We chose Villa Eden for our family holidays. We were welcomed by Tsampika with a generous welcome pack! Villa Eden is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, close to the beach and Lindos Village, which you definitely should visit!! We travelled with our 3 teenage daughters, who enjoyed the relaxing in the hammocks in the beautiful garden, the gym and the rides with the bikes available at the villa for free. They were able to listen to their music without disturbing anyone as there aren't any neighbours close by. Choosing Villa Eden was definitely the right choice and we have so many nice memories of our holidays there! We stayed for 12 nights and wished we could have stayed longer..... that's why we decided to visit Villa Eden again in June 2018 on the beautiful sunny island of Rhodes. Villa Eden is paradise, we can highly recommend!

We travelled as a group of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The villa was more than ample for us all, beautifully clean with plenty of room inside and out. Due to it's location the children could play their music into the evening without disturbing anyone which was great. There are a couple of restaurants together with a cocktail bar on the beach within walking distance. Kalathos itself has places to eat and of course the beaiutiful town of Lindos is a must. A perfect and much enjoyed holiday by all. If travelling that way again Villa Eden would most definitely be the place we'd stay. Thank you for a great stay x

Another great holiday in Villa Eden with our family, so much so we have already booked another two weeks next year (2018) Upon arrival we were welcomed again by Tsamloika and a wonderful food package which was everything we needed to settle us in as we arrived at 2am. I have to say i have never stayed in such a fantastic villa, it has everything you need to make your stay throughly enjoyable, it is very modern, clean and very comfortable, there is a kitchen, washing machine, tumble drier, two large bathrooms, a pool, hot tub, 4 mountain bikes, games, satellite tv. The outside of the villa is a great area to relax around the pool throughout the day and evening with family and friends. The new Garden area at the bottom of the garden is outstanding and a lovely area to escape to in the shade and relax even more. The pictures do not do it justice, a great villa and holiday. The Villa is fantastic. Lots of room for my family who enjoyed all the amenities the Villa had to offer. We loved the outside expansive areas where we could chill out and relax, swim in the lovely pool, have a dip in the hot tub, play table tennis, go for a bike ride etc. The villa was well presented and clean. We were given a warm welcome by Tsampika who explained how to use everything. We also had a very good welcome pack with additional treats partway through the holiday. This villa has everything you could wish for. The pictures on the web don't do it justice. Great outside pool area with lots of shaded areas from the sun, and also a children's play area and table tennis and table football in the garden which kept the kids entertained. It was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition, couldn't fault a thing. The only one improvement we would suggest it to make the bbq a bit better. It is quite small so takes a while to cook everything. The location is good, with only short drives to the supermarket and some lovely beaches (Agathi, Tsambika and Lindos St Pauls Bay were our favourites), but a car is essential. We hired a boat from Kalathos beach which was reasonable and a great way to see the area and swim in some beautiful crystal clear waters - very memorable. Lindos at night is wonderful and magical, but very hot during the day. It is a must see though. We also ate out at the local restaurant konsintina, which is in walking distance from the villa, and found the food to be very good. All in all we loved our stay and came home very relaxed. Tsambika was great and made sure we had everything we needed, even bring us some local fish for tea one night which was fantastic. We would recommend this villa very highly and hope to return at some point in the future.

Went on holiday to Rhodes in May for a lovely holiday with my other half. It was great for just the 2 of us, but seemed a shame no-one else was there to enjoy it with us, as there was plenty of space for more. I was recovering from an accident and prior to surgery on my knee, so Villa Eden in Kalathos seemed a perfect location. We were welcomed by Tsampika, who was fantastic throughout the holiday. When we arrived in a hire care, it had a fault showing on the dash in Greek and she very kindly helped us to interpret and even called her mechanic to give some advice, then continues to help arrange a replacement with the hire car company. A new car arrived the next day and they took ours away. She went over and above what we would have expected and we were very grateful. It also had the best welcome pack we've ever seen, which we made very good use of. Although the villa has no other building in sight around it, it was still within about a 5 minutes walk of 2 restaurants. (probably 10 with my injury!) We tried both Konstantin and Ostria and both good, although perhaps a little more expensive (only a fraction) we did return to Konstantin 4 times during our stay, so make your own mind up there…Both restaurants gave a lovely warm Greek welcome and were so good and reasonably priced that we didn't even use the BBQ at the Villa! Probably would with a larger group as it was setup perfectly for socialising. As it is set in a secluded area with only really fields around, understandably there is a lot of nature around. I wasn’t quite so keen on the crickets, but they generally keep themselves to themselves, however watching the Swallows flying around was lovely. We wish we could have stayed for another week, we would love to return. Thank you again to Tsampika ;-)

A fantastic villa and impeccably furnished and presented. The owners take great care and pride in ensuring everything is as good as it can be. The best welcome pack of food and drinks we have experienced. Four mountain bkes provided for use by visitors are just one example of the nice touches. Extremely friendly and helpful owners - even escorted us to a petrol station near the airport when we left and needed to fill the rental car. The photos are accurate - no hidden surprises - seems too good to be true but it's not. Book it - you will only be very happy that you did!

We were met by Tsambika who was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome providing a lovely welcome pack of food on our arrival. This was the perfect Villa for us, tucked away so that children can play in the fabulous pool at any time without the worry of disturbing close neighbours but close enough to get to Supermarkets within 5 mins by car. The owners provided 4 superb bikes which gives a little extra freedom to explore without the chore of driving. The Villa is maintained to a high standard and has everything you could need if eating in. This really is a Villa which provides for living outside with plenty of seating and space to lounge and a brilliant built in BBQ area for meal times. The pool has a great flow system that gets rid of 99% of those little bugs that find their way into most pools overnight Wi-Fi is by mobile data rather than mainstream internet which is expensive and runs out quickly if you have a few users but the owners will happily top up. (We just felt guilty that the data went down quickly) There are a number of restaurants close by within walking distance and next to the nearest big supermarket (5minsby car) on the road to Lindos there is a fantastic Coffee House Zuchero which sells great pastries, fine chocolates and the best Gellato/Ice cream for miles maybe even on the whole Island. We cannot recommend this property highly enough - book and you will not be disappointed

Wow! What a perfect two weeks. The Villa was immaculate and very stylish. The setting was perfectly private yet near the beach and local restaurants. The owners were incredibly generous and helpful. Rhodes is a beautiful island and we enjoyed snorkelling, boat trips, visits to Lindos and parasailing fun.. We loved using the bikes to pop to the local bakery or explore the locality..We loved every second of our visit and we will definitely be back!

The property is in a beautiful & peaceful location & all the facilities are first class The owners could not have been more helpful & we would thoroughly recommend it The local tavernas in walking distance were excellent in uncrowded loacations

This villa is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday here. The hospitality and kindness of the owners was a joy. The villa was spotless, modern, very tasteful and completely private. We've stayed at some very nice places, but this one was the best! Rhodes is a beautiful island with incredible history and very friendly people. Some of our holiday highlights include swimming in the pool and generally hanging out at the villa, snorkling at Lindos beach and St Paul's Bay, and visiting the ruins at Kameros, Lindos and Rhodes Town. Visit Rhodes and stay at Villa Eden, you'll love it as we did.

After we had been last year , we again enjoyed a super luxury house , again with a very warm reception. We have again been super . And again worth repeating :) highly recommended..
