A very spacious and clean house. A lot of rooms for 7 of us. The foosball table is a big hit. Nice close location to the town centre and amazing view!! Very enjoyable stay.

The Lookout is a good option for a big family getaway. Enough space so no one felt crowded and good location - basically halfway between Mures Beach and Richardsons Beach. Air cons in each bedroom was a plus on the hot nights and the yard is secure if you are travelling with your dog. This is the second year we have stayed at the Lookout and would happily return.

We were very happy with the location of the property and as it had a fenced in backyard, very pet friendly. The layout of the house is great for a large family group but the interior is definitely very tired and some of the furniture could definitely be replaced with clean more serviceable items. The septic system obviously struggles as there was an unpleasant odour wafting around regularly. On a positive note, good quality bedding and towels.

We had a great stay! Loads of room for us and everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and awesome backyard secure for our doggies. Easy walking distance to shops and jetty. Loved our stay! Will definitely be back!

Property nice but dishes and pots needed to be cleaned again before use left clean what we used. Lots of spider weds inside cupboards, fridge has an awful smell. In general the house was nice and the kids and family had a great time just needs a bit of a tidy up.Would stay again but be nice if it was just a little bit cleaner.

Beautiful location. Comfortable beds. House not as good as expected and dryer not working, left with wet clothes. Greeted with notes telling us what not to do or it would cost us extra, overall not very welcoming.

The house is very roomy and comfortable, with living areas spread over two floors. The deck overlooks the hazards, and the kitchen is well equipped. It was ideal for a group of 8 friends looking to have some down time after a very busy year.

This property is pet friendly and has plenty of room. Great view from the deck. Short walk to the beach and bakery and town centre.

The communication was fantastic from the beginning. The house was exactly what we wanted and close to everything. The whole experience was 5 star.

we had the best stay at Harold Street. Secure yard meant we could bring our pooch along.g for our special weekend. House warm warm, quiet and comfortable. A home away from home, but with amazing views and beaches close by. Conveniently place in a quiet street with shops and cafes within close walk. Thank you.

The position of the property was great. The property itself was a little tired. We had an issue with the plumbing which was handled very quickly by the manager.

Lots of room beautiful view and very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of small things like gas bottle empty for BBQ and no info on connecting to Wi-Fi. Thanks

On the positive side the property offered a very good location close to Freycinet with lovely views. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were thick and fluffy. The advertisement lead us to understand it was a much better offering than we experienced. The offering was 'adequate' but very tired and in need of an update to be competitive with other Stayz experiences we have had now and previously this trip. Pricewise there was little to differentiate any of the properties relative to tourist locations and in the same season. The property is described as having two bathrooms. The facilities for the second bathroom are housed in the laundry- a shower and a vanity unit. It is very basic. There were the most meagre of offerings in the pantry and fridge when compared to the generosity of every other property to date and by the future providers of our accommodation on this trip. Be prepared to bring the most basic pantry items as there is nothing left from other travellers who have stayed, and providers, which is the norm from our experience.

We couldn't use the backyard as it has smelly effluent from the septic pooling on the lawn. The spa worked for one day before it dropped to 16.5 degrees. The rooms were dirty with squashed flies, spider webs and dust. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. There was one dish cloth for the week. We had 9 people booked, but only 8 beds were made up despite paying the extra for the additional bed. The bedding was very sparse and not great quality. There was not enough crockery (until we rang for more) for that many people. Doorknobs and the bin pedal fell off and had to be re-attached. The saucepan handles and knobs were hot when being used and their lid knobs fell off every time we used them. The oven was turned off at the main switchboard. The couches were dirty and marked. Overall a very disappointing property. Generally an uncared for property which needs updating, cleaning and re-equipping. For the nightly fee being charged I expect a much better level of quality.

Had a awesome short break,accommodation was clean,warm and comfy, left a short note to managers in house about some small maintenance that needed to be taken care of ,hope cleaners passed it on .would definitely recommend this property to others,cheers Vickie
