We stayed here during spring break. Nice, clean cozy home. We enjoyed our stay here and Easter was spent indoors playing games since there was about 6" of snow and too cold to do much of anything. Good area to go check out a majority of the sites we wanted to see during our visit. Would recommend staying in this cozy house.

Loved this property! Cleanliness was top notch. The heated kitchen floor is amazing in morning. Family of four. Loved this house as a base for visits to Sedona, Page, and Grand Canyon. Owners are great communicators!

It feels you are in the middle of the mountains but the place is in the city, this is our second year in this place, and we want to come back.

The pictures do not capture the beauty and coziness of this cabin. So close to all the restaurants, shops, Lowell observatory and Snowpark. Saw amazing elks outside the master bedroom window. It is truly magical here. And the owners are very kind and prompt to respond to any questions or comments. You will not be disappointed.

This served as our home base for several day trips to GCNP, Horseshoe Bend, Sedona and more. The home was just what we needed with plenty of space for four adults. Spacious kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast (we dined out for other meals). The gas fire pit was nice to enjoy the evening at home. We enjoyed a night at the Lowell Observatory and got to see Saturn thru a large telescope. Two tips if you are arriving at night the place is not well lit on the street corner and the parking space is above the sidewalk entrance. There was a car parked on this concrete pad which made us wonder if we were at the right place. I suspect a neighbor was borrowing the spot for the entire week. Second tip is the top of the sidewalk can be muddy, didn’t notice this at night until we were inside the home with dirt/mud on our suitcase wheels. In all a great place to stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

We rented while we moved our freshman into NAU over the weekend. House was excellent, clean, accurate, and served all of our needs perfectly. Great price, comfortable home, and everything was straight forward on check-in and check-out. Will rent again! Thank you!

Private, wooded lot. Owners Mary and Eric were incredibly responsive. Comfortable beds with all cotton bedding. AC was a plus for some warm days but nights are cool and it was such treat sleeping with open windows and the smell of pine trees. Well stocked kitchen with large refrigerator. Very roomy great room with lots of windows. Will definitely be coming again!

We loved our accommodations in the woods. Well stocked kitchen and very quiet at night. Great deck for sitting on with privacy. Close to hiking in Buffalo Park and easy access to downtown restaurants and other attractions. Flagstaff was a great escape from the heat in Tucson. We absolutely loved our stay. Eric responded promptly to our many questions. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Stayed 4 nights in Eric & Mary's property, and it was very nice. Stylishly decorated 3- bedroom place with washer and not one, but 2 dryers! :-) We were visiting family in the area, and the location was just right. Eric was very responsive & friendly!

This was a wonderful stay and met all our needs. Very clean which I greatly appreciated. The place was well-maintained and quiet. It met all of our needs. We enjoyed the town of Flagstaff ( a short drive down the road) and easy/beautiful trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Eric and Mary offered their assistance and cared about our stay. My family and I recently stayed at Eric & Mary's vacation home and we had an amazing time. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees that give you the feeling as you're staying in a cabin in the woods yet it is close to shops and downtown. The home itself was clean and cozy, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. We had everything we need in there. One of the highlights of our stay were the deer we saw multiple times right outside the property. I want to personally thank Eric for his great service. He went above and beyond to make sure we arrived at the property safely and had everything we needed for a great stay. He provided us with detailed directions to the property and was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The property exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will be happy to return for another stay in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Flagstaff home. It was secluded enough to have mule deer in the yard but close enough to town to take advantage of skiing and sledding. House is comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend!

The owner was always available and so helpful. 18 inches of snow fell and he was there shoveling so we could get our cars out. The home is truly lovely and we are hoping to stay again this summer. Highly recommend this Vrbo!

Wow! This place was very quaint, private and very convenient for whatever you need, restaurants, stores, downtown. We were there in December so the added touch of a xmas tree was a wonderful surprise. Would definity keep this place on our list

My wife and 3 kids stayed here for a few days over fall break. It is a nice location just north of downtown and the house was perfect for our family. We’ll be back!

Adorable, cozy stay for the family!

My family (ages 18, 60, 65 and 87) rented this cozy cabin/cottage for the weekend while we settled my daughter into her Freshman dorm at NAU. It was the perfect spot to come together for this celebration and enjoy all Flagstaff has to offer. It is close to shops, restaurants and the university while also offering a cozy retreat surrounded by pines and oaks at the end of the day. The owner was fantastic and the house itself was fully stocked. I highly recommend this property to others and I hope to return in the future when the oak leaves are turning colors. We loved this location in Flagstaff, it had some really nice open space around the property with a little trail that was great for morning walks with coffee. Lots of animals around, we got to see a deer from the bedroom window! Had everything you could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Highly recommend this property, owners are fantastic people, would stay here again.

Very cute cottage. Close to downtown (1.2 miles). It worked very well for our family to visit local site in Flagstaff and Sedona.

I can’t say enough about this property. The location is perfect, secluded and yet in town. The owners thought of everything and were so responsive and friendly! This is a lovely & cozy place to stay and our family enjoyed being able to relax here after exploring Flagstaff and the surrounding points of interest each day.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed for an awesome family vacation. If you are going to Arizona to see the Canyons and wonderful sights AZ has to offer this is a perfect location. We did day trips to Sedona, Verde Valley, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and the Grand Canyon. Not only was it centrally located but it was much cooler than the rest of AZ. The owners were wonderful to work with and the front porch and firepit were such a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

This house worked great for my family of six to spend a long weekend in Flagstaff. Close to downtown but sitting in a wooded area, it was the best of both worlds. The photos with the listing are good and give a very accurate rendering of the home. Also, the owner was great in terms of communication and information. It’s easy for me to give it a five-star rating.
