Location, parking, view was great. It definitely met our needs to be close to the festival and enjoy our time at the ocean.
However, the mattress bowed in the middle, not comfortable sleeping in a "hole". The floor didn't feel very clean, there were crackers and such on the floor of the patio and the table on the patio hadn't been wiped down in quite some time.
All in all, it met our needs and the checkin process was very easy and convenient.

Our stay was wonderful, every morning I got to get up and have my coffee while listening to the waves crashing and a beautiful view of the beach. We went for daily walks on the boardwalk and on the beach did a couple of excursions to nearby Portsmouth and Kittery and of course enjoyed the beach.

Last year my great niece n I stayed at this location, but a different unit. We were so excited to come back for our annual “girls weekend”. We were a bit disappointed, as the listing information was not accurate. No toaster, no ice maker, no spices, no hot plate and no hand towels and no wash towels. But on a positive note, the ocean view was amazing and beach access was great. I have been using VRBO for years and the owner never reached out once while we were there.

We had a 3 night stay to get away and decompress. WE enjoyed our stay very much. We were quite comfortable. enjoyed the view and the short walk to the beach. WE will return again.

Place was easy to find and access. Vehicle parking was great. Building and room access was a snap. Room was clean. Had a few things that needed minor fixing but nothing major. Overall was decent!

The unit was exactly as described. Good view of the ocean. The unit was clean and comfortable. Has a Keurig coffee maker.

Great spot to relax and enjoy the views with my sister. Melissa was very accessible when I had initial questions. The sunrise was gorgeous and the sea filled with surfers after a storm.

Our stay here was awesome! From the time we opened the door to our balcony and heard the ocean waves and smelled the sea air, we were blown away by how lucky we were to have secured this rental! The owner was very responsive. We had all the info we needed to set ourselves up for our sisters week long stay. The parking space provided was much appreciated. The elevator was a great help, and we did use the well maintained on-site laundry. My sister said the big bed was comfortable, and I personally used the new pull-out couch all week and was very comfortable. We were also treated to some beautiful sunrises! I would definitely recommend this property and hope we will be able to return soon.

This was a perfect set-up and location for me.—comfortable room, covered parking, elevator, nearly zero "people noise" from other units, and (the reason I chose this place) the constant sight and sound of the ocean. I had a project to work on during my stay and had brought extra stuff to accomplish that; hence, the elevator comment. The bath needed a new shower curtain liner and that is the only reason I marked 4 stars on cleanliness. Otherwise, all was as you would expect and be glad to find. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Melissa’s condo - great location to use as a “home base” to explore New England. We loved how close it is to the beach, and that the beach is not the main one - mostly deserted and quiet, with cute families enjoying it on the weekend. This was perfect for us. Thank you!

I was a little disappointed that the location was not within walking distance of the main boardwalk, but falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night was awesome! Furniture could use an update, but comfortable enough. Owners were immediately responsive to any messages sent. Very easy and private check-in and check-out. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The good parts of this rental is the view from the balcony, and it's quiet. The bad parts of this rental are mold on the shower curtain, no toilet paper, no hand soap in the bathroom, only two coffee cups, no wine glasses, one beer glass. The couch is so dirty you can't sit on it, it needs to be replaced. The blankets were dirty with stains all over them. So if you decide to rent this room, bring so your own stuff, blankets, sheets, hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, hand towels, shower curtain, etc...
I would not recommend this rental!!!

Beach Getaway
You can't beat the location of this property, directly across from the beach and beach access. The balcony was just perfect for watching the sunrise. I felt very safe in the building with exterior & interior coded doors. You might want to bring your own dishes and utensils. Just about every item we took from the cupboard and drawer was not washed and had food dried on. The couch was filthy - stained and dirty. The bathroom and kitchenette surfaces were clean. So, if you are going for the beach experience, this is absolutely perfect. If you are going to be in the room all the time, this might not be the best fit. It was perfect for my trip.
