Breakfast was very nice

The place was clean and neat

Treatment we got on Sunday wasn't good at all, the white lady not sure whether she's the owner or the manager didn't treat us well at all she was so rude to us and our visitors which i reported to her about them. Secondly there was a loadshedding at 18:00 they did not provide us with rechargeable light we used our cell phones flash lights, we all aware of loadshedding so i would suggest that in the near future they should provide the light in their premises and lastly she chased aware our visitors i phoned her on Friday 14/07/23 asked about visitors are allowed she said yes but on Sunday she was the one who chased them away, we were not happy at all.

Kim was very helpful and very kind in spirit, very comfortable and always has all info on things that are happening on the establishment.

Comfortable, clean and Cosy. Great location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Breakfast was good. Staff were super friendly and accommodating

The host was friendly and welcoming, establishment is well kept and clean

Bar fridge was noisy, bathroom door needs attention. They can do with bed headboard for extra comfort.

It was central to where we needed to be, it was comfortable, clean, and safe. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional. This was a great stop over and served its purpose.

there was no plug for the basin. The shower door was broken. One of the pillows didn’t have a pillowcase and there was no tea in the room, only rooibos.

The other guests were making noise early in the morning while we were sleeping.

The staff were welcoming, the place was cleaned excellently, the stay was comfortable as the facilties were up to standard, the breakfast was amazing. Overall it was an amazing experience. And I will go again.

Lovely room but forgot to pack my eye blockers so room was way too light and also had to switch to aircon as fan a little noisy but that is because we used to small town noise. Otherwise perfect. Thank you.
