We had a great stay at the quaint condo. It was a perfect location for us, quiet neighborhood steps away from Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Easy parking and checkin. Great communication when we had a thunderstorm and lost power for a short period of time. We loved our stay! Thank you Gloria!

Beautiful location! Not only did Gloria welcome us with the warmest smile and kindest words, but she went above and beyond to make sure our 25th Anniversary was perfect! Her intention is to help everyone make memories that count! Adorable, comfortable and has everything you need. And just a very short walk to Perkins Cove where you can walk Marginal Way, walk the main road or catch a trolley to Main St & Ogunquit Beach!

When we arrived we got into the condo and it was cute. We followed the instructions sent to us by the owner, including two call her, anytime, with any issues. We turned the tv on and it would not work. Cable was saying you had to call to activate something. So, texted the owner. No answer. Called later, no answer. Immediate voicemail.
We stayed for 2 nights. Finally we got a text at 6:35am, of the morning we were leaving. Too little, too late!
Got a longer text explaining why we did not hear from the owner and she was apologizing.
We resolved the issue. She reimbursed us and explained the cable company needed to change equipment without notifying the owner prior to deactivating the current box.
It is a small, cute place close to Perkins Cove.

Great spot for one or two people, location is excellent, easy walking distance to Perkins Cove footbridge. Unit had everything I needed. Owner was accommodating and easy to deal with.

Perfect location for a long weekend getaway! We were a five minute walk from Perkins Cove, where we enjoyed lovely restaurants, the Marginal Way and a peaceful coastal Maine atmosphere. Gloris and Bernie were friendly, attentive and provided us with a wonderful base for our travels. We hope to be back!!

Fantastic generous hostess, very clean, great location for avoiding the crowds, but short walking distance to town .The decorations are fun and the bed and recliners are comfortable. Had to cut our trip short, but really hope to visit again.

Nice clean quiet studio condo. Great price and perfect for 2 of us. Easy walk to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and town of Ogunquit. Perfect location to make a drive south on Shore Drive to York and an easy drive-up Rt. 1 to Wells and Kennebunk.

We really enjoyed our time in Ogunquit. The condo was very convenient to downtown and Perkins Cove. It was clean and well maintained. Gloria was so nice. I originally booked the wrong dates and she was very accommodating in making the changes. We loved our stay.

The unit is at a very nice, quiet and relaxing location. The hostess went over and above to create an enjoyable and comfortable stay for us. It was a very smooth process and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Ogunquit! Gloria our host was super generous in providing coffee, creamer and water. She also gave us a gift certificate for our 36th wedding anniversary. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The location is super convenient to Perkins Cove and the town of Ogunquit. Totally walkable! we would stay there again.

Room was good size & very clean. Pictures didn’t lie. Plenty of power cords & we’ll stocked with everything we needed including a whole case of water and some candy treats. Gloria was very pleasant & easy to contact. She even gave us directions to Perkins Cove which was a short 5 minute walk to shops,restaurants, trolley, Marginal Way, & tour boats. Town was very beautiful!

Charming and cozy little condo. Well equiped for a short stay. 5 minutes walk to Perkins Cove / Marginal Way. Be advised that getting around in the nearby area is difficult (not sidewalk for pedestrian, high traffic by car). Overall very pleased with our stay.

The water pressure in the shower was enough for us to love this wonderful condo. It is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Perkins Cove and Ogunquit (and the beach). It is spacious, clean, and beautiful. We give it our highest recommendation and would absolutely stay here again.

The property is perfectly located within a short walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. We had a wonderful time in Ogunquit which is one of our favorite places. It was a wonderful visit.

The 350 sq ft was sufficient for 1 or 2 people. I was delighted with the location which was good for walking and close to places of interest. Rentals always have TVs but usually not radios. I miss not having a radio.

From start to finish Gloria was great! The condo was clean and comfortable, bottled water, creamer and sweet treats were an added bonus. Check in was seamless. Just a 3 minute walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way, nature at its very best! We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect size for two of us. Very clean and owner supplied everything we could need included a lot of extras (waters in the refrigerator, candy on table, etc.). Never been to Marginal Way or Perkins Cove before , unbelievable views. Would highly recommend staying here.

Gloria, was amazing and very accommodating. She answers message super fast. Great location and easy walk to Perkins Cove. I highly recommend Angelina's Restaurant and La Pizzeria. We would stay here again.
