We stayed in this great unit for four days and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Everything as in the pictures! Clean and comfortably, and well appointed. Right across the street from the beach. It was a little chilly, had a cold spell and Saint Pete, while we were there, so a lot less breezy and cold, to sit at the pool! we had a bonus of our own deck and the views from there and the sunsets were great!

Nice, clean, sufficient cottage for girls trip! Directly across from beach access. Check in was smooth. Pool was warm and clean! Made a quick trip to local grocery store for breakfast items and snacks. Kitchen well stocked for for our needs. Beds comfortable and unit very quiet at night. Bathroom was updated and shower was was nice with adequate pressure and hot water!! Would recommend to anyone planning a stay at St.Pete !!

Enjoyed relaxing on the private balcony as well as easy local access to a very clean beach and great local restaurants and bars.

The location is perfect but so is the actual condo itself. There is an ocean view from the balcony but also from the huge window in the living room. There is a small bar top table with 2 chairs in front of the window so you can always have an ocean view. Two of the mornings I was there it rained but i was still able to have my morning coffee looking at the ocean; for me that is huge! Everything was clean and updated. I have stayed in other units in Gulf Winds; but this is the one you want to stay in.

Location = Excellent! Rooftop balcony = Excellent! Pool = Heated and Excellent! Beds were comfortable. The condo was lacking in hand & dish soap. Water was added to the little that was in soap pump. 1 garbage bag, 1 toilet paper and no paper towel but Publix is only 1.5 miles down the road. Could use a good cleaning. Great restaurants within walking distance. Check out Willys if you want a tasty burger. Would definitely come back!

The condo was as advertised, across the street from the beach, great private sundeck, well-maintained property including pool; clean, very comfortable decor (beach like colors, pictures, wall hangings. Property manager was very timely and responsive for my 3-4 calls during our stay. Would stay there again!

This property was great!! The perfect location right across from the beach and walking distance to so many bars, restaurants, stores, etc. Pictures are accurate and as described. Definitely recommend!

Mold on ceiling and a/c vent. The blinds were so you had to wash your hands after lifting them up. Floors so dirty I had to throw my slipper socks way. Note posted on door electric was to be shut down from 8pm to 1pm by electric company. I am sure owner was notified a head and we were not told prior. Thank God they did not have to turn it off. But it gave me a lot of anxiety we shouldn't have to go through.

Roger was very easy to get ahold of, the place was perfect for a short girls weekend. The location is perfect distance from the beach but a quiet and peaceful area. The pool was very clean and also quiet, the grounds were well maintained. All the neighbors were respectful and quiet as well. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area

This property is in a prime location. There were some beach supplies in the closet that were helpful. Kitchen stocked well.

Booked this trip with my family , another family member joined us and slept in the sofa bed which was comfortable. Plenty of space, comfortable clean and good facilities and great location, this unit is particularly good as it has a very good terrace which has full sun all day. The pool and facilities were also very good, the location is in great walking to many good Bars and restaurants.

We will definitely stay here again! We stay on St. Pete beach every year, multiple times a year and this has got to be one of the best experiences we have ever had. The condo was very clean, they had EVERYTHING you could possibly need! We’re a family that likes to cook, when we looked in the cupboard and found a crockpot it was like we hit the jackpot lol! The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable and CLEAN!!! We enjoyed the balcony and pool daily….and seriously….the ocean was just a walk across the street. We will be back next year! Thank you Roger for a wonderful week on the ocean!!!

I stayed with my husband and my adult daughter and her boyfriend. Perfect location with great views and a roof top deck. Beach access was super convenient. Pool is heated and right outside the apartment. We would have no problem booking this unit again. We had a great time!

Before our stay, we read all the reviews that were universally positive. While there were many positive aspects to this rental, we would be remiss if we didn’t outline some of the things that could be improved. First of all, the positive aspects of this rental. Consistent with many of the previous reviews, the view was very nice from our third floor balcony. The pool is very nice and heated. The parking situation in the front of the rental was very convenient. It had a great location with the beach directly across the street and a wonderful Beach Café Grill restaurant at our disposal. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the condo community had a “friendly vibe.” While our overall experience was positive with this rental, we feel that with some attention to detail and some significant changes, this rental would go from good to excellent. Our wish list would include: New patio furniture, replacing the patio chairs, both of which were in disrepair, and one of which was torn and unusable; also the lounge chairs were in disrepair and uncomfortable; good patio furniture would certainly enhance the experience while watching the sunset; while the bathroom facilities were certainly acceptable, improving the water pressure would be a big plus. Upgrading bathroom towels, adding a few toiletries in the bathroom would be a nice touch; Upgrades to kitchen would include, replacing kitchen chairs, as there were only three and they were small, hard and rusty.; we found that the kitchen supplies were a bit lacking.; as a result, we ended up buying various kitchen supplies that we left there. Additional beach supplies, the rental would benefit from another beach chair, as there was only one. Also, having some beach towels available, as there were none and most people would not bring their own. we would change out the futon with a couch that is actually comfortable.; it could use more hangers in the bedrooms. ; instructions on how to use the TV remotes would be a plus. Some final thoughts, and things to consider, Be prepared, the laundry is in the next building over and a bit of a hike. the rental is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. The grill is also a bit of a hike and is charcoal only. You need to buy your own. Making these changes would make us want to come back next year.

We spent 1 week at this condo it was very nice and clean and had everything we needed while we were there. The view of the ocean from the outdoor patio was beautiful and nice to be able to sit outside. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had a great week and would definitely stay there again.

We had non emergency plumbing issue and Roger had a plumber there the same day and it was resolved !

The drawers had belongings of previous people filled in them. There was no sheets or blankets for the couch/bed anywhere. One of the twin beds had a pretty large hole in the cover. Many light switches did not work throughout the rental. There was plenty of beach chairs, toys and boards to use which was nice.

This property was very clean and very close to the beach! The rooftop balcony was an added bonus.

I loved the condo it's right on beach. Easy to talk to manager great stay. My daughter and me loved it made great memories.
