditioning in our room was a little bit weak and the room was very very small. However, the beautiful ambiance of the hotel made up for all of that. The hotel was absolutely exquisite and I would stay there 100 times over again.
